Very professional and he always takes his time to explain what the car needs and doesn't need and I always end up leaving with a reasonable bill and a hassle free experience. One example I have is when my 30,000 mile routine maintenance came up I shopped around and got quotes at Concord, Vallejo and even Dublin they all quoted me at over $3,000, I called Tracy Mazda and only ended up spending less than $1600 I'll continue making the hour commute anytime! read more

My car was in for work.I paid for it.$735.00.They said I scratched the rim on a loaner car and I needed to pay 160.00.I said no and they should have someone to do it at their shop as this is part of doing business.Two days later they charged my card. The girl in service dept Said she would send a picture ,she never did.This is wrong to charge my card and I did not sign nor get a receipt.This was done on 6/12/2020 and I received a bank statement today of the charge.My wife wants the new Mazda Juke and we will not purchase from this dealership,nor have any work done at that location .I can not accept this type of business behavior. ever again. After researching prices we realized that the dealership was charging double in some cases what repairs should cost. 01/10/23 - Buying Day I had been emailing back and forth with Josh Coon about a specific car on the lot. He was very responsive and answered all the questions I had. This was my first car buying experience and everything went extremely well. Josh never hassled or pressured me into anything. Car shopping can be such a headache but at a time like this with the car shortages and high market rates, I tried to avoid it for as long as I could. I knew what I wanted so that helped, but I just couldn't find a dealership I felt good about. I won't name them but let's just say that I went to three other Mazda dealerships around the East Bay and finally broadened my search. I ended up at Tracy Mazda and have no regrets. I worked with Anna in the Sales department and she was very responsive every time I reached out. She was also to the point and didn't try to do crazy upsells, which I appreciated as a fellow straight shooter also working in sales. Upon arrival, I have to say that everyone I interacted with was friendly and easy going. She mentioned they are a small family-type business and I could see that. Josh was the Finance Manager I worked with and he was also easy to work with. My bank had a lengthy process we had to wait out and I appreciated his willingness to work with me. The car we have found on the internet is ready in front of the dealership. Clean and presentable! David is fun and professional, also attentive, and very detailed. Be aware of the recent recall Mazda had for loose brakes and Caliber on Mazda 3 and 30 Please read the NHSTA numerous complaint of accidents in relates to brakes! I'm based in Sacramento, so my search included pretty much anything I could find within 60-75 miles. Had one of my worst experience with this car dealership. I would give minus rating if available. Went to get an estimate to sell my car. The guy who interacted with me wanted me to handover my car registration and would only be willing to talk after I hand over the registration to him. I politely declined and asked him to provide me an estimate based on the VIN and plate details and once I feel comfortable with the evaluation I can provide him with registration and other details. He just stormed away to get his manager. I was totally taken aback by his behavior. Even the manager was of no help. I told the manager that I can provide all the documentation after I am comfortable with the price. They are not even considerate to my reasonable request. I just got in to my car and drove off from there and never setting foot to this dealership ever again and would never recommend to anyone for their unprofessional behavior. I had been going around multiple dealerships for estimate and never any of them asked me to handover the registration to provide an estimate. My wife and I were in the market for a new car for her and after weeks of research found ourselves at Tracy Mazda. David our salesperson greeted us and showed us several models and answered all of our questions.He then took us on a test drive.David was a super nice young man and was not pushy and seemed as genuine as can be. I inquired about the price of the model she liked and asked him if that was the real price or would finance add door edge guards or vin etchings etc and say they come with all the cars.He laughed and said the price is the price and they won't add anything like that.We did receive 1000 off msrp which in this day and age was a welcome discount. So I told him then I would be trading in my car and if they can offer me a decent price we will be in business.I had done my homework and knew what the car was worth and they did offer us even a bit more. We had a pre approval from our CU but offered them a chance to finance if they could beat the rate.They tried but told us our rate was the best so we went into finance to sign papers.We were offered an extended warranty which we declined and they had no added fees or products anywhere else on the contract. They detailed the car,filled it up with gas and David hooked up my wife's phone to the car and walked her through all the functions again and told her to call or stop by any time she needed help or had questions. This dealership was Awesome.They have cars on the lot,we're straight forward and honest and made car buying fun. I have purchased more cars than most any ten families put together over the years and I can say without a doubt this was the best buying experience ever. I was actually considering upgrading by trading off my car since I have been a Mazda fan all my life. I had a Mazda 323 in the Philippines, Mazda5, currently own Mazda CX5, and even my husband drives a Mazda Speed 3. We are also IMSA race fans and have always watched and cheered for the Mazda team before. Unfortunately with recent bad experiences in Tracy Mazda Service dept, that is no longer the case. They were mean, rude and unhelpful to me and my husband, and gave us an attitude after we asked them questions, especially the advisor named Shannon K. My husband and I brought his car last Thursday for maintenance. After it was done, he checked the oil and noticed it was half full. He then asked Alex (who was actually nice) if they could fill it. Parts guy came out and looked like didn't know what he was doing. Shannon then came out and refused to give him oil and said it was not good to add more oil. She couldn't even identify the oil dipstick so obviously she didn't know what she was saying. My husband just said, "nevermind it's ok, not a big deal"; and then we left. Today I brought my car for service. She immediately denied me as I was 15 mins late due to an accident. She said I should've called. How??? I was driving and focusing on how to get out of the traffic so I could make it on time. You know I would've totally understood her even if we had to drive for 45 mins to get there. It was the way she talked to me that was unacceptable. As I said earlier, mean and rude. I'm not sure if she was taking revenge on me from last Saturday's encounter with my husband or that's just how she is. It's just so sad after these years we are now thinking of switching to different companies as Service departments mean a lot to us when it comes to maintaining our cars. It's just really frustrating to know there are people who just don't care about good customer service anymore. I hope something can be done about this. read more

This car lot isn't like the other lots I've been to.. There General Sales Manager Trenton is very kind and professional and introduced himself the second I walked in the front door. He was very active in the whole process. He got me the price and payment I could afford and gave me options that made me very comfortable . The sales staff is very educated in the product and not to pushy . Which is another good thing .. I didn't feel pressured at all.. After all that I was introduced to Josh in finance .. what a softy.. his knowledge of all the other product i needed to protect my purchase , like warranty maintenance and gap.. he designed a package that was taylored around my driving needs ..
