Freddy is my guy. 2007 BMW e85 Z4 3.0si This is a family run business delivering quality listings at market prices. On the test drive I found some play in the steering which was from tired control arm bushings as a result of San Francisco city driving. Also saw the start of oil in the coolant which means old gaskets... par for the course on a car of this vintage with the miles on it. The family team worked to address issues or considerations I had. We struck a fair deal and I am the happy new '2nd' owner of this beauty. The repairs took 6-hours at Phaedrus is San Francisco and was pennies on there dollar to BMW $tealership... Great experience and I would absolutely buy another car from them. 5-Stars.

I pushed the button through True Car to get some quotes and Justin's email came at the right time & the right price with a kind demeanor. He even helped me with my purchasing options on a Sunday! An hour and a half drive later and I am so glad I went out to Manteca to purchase my new vehicle (her name is Tika in honor of her home dealership). What I loved: 1) Communication: I suffer from analysis paralysis and I got this deal done the same day we started emailing. That was the fastest I have made a decision in a while! 2) Process: From test drive to purchase, fastest car deal I have ever been witness to or a part of- thank you! 3) Customer Service: even though the deal was completed after closing and even though I asked a lot of questions, Justin D took the time to answer them and show me every single feature of my new car. It was impressive. He even hand washed my car because the car wash was closed. That really wasn't necessary because it was cold outside but is a testament to how awesome he is. 4) Follow-up: checking in on me through surveys and phone calls/ text messages is really nice. I have great after purchase support. 5) Coffee machine- mocha latte was pretty yummy! Thank you to Kia Country for helping me make a purchase that I can rely on for years to come. We live a couple of hours away and so we had to most of our interacting on the phone. When I first inquired about the car it was fresh to them so no pictures. We kept in talks and as soon as he could he sent me photos. It was everything I wanted. We did everything via phone so once we came up and drove the car, the financing process was a breeze. Will made this the best experience. I will recommend my locals to keep looking at their inventory if they're looking for a vehicle.

BUYER beware!!! This review is based entirely on my documented experience…read more I trusted Phil Waterford's Manteca Ford with my Ford Transit, a commercial vehicle my business depends on. That decision led to over a year of breakdowns, unsafe situations, and thousands of dollars in losses. The original issue was engine overheating only while towing. Instead of identifying and fixing the root cause, the dealership replaced a transmission 2x's and two engines while repeatedly assuring me the problem was resolved. After the first engine replacement, I picked up the van and noticed it had only 8 miles to empty on the fuel gauge after they had test driven it. The vehicle was returned to me without being fueled, which I found completely irresponsible. I barely made it to a gas station before running out of fuel, which is not how any customer should receive a vehicle after a major repair. Within minutes of leaving the dealership, the van shut down on the freeway. Rather than towing it, I was instructed to drive it back in limp mode. I was later charged for additional repairs that followed immediately after their engine install. The vehicle continued to experience severe power loss, overheating, and major fluid leaks. Eventually, after two engines and two transmissions, the dealership replaced the radiator -- and for the first time, the towing-related overheating stopped. This confirmed the cooling system was the issue all along. Later, the vehicle broke down out of state and was taken to another Ford dealership. That dealership documented installation-related issues and also identified exhaust/EGR components that were old, soot-covered, and reinstalled during both engine replacements at Manteca Ford, rather than being replaced. These are parts that reasonably should have been replaced during an engine replacement, especially after two separate installs. Manteca Ford has refused to reimburse me for these repair costs and other related expenses and has stopped responding to emails and messages entirely. I now have an active case open with Ford Motor Company / Ford Pro and am providing full documentation for corporate review. If you are a business owner or rely on your vehicle for towing or work, I strongly recommend servicing your vehicle elsewhere.
