Battery died within 6 months (no I didn't leave a light on), leaks fluid, AND brakes pads needed to be changed within 9 months of purchase....folks I've driven this vehicle under 4000 miles the first year I had it. I don't even use it to commute to work. Needless to say, nice people, bad products (at least in my experience). I bought it as is, huge mistake. Never again. I drove the Tesla model y because it's an model y I like it but there was so much problem I have to fix about it the rims of the tires it look beat up I have to replace that and the default of the Tesla I would have to fix the gaps. So we were going to sit down and negotiate but the associate said there's no negotiation here mind you the car had 165,000 miles on it and then it was 16,999 comes out with Taxes it would be 20 k out the door. He wanted to say oh well I sell these cars like people come in and out like flies. I thought that was funny. So we decided to leave and found something better. So if you want a car from here read the reviews first before purchasing. This dealer has multiple listings on Craigslist for a 2004 Ford Escort XLT for sale. I used the…read more"reply" link on Craigslist and sent a message there expressing interest and asking a couple questions. No response. Read their ad again and saw the number they say to text to, so sent the same message to that number...no response again. So I went to their website and filled out their online form and got a confirmation that it was sent. Again, 2 days later and still no response. One of the questions I asked was if they could send me some better pictures, as all of the ones in the posting and on their website are all very grainy and hard to see any real detail of condition of car. I guess all the below poor reviews about poor customer service are true if they can't even engage when someone is trying to buy one of their cars.
