This dealer has multiple listings on Craigslist for a 2004 Ford Escort XLT for sale. I used the "reply" link on Craigslist and sent a message there expressing interest and asking a couple questions. No response. Read their ad again and saw the number they say to text to, so sent the same message to that number...no response again. So I went to their website and filled out their online form and got a confirmation that it was sent. Again, 2 days later and still no response. One of the questions I asked was if they could send me some better pictures, as all of the ones in the posting and on their website are all very grainy and hard to see any real detail of condition of car. I guess all the below poor reviews about poor customer service are true if they can't even engage when someone is trying to buy one of their cars. read more

I'm not sure what to think about any used car lots in town, this one included. The two salespeople were friendly enough, with one telling me that it was a "no pressure zone", which is always good. The other told me that they have a website, and that the details are there. The cars looked fine but from all of the reviews of lots all over town, I suspect that 99.9% of the cars and trucks are bought at auction and couldn't be sold otherwise. This is the worst place to buy cars... i saw a 2002 dodge ram for $5,999 and i apply for a $3,000 loan because i was going to give $4,000 cash so i called that place i set up an appointment because i had to drive 2hr from where i live so everything was ok untill i got there they change the price to $6,999 i ask why they said we made a mistake i was like ok its alright then i check the dodge one door was damage inside dash board was 80% damage needed an alignment a clicking sound in the steering wheel so i tryed to make a deal with them and they said i can only give you $200 off i was like not worth it so i check the car fax and the dodge was in a collision i didnt say anything then i check the paper work that they send to the bank and they put the same price $5,999 so they were selling it to me for $6,999 i ask for an explanation they said it was a mistake so they made the same mistake 2 times i said you guys are lying they got mad and kicked me out!!! Honestly I got a car from this dealership on November 7th 2023 I purchased a 2017 ford fusion and it's trash it has a rear main seal leak it has a valve cover gasket leak and a crack shaft pulley leak Also they do called gave me new motor mounts well turns out the bottom mount is blown out The car needed new tires Also both axles are broken and an axle seal is damage Aswell My car is throw code p0300 for misfire This is by far the worst shady place to deal with. Do not go to then I took my car to ford dealership in Manteca and they said they gave me a car with a lot of issues. Don't do business with the Manteca auto land at all. They r lairs and shady punks. They took my car to a mechanic shop in Modesto called MTZ Transmission shop and they are best friends and he quotes my car is fine..... 3400$ to fix it all at the dealership. read more

I am exhausted dealing with the never-ending issues with the vehicle we purchased. The customer service was good, so I thought that the information that we received about the vehicle was correct. We purchased a Transit Connect Cargo Van and less than 3 weeks from buying it, the transmission had issues. We had to get it towed to a shop. I called them and they stated to have their guy take a look at it. The repair cost us 1000. Two weeks later the car broke down again... same issue with the transmission... the little fix they did didn't work and now it's been in the shop for a little over 3 weeks now and no resolution. We purchased it mid-July and haven't even been able to enjoy it due to continuing to be in the shop! When contacting the office, we received response what do you want us to do about it... um make it right would be nice! The first time they stated they will help us anything over 1000 and since the first repair cost that amount, we received no help! Still haven't heard from them with the three weeks of it being in the shop! There has to be a law for selling bad vehicles ! So upset with this expensive purchase with never ending issues! read more

Save your money. Purchased a Chevy Silverado from them a few months back. Straight garbage. I should have walked away when the receptionist said, "My boss really needs to stop selling incomplete cars". She said this because he was replacing a headlamp (so I thought) while we waited a half an hour. Dont trust their reviews they bribe people for a 5 star review in exchange for a starbucks gift card. Problems with vehicle: Day 1: Headlight didn't get replaced and was blown out. After a few hours a check engine light comes on. $40 Week 1: Needed a new alternator and battery, alternator was overcharging. $400 Month 1: Died in the middle of the freeway. Transmission had to be replaced. $2700 While at mechanics: Transfer case was completely drained of fluid. Turns out it has a leak and needs replacing. Never leaked at my house so it's been empty. $1000 A third of the selling price in repairs. Did I mention I never got my registration? read more

I am looking for a cargo van. Went to this lot and saw a van that was in my budget and thought it would work for me. I requested to have a mechanic inspect the vehicle. An appointment was made for a few days later. When I asked for a test drive, the salesman would not cooperate. He asked me what I would do if it did not pass the mechanic's inspection. Would I still buy it? Of course not! So, he would not help me. I requested a copy of the report he said they had on it. It took him a long time. When I looked through it, it said the van had been at auction TWICE! Apparently another dealer bought it last year, could not sell it, put it back at auction. This dealer then bought it. Same mileage. Obviously, they sell junk and they know it is junk. read more

Bought a 2008 Ford Escape. Shifted a bit hard getting out of first but was told that was normal. Was told that whatever needed to be done gets done to all their cars. We came back, all the way fro Roseville to drive again as it was to be my daughter's first car. On the drive home after purchasing, the yellow wrench light came on. I assumed it was a service light as the oil life % showed it needed an oil change. I thought everything that needed to get done did? That wrench turned out to be a new transmission $3600 later! I was also told that they would reimburse me for the oil change, I have received nada. Lastly, I was told they sent my registration with sticker via ground mail which I never got, do I had to deal with dmv. Buyer beware and don't expect any apologies from these people. read more
