Outstanding Experience at Grace Motors I cannot say enough good things about Tonino and Gary at Grace Motors. This was hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had, and it meant even more because it was for my 17 1/2-year-old son. We had been through several older trucks prior to this trucks with obsolete parts, constant issues, and endless towing. I was exhausted from the stress of unreliable vehicles and knew it was time to find my son something dependable and safe once and for all. We originally came out to Manteca to look at a truck at another dealership. After test-driving it, we could clearly hear knocking in the motor, so we walked away. They stand by their cars period! Grace motors stepped up and took care of us when all others failed. Torino and Gray are exceptional, they were up front and honest about any issues with the vehicle. Here's a great example of the service; the car had a bent rear wheel rim. I drove it and didn't feel anything. They noticed it when the vehicle arrived and immediately ordered a replacement. When I bought the car they could have ignored it and not said anything and return the wheel. They didn't! Even after we discovered an issue with the car that could have been 1,000's to fix. ZERO STARS My husband and I bought a car 2 months ago literally the first week it has having so many problems they took it for 1 month and I just got it back two days ago and it's has a huge hole no oil will stay and the engine light is on but they just put a new one so that problem a lie ! He doesn't want to fix the car and still wants us to pay two months of payments when we had our car physically for a week ! Now we are going to take legal action ! Gave this guy the benefit of the doubt as he seems respectable and nice. The first week the vehicle was purchased there was already an issue where it would jerk and lose power. As that problem was already going on I find the rear door wouldn't open from the inside. They fixed that then A month later the car is overheating so it's brought to my shop, I go to remove the bumper only to find out the passenger side had actual impossible screws to remove as last owner or mechanic just threw bondo on it. This place is absolutely amazing!! I purchased a camry from them a couple of years ago and I had little to no money and Tony still worked with me. Six months later, my car was wrecked pretty bad. I took it to a body shop where they wanted to charge several thousand dollars to repair it. Tony took it to a place that he deals with and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost that was quoted to me. Fast forward to now and I'm in the process of purchasing another car. My daughter and I bought two vehicles from this place I had some problems but they said that they fixed them my daughter said that she was also having problems they told her it was wiring we left Cali in Carson City i had to replace the catalytic converter as it wasn't working and found out that they only replaced 3 of the 6 spark plugs it could of caused my car to blow up when we got to Arizona my daughter took her car for a tune up 2700 dollars later she found out her brakes could have went out because they were that bad they replace modules and lights she and her son could of died but we were assured that everything was good. That was a lie and instead of registering it they went cheap. If you need a car go to any place but grace motors they lie about the condition of the cars. read more

I bought a infinity g35 from these guys in march and have had nothing but issues with the car. The sun roof would flap up on the free way, the gas gauge wouldnt work, and a lot of other little this also did not work inside the car. I should have been more thorough in my checking of the car so it is my fault that i didnt see these things before but c'mon these guys are selling broken cars. read more

This place is horrible. Do not go here to buy a car or an suv. My mom bought a car here and its been giving her nothing but problems since day 1. Even though they offered to help all they did was basically reset the check engine light every week for about a month as long as i changed my review from 1 star to 5 on another review site. Finally she took it to a shop and found out it had Oil leaks in 3 different places and there was also an emissions light that came up so she has to get a new o2 sensor; all this within the 1st week mind you. They buy vehicles at auctions and take shortcuts to fix them and of course sell them as is. If you want to avoid a headache and not waste your hard earned money DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I would 1,000% give this place negative stars if I could, absolutely horrible so please don't be fooled by the "good reviews." I bought my car 4/18/20 and not even 2 months in 6/5/20 my car started having problems. I have a 2014 hyundai elantra which is not old at all and even if it's used it shouldn't be breaking down that fast. anyway, I called them and immediately let them know what's going on because that's my only car and I need it for work, they kept having me go back and forth to their work in which I wasting gas money that I didn't have and they didn't even reimburse me let alone seemed like they cared. the only time they made the effort to come where I live is because I got on him saying it wasn't cool I had to go out of my way on my days off to get my car fixed that should have already been in good condition. I have no idea what's wrong with my car and he's tryna get me to take it to hyundai to pay and get it checked which cost a lot and I shouldn't have to do that because as I said the car should be in good condition, I can't even drive it without it randomly breaking down. also not to mention I hate going there which I had to do a lot because the guy that actually sells the cars (toni) I think is how you spell it is creepy as hell always bringing up sexual things when I'm just going there to talk about my car and he makes me super uncomfortable, he's so unprofessional. as far as the mechanic all he did was take my car claiming he was gonna fix it but didn't do a damn thing expect run up my gas. now I can go in a lot more into detail but it's just too much, I'm simply just gonna say DO NOT I warn you DO NOT spend your hard earned money here, everything may seem cool at first but it's not. be patient and explore your options, you'll be very grateful you did in the end, hope I helped. read more
