This place is amazing. Best service ever. I found exactly the car I wanted so was going to drive all the way from Oakland to pick it up. Shawn showed me the car through video first so I could see it before I drove all the way there. I already had financing, so they started the paper work through email, and even stayed open late for me. The entire process was easy and hassle-free, and I felt like they really cared. One week after I bought the car I had my mechanic check it out and he said it was due for a timing belt. As the car was at 96 k miles this concerned me and obviously a timing belt service is not cheap. Robert at Beas auto said to bring the car back and they would check it out. Although his mechanic didn't think the timing belt needed to be done yet, they were willing to do the work for just the cost of the parts, in order to give me piece of mind. I would definitely buy from Beas Auto again and would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

I purchased a car July 15, 2016. Their customer service was exceptional while we were there purchasing a car however, I waited to write my review to ensure its accuracy. So here it is... To start off with, I purchased an older vehicle. 1 day after I brought my car home, it began leaking water and coolant. Not a slow leak. It was leaking in puddles. This was really upsetting and I thought for sure they sold me a crap car leaving me with the worst thoughts about this company. Leo wasn't very responsive when I expressed my concerns. He responded, but only about 3 or 4 texts and NEVER followed up with me about the outcome of this issue. No Bueno. minus 1 star Upon inspection, we found that our water pump was leaking and figured it needed to be replaced. When pulling off the water pump, it looked as though it had been replaced recently, but the gasket was missing on the thermostat housing and simply sealed with silicone only. So luckily, it was a cheap fix. We just needed to put a gasket on. **As a matter of fact, it appeared that a lot of mechanical work was done to this vehicle before selling it.** Thank goodness we are mechanically inclined otherwise this would have been a couple hundred dollars at the shop. WHHEEEEW... not as bad as I thought it was going to be. The following week, the power steering pump snapped. We replaced with a little hired help. 6 weeks after that, the power steering pump snapped again. Apparently this vehicle needs a stronger more durable PSP due to the fact that it's lifted and has over size tires. The mechanic that replaced the PSP mentioned to us that there was a lot of work done to the vehicle. Thanks Beas auto for at least doing what you could to ensure that this vehicle would be reliable for whoever bought it. You can't foresee everything and that's understandable. We paid for our registration by cc over the phone and exactly 2 DAYS LATER WE RECEIVED OUR TAGS IN THE MAIL. This was a pleasant surprise because I expected it to take forever or for us to drive down there after reading some of the reviews posted. Overall, I have been pleased with Beas auto and would think about purchasing from them again. P.S. Leo, a little follow up goes a long way. read more

I don't ever do reviews but this business went above and beyond. In late September I bought a Ford F-150. New to me but not new. It was in great shape. I noticed a strange subtle noise coming from the motor area and asked the sales person to have the mechanic check it out. They didn't find anything. So I drove home. The next morning, with a cold motor, the sound was much more prominent. Turned out I wasn't hallucinating. I called Beas and spoke to the GM Robert. He got me the warranty information that came with the vehicle. I followed the steps and come to find out after a diagnostic that the exhaust manifold gasket leak. The warranty, of course, didn't cover the exhaust manifold gasket. The mechanic who ran the diagnostic told me is would be ALOT of money. I called Robert (the GM from Beas) and explained the situation. He called the mechanic to get the details. A few moments later Robert called me back and said to bring the truck into them and they would fix it, NO CHARGE. I was blown away. Here was this STAND UP, QUALITY, family business that wanted to make sure their customer was treated fairly. Seriously! You CANNOT find a better place to purchase an automobile. Very poor customer service. Promises you one thing when you buy a car then gives you the run around and lies about what they promise you and scree you over if anything is wrong even though they say they will fix it when you sign the contract. They won't fix it you end up having to pay for it. Would not recommend this car sales lot. read more

I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord exl coupe car from Beas Auto Sales in Stockton Ca. 3 days later the car was not drivable due to the right front axle needed to be replaced Robert bees who is the manager said he would pay for the part but not the labor because he wanted his mechanic to work on it. Why would I want his mechanic to work on it if he failed to notice or replace it at the beginning before the car was sold. On the 4th day my mechanic noticed the front right hub,right front wheel bearing also pressed on and pressed off needed to be replaced I told Robert and he wanted me to take the car to him which I was not comfortable with also I live an hour and 30 minutes away from the dealership and I had to have a car to get back-and-forth to work. I had the work done by my mechanic here in Hayward Ca. Texted Robert and told him the price and he told me he could not help me with anything. I ask him for at least half and he denied me. I know it's sold as is but literally three days after I bought the car I was without a car for almost a week which is not right. I will do anything in my means to get reimbursement for the work that was done and don't recommend this dealership at all. Beas Auto Sales in Stockton California manager name is Robert Beas.
