My van had been damaged while I was in a restaurant and Mercury demanded the car be taken here in order to guarantee work. This business would be lost without Justin. If I called and he wasn't there no one seemed to know what to do. Thank goodness for Justin. 3 stars because it took over a month and a half for it to be done, and because they forget to install the cowl/windshield seal and when I brought it back to be done the work on it is questionable however they say they will fix it if it doesn't seal when heat calms down. The work on the rest of the damage was done to satisfaction. read more

Pulled up and this placed was packed. I came here for a estimate due to being in a fender bender. The guy that helped me came out and got straight to business. Took pictures of the damage gave me his personal estimate and opinion and sent me on my way after giving me a print out. Needless to say it was a great experience with the assessment. read more

Replacement of a new bumper because of scratches on my 2014 Acura RDX. A new bumper was shown after I requested to see. A portion on the right bumper was a little off/outside it's place, it has to be adjusted after the repair. Also, the right mirror does not adjust or move electronically, and I was told that somebody has touched the electrical wiring and connection and it got messed up. No one has touch, repair or open the passenger's side door where the wirings are for the side mirror. I was told it will cost me another 2k for a new mirror and wirings. read more

Brooks claims to be professional and winning awards past 3 years. My car had minimal damage, A 3 day job they said. Turned into 2 weeks. They don't care that everyday could mean additional costs to customer. On the fourth day when asked if car was ready, I was informed they just ordered side mirror.Yet I had to confirm previous week so they could order parts??. Another day due to a sick call. Still had a ding on my door. Not satisfied. I do not recommend. read more

I was able to call and have someone pick up the phone the first time. When I went in for an estimate I was greeted and given an ETA for an estimator. I waited only about 10 minutes and then 20 for the estimate. Great service, fast, and friendly as well. read more

Willing to get an estimate for some paint on the bumper of my daughters car this morning. The young man told me it would be just a minute as he was looking over another gentleman's pick up I waited for a half hour at least, and when he was finished with the gentleman, he asked me what he could do for me. I told him I needed an estimate on paint, he told me just a minute he has to ask his boss he came back said his boss would be in later and they are only doing estimates on appointment only when I told him that would've been nice to know when I walked in the door, he gave me attitude I will never do business at this place very rude, very unprofessional. read more

I had my car fixed here after I popped two tires and messed up the alignment as well. My car has 20k miles on it. I thought everything was fine, then I went to get my car serviced a few months later (scheduled maintenance) and they told me the tires that Brook put on were needing replaced, and almost bald. I wasn't expecting for them to put bald tires on so I didn't even think to check that when I picked up my car. That is super shady business and they charged my insurance company full price for "brand new tires". I will never come back here, and am shocked they do stuff like that. Zero integrity. I had my car taken here after I was rear ended, and I gotta say, this place did a phenomenal job. The car was high mileage (300,000+) with normal exterior wear and tear for such a heavily driven vehicle. They matched a very difficult black pearl paint, nicely repaired all body damage and waxed/buffed the entire car back to new. On top of that they shuttled my wife back and forth after closing hours to make sure we got the vehicle back on time. read more

Okay.. first I need to clarify this review. When I have had work done at Brooks (at least twice) the workmanship was outstanding and I would take my insurance claim repairs back to Brooks, so that is out of the way. My 1 star today is for the reception that I got last week when I went in to get a bid. I drove up in an antique vehicle which I wanted to get restored. I parked right out front by the door, walked in and the DIRECTOR OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS, asked me what i needed. I said I was interested in getting a bid to paint my vehicle. She looked out and said we are way to busy to work on that vehicle. I was shocked, it was not said in a rude way, just a "we don't need you" attitude. It wasn't like I was looking for a cheap paint job. My budget for this project for paint and body work was over 5K, but she didn't even want to talk about it. I was floored that any business, would turn away business. It wasn't like I needed it tomorrow, they could have slated it for two or three months, work on it when they are slow etc. Now, I said director of first impressions. It is true that when i walk into any business, the first person I meet many times makes a difference on what happens during the rest of the transaction. Brooks, when you get work you do a great job. I hope she wasn't one of the owners, because if so it won't be long before they won't be in business, with her attitude. . If she isn't an owner, you might want to talk with her about "don't turn away business", let the customer decide if they want to wait or not and pay the fees you demand due to your great work. Went here 2018 for front end damage. The timeline was twice as long as quoted and the replacement parts and overall fit onto the vehicle were not correct. I've since had their work fixed. People taking pride in their work seems to be a thing of the past. read more
