I would not recommend this shop for service. We told them we just wanted our car fixed as the check engine light was on. They had to order parts more than once kept telling us they got the wrong part. Took them much longer then it should have just to change some vacuum lines. The hoses had no clamps and should have. I got the car back engine light came right back on. He says to my kid "oh I'll never work on a VW again". Don't take the job if you don,t know to fix it? (Diagnostic skills suck) Long story short, this place sucks. They charge too much, job is not done right and openly express a bad attitude. I took my car to the dealership and it was fixed quick, efficiently and cost half as much as this place charged me to NOT fix my car. read more

Took my BMW 330CI in to diagnose some electrical and suspension issues. Bud really did a thorough job. He walked me through the possible scenarios each step of the way so I was always aware of what my options were, how much the cost would be and any alternatives. I was provided with transportation back to my house as well. They aren't cheap but I did my research and they are far from the most expensive in town. I agree with Rosy F. This shop is terrible. They have no idea on how to run a business. They close their shop whenever they want without any notification to customers. They are overpriced. I had to come back with my car three times for them to fix it right. They did not awarded any discount for the inconvenience. I found tools they left under the hood. The lady who works in the office can certainly use some customer service training. After three attempts fixing my car and charging me for different things they finally were able to fix it but they were playing the famous "guessing game" DO NOT USE THEM! They may be good fixing other things than a european car but one thing for sure is that I will never go back there. read more

Absolutely terrible in skill and customer service. They have damaged my car stereo system when I just went in for an oil change. Then they refused to take responsibility, saying there was no "proof" the damage occured there. Never mind my radio was working just fine before hand. The final result was for them to say "Sue me". Don't deal with these people, save yourself the grief. read more

Took my car in for service, some lights on the dash were on. They seemed nice enough, but when I got my car home a light that never came on before came on: coolant low. I check the levels and my coolant had been drained but not replaced. To make matters worse, when the oil change was due I took it to the SpeedDee and they informed me the last place that did the change (European Auto Service) DID NOT REPLACE THE OIL FILTER. Completely forgot it entirely. Stay away. read more

I brought my 1973 Mercedes Benz 450SE to this shop to change my struts, sway bar, fix fuel leak, and diagnose any more issues. Mary the receptionist along with "Bud Light" delivered excellent care and service. I am overly satisfied with their knowledge and service and I would advise anyone that owns a European automobile to swing by their shop and get a diagnostic done. I personally changed my spark plugs and wires by myself and my car wasn't driving the same. I took it back to this shop and they corrected my mistake and tuned it perfectly. I took my car here years ago and stated that I would never come back. I needed a brake job, pads & rotors, and that was it. It was a lady that I spoke to over the phone to make the appointment, gave the information about my car (make, model, year) and they said they would order the parts. When I showed up, I dropped off my car and then I received a call stating that they had ordered the wrong set of rotors for my car. That was a whole day wasted, without a car and I took that day off from work. Got my car back later the next day and had to ask my son to go pick it up cause I had to work. When I saw my car later that day the windshield was cracked. But of course they did not own up to it and because my son drove away in the car, they could say that he did it on the way back to the house. Well, here I am again needing to get a repair done to my car and I'm working from home today. Hmmmmmmm......should I take my car back to them? NOPE! I think not. I'll call AAA and have my car towed 70 miles to a shop in Santa Clara that does much better work and can be trusted! read more

My son needed help with his VW GTI so he took it to EAS. I was impressed with the prompt attention to his vehicles problem by Warren. Warren was shown the problem and quickly figured out that the part my son was given, by a friend, was the wrong size. We had Warren order another part which he said could be delivered by late this afternoon. This is the first time meeting Warren and I have to say his friendliness and knowledge of VW's is great. I'll hold in judgement on a 5th star until the part in installed. From what Warren has already shown me it won't take long to get the repair completed! read more

I am extremely upset with the service I received from this auto shop. I took my Mercedes in for a belt change because it was torn and had them do a diagnostic test which they said I need an oil change, new brake pad and also they seen my lug nuts were broken so they changed it. I went to pick my car up and they told me someone backed up and rear ended my car and a patch of my paint came off. They said they would pay for it which was fine. I finally got my car back and while diving on the freeway my back tire on the left side came off. I'm pretty sure they didn't tighten the lug nuts. It would've been a scary situation if I didn't pull over right away. I definitely do not recommend this place, they have bad customer service and aren't careful of what they do. They close weekends so I'm going to wait until Monday to contact them. I haven't been able to drive my car much since I got it back which is such a disappointment. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPOT!! The lady at the front desk had an horrible attitude and was super rude. Left my car there to fix a coolant leak from the reservoir. Initially they said it was just reservoir tank change and would be fixed in a day but it took them 3 days! To top that off they changed the whole coolant system saying there were more leaks elsewhere. Every time I would call them they would give me a higher estimate while the mechanic said there were no other leaks. After all that the lady had the audacity to ask me to stop calling because she does not have time to answer my questions. They used aftermarket BMW parts without my permission. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy! read more
