I recently bought used Tesla model S through Junior (salesperson ) and coming from Fresno I was a bit skeptical first especially after reading Yelp review but my experience has been quite positive. My car has been great so far and no issues. Also I got a great deal through the dealer so I'm very happy with how things turned out. They even met me halfway to deliver the car a few days later. I think google review seems to be opposite of what Yelp is showing so I encourage others to look deeper. Junior was prompt and knowledgeable and came through on his word. June 30 2026, I went here with my husband and my mother in law to check out of some Tesla that I thought was a good deal coming there was a mistake most of the Tesla was not clean up for show, some cards were not working, and some of the car handle was not working so I think that was a red flag. I drove the Tesla model y because it's an model y I like it but there was so much problem I have to fix about it the rims of the tires it look beat up I have to replace that and the default of the Tesla I would have to fix the gaps. So we were going to sit down and negotiate but the associate said there's no negotiation here mind you the car had 165,000 miles on it and then it was 16,999 comes out with Taxes it would be 20 k out the door. He wanted to say oh well I sell these cars like people come in and out like flies. I thought that was funny. So we decided to leave and found something better. So if you want a car from here read the reviews first before purchasing. So you don't get scam from the car website also junior if your so desperate you should have gave me the car for a far price but you didn't so I got my car from somewhere else with a better deal and newer then yours. Next time you should work on letting the person talk then trying to be smart and thinking people will buy fyi my mother in law knows the buying car market is down so you won't be able to sell a car now.! read more

A1 scammers. Don't come here if you anything considered " bad credit" or don't know exactly which questions to ask so they don't pull a fast one on you. If you get that white 2020 Camry with over 160k miles that I RETURNED AFTER ONE NIGHT thank me for that full tank of gas losers couldn't even give it a quarter tank. First price was 381 then jumped to 435 monthly. My credit is low to mid 600s so I was like okay gotta keep that in mind 435 is not the best but could be worse. I agreed on that price E-documents say one thing on the actual paper work I signed said 506$ and some change monthly! Again nothing was disclosed to me all that was said was "I saved you a year of payments". Their grimey asses knew exactly what to do, stacked all the paper work in front of me with all things I needed to sign and initial highlighted and we speed ran signatures. I guess it was partially my fault for not throughly reading what I was signing and blindly trusting. DONT SIGN OPT OUT OF CANCELLATION SECTION. Theres a section right below that allows you to cancel the purchase all they need is a restocking fee and you'll get your down payment back. They made me sign what do ya know the opt out of cancellation section so that when I returned the car very next day to unwind the deal I lost my 1,500$ out of the 2k down payment. read more

They claim to sell cars but what they really sell are lemons with a super high interest rate! The warranty is also a joke. The car I got has been in the auto shop more than I've been driving it. Based on the ratings, I'm not sure how this place stays in business. read more

I had a horrible experience with Akkawi Motors. They tried to sell me a bad vehicle and I lost money as well! This month in October, I saw their listing online for a Ram ProMaster work van that I wanted. I even did a CARFAX background check before I contacted them and everything looked good on the report. I contacted them to setup an appointment to look at the vehicle, and willing to pay cash. After arriving and doing a test a drive, everything seemed good and I paid cash for the vehicle. As I was driving the vehicle off the lot, right before getting on the freeway to home, the vehicle started making weird noises, started shaking and the engine light turned on. I drove right back with the vehicle to their lot and told them what happened. The owner plugged his scanner and tried to tell me no codes popped up and that everything should be good to drive home. I drove the vehicle, and it did the same thing, even worse. It lost power and I barely made it home. I called the owner right when I got home and they told me to drive it and bring it back when I can, and I can get my money back if I did not want the vehicle anymore. I was able to bring it to my personal mechanic to look at the vehicle, and saw a lot of problems, especially the engine, and that I would probably need a new one. My mechanic suggested to not drive it, but to tow it back to them and have them fix it if I wanted to keep it. I contacted the owner and they offered to pay for the tow but never did, and I ended up paying for my own tow, since they took long to help me. When they got the towed vehicle, they had it sent out to their mechanic and took a diagnostic. I told them my mechanic took a look and I know what is wrong so to make sure they did not lie to me. After 3 days, they finally called me back and said the vehicle needed a new engine, and they will be installing a new engine with only 3 months warranty and wanted me to pay for the engine. I refused and he wanted to charge me for the mechanic service and the engine. I went back to them and demanded my money back. He still kept asking me to pay for the new engine and showed me the bill for that was over $5,000! That's when I did not want the vehicle at all and didn't trust them and wanted my money back. I ended up being $3,000 short. They also charged me for cancellation fee, tax fee, and restock fee. They should have not charged me those fees at all, when they sold me a bad vehicle in the first place. This was a horrible experience at this dealership. They tried to sell me a lemon, I lost money, and now still need to find a work van for my company. Beware buying from them, I don't think they keep their vehicles up to date. read more

They don't even deserve 1 star. It my fault for no doing my research before hand but at least I can warn everyone else. DO NOT GO TO AKKAWI MOTORS. Aside from all the small lies during the signing of the paperwork, 2 months after I bought a 2020 Blazer, one of the black plastic trims above the tire. One flew off while on the freeway. The gave me a replacement but wouldn't put it on which made sense because the previous one was GLUED on. They covered 2 holes with with some type frame putty and there are two brackets that are mangled. I gave them the opportunity to fix it and they kept putting me off and then start ignoring me completely. Stay away!!!!!!! read more

My 81-year-old father who has cancer and wanted to buy a newer truck for me. He had a 2007 dodge and wanted to upgrade to a newer truck so we saw a 2014 blue Chevy at Akkawi motors. My Dad was told there was nothing wrong with the truck and was rushed through the process of buying the truck. when I went to install the hitch underneath the truck I seen damage where the truck was rear ended so I did a Carfax report and found it. It had been hit twice and it was recommended to see collision repair specialists so needless to say we are very unhappy. They will not refund our money and we will be looking into options with our lawyer, so if there was zero stars, I would put that. read more

Used the car salesperson's recommended nearby Ford Dealer to have the truck checked prior to purchase. It turned out that the ford service person was car salesman's good friend. I ( via a car mechanic) subsequently found an obvious significant defect and more, after having some unrealted work done after the purchase. My bad. When it was obvious they were good friends, I should have recognized the conflict of interest. Trust went through the floor. read more
