Juan was able to beat the price of the 2 other quotes i got for replacing my water pump, he was honest and told me that there was an extra fee the other quotes were charging me that weren't necessary. I took my car into JG Auto Care after talking to Juan. I let him know that I needed new brakes and tune up. He quoted me a price that I thought was more than fair. Once I brought my car down, he was able to get the work done quickly. At pick-up time, he was honest with me about the work that had been done, and he also let me know that there were some things that may need to be addressed in the future. He proceeded to tell me what symptoms to look for if things started to worsen. Other shops would have tried to "convince" me to fork out more money on the spot, but Juan was honest and shared his observations with me and let me know he'd be there to help when I needed it. I appreciate that approach. Honest and Fair. I'm now a J G Auto Care customer and will continue to be thanks to Juan and his approach to providing great customer service. This was one of the best and friendly auto shops I have ever been to. I called on a Tuesday to ask if I can get my car diagnosed. Juan told me he was a bit busy to bring it in tomorrow. My car had a really bad oil leak . The next day I took it in the morning they were all super friendly he told me he should be able to get it done by the end of the day. Which really helped since it was my only day off. Price was reasonable and felt safe leaving my car there. By the end of the day my car was ready and he was super honest did not try to change parts that were not needed to be changed. (Like most shops try to change parts that don't need replacing) I highly recommend anyone to this shop. You can definitely trust you will be in good hands. First time here but not my last. Fantastic customer service. Juan was so pleasant. Did a oil change and tune-up less than a hour.

My in laws were in our town for 2 days and their car was having issues the day they planned to drive home.
