Sim and the team at Mobile Master Mechanic were absolutely amazing. I had my brakes, rotors, and brake fluid done, and they got everything taken care of way faster than I expected. Sim was super responsive from the start, answered all my questions quickly, and made the whole process easy. My son's Lexus had a weird no start condition and electrical issues. Contacted Sim and he came out right away. Sim was great, and was able to quickly diagnose my issue. Not just that, he also saved my son's car from a potential electrical fire as there was some previous horrible electrical wire repair that was done sometime in the past by a previous owner. Sim was able to order the part from the dealer and had my son car back on the road in no time. He properly repaired the wire harness and replaced the necessary part that also got fried and burnt in result. I would definitely recommend Sim for any of your automotive repair needs.
