    My hubby and i went to tons of dealerahips, mainly "big name" dealers, and couldn't find good service or a car for our budget. Beas was great, got us into 2013 fusion for a great price and even got us a good loan for our crappy credit score :) leo helped us find the car, stivant got down on the paperwork and even came in after hours to set the deal. So happy with these guys, would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car

He is detail-oriented and is unwavering from being client-centered. Bob initially called me back and told me that what I was looking for (and at the time) would be very difficult to find. I was looking for a specific pick up truck in a pre-determined configuration. After three weeks of looking, he was able to locate one that was at an out of town dealership that I could easily get to. We made arrangements to see the truck and based on site and lack of other options, I bought the truck assured that it was the last truck in California with my specs. According to the dealer it had just arrived after being delayed in shipment and that future shipments were cancelled due to the world-wide microprocessor shortage. I had Bob review the specs. Bob already had me talk to my Credit Union for a pre-approved loan. The Dealership even talked to my credit union and brought down the APR from 3.02 to 2.9. I did end up paying for nitrogen in the tires and for the "installation" of the floor mats but marginal considering my diminished options. Anyway, Bob seemed to always be on the hunt for me and was very up to date about the goings on with the shipping and other details. He was easy to talk to and precise in what he had to say. No BS talk from him! No smoke going up the tail pipe either. Straight talk coming from a competent, professional who knows his business like no other. Thanks Bob! Next up... Miles of smiles!!!

Doesn't appear so. It was a hard to find truck, but isn't that the service he's selling? If it was easy I wouldn't need him, and would just do the searching myself. I guess Bob's service should be reserved for low demand, high inventory vehicles. Waste of time.

I explained to him how the car was and what condition it was and I went in person for an in person quote showed him pictures of the vehicle and yet he still told me to bring in the vehicle today at 12:50 march 3 I brought in my vehicle on a tow truck that cost me 180 to get it towed there and just for him to come outside reject my vehicle made me and the Tow Truck driver waste our time when he perfectly knew and what condition that vehicle was in. In my opinion that's really unprofessional in there line of work if I could give zero stars I would DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!

Great, I'm on my way. I arrived at around 11:45 and was asked what I was there for. I said oil change and tire rotation and I was told to ask for Jose. The man advised he was Jose and asked if I was leaving the Jeep. I said no because I was from out of state. He THEN advised they are closed from 12-1 for lunch. Awesome, I'll just wait until I'm back in NM then. Being closed for lunch is a critical piece of information that should always be relayed to the customer or potential customer. I'm not sure why he didn't believe this was important. Maybe he didn't hear me say I was on my way but regardless, that is important information and should be relayed. Yes, I realize I am repeating myself but important information should always be relayed. You don't know what impact it will have on someone but if your whole profession is customer service based, why would you not be customer service oriented and share important hours, especially when the effected hours are so close in proximity to the phone call being made. This brief interaction reminded me why I wasn't a fan of this dealership years ago but I suppose consistency is good. Nothing much has changed. Thanks for the reminder.
