I was very disappointed with this father and son auto repair establishment. They took advantage of me because my car was towed to their shop for a simple starter remove and replace. I was not told the cost until after they finished the work. Most shops don't charge for diagnosis especially if they do the repair. I was charged $80.00 for diagnosis; $80.00 labor; and $160 for "the best starter." If I had known about these charges ahead of time, I would not have taken my car there. I complained when I got a call that my car was ready and he rounded the price to $300.00 which I paid under duress since they had my car. I found out that a starter on Amazon costs under $50.00. Very disappointed. I am definitely not going back there again. I hate being lied to and being blindsided. read more

Great Mechanic! He replaced my water pump and timing belt for a great price (compared to the other mechanics in the area) and did it in a timely manner. Same day service! I found this spot on Facebook rant and rave's. The check engine light came on my car and I was concerned of course. I called and asked how much they charge to check it they said at no cost and to bring it down that afternoon if I had a chance. So of course I stop by it's took them approximately 25 minutes to run code and get me a quote. Honest, Thoughtful and Accommodating- Originally, Kien (a.k.a "Ken") was my brother's mechanic. Not that he isn't but I take my car to his shop whenever I need repair or maintenance done. I don't trust anyone else. After several screw ups of other people giving me "a good deal" I discovered that Kien is the best. It's a bit pricey but you get your money's worth! He takes good care of you! Especially if he knows you live out of town and you go out on a limb to take your vehicle at his shop. He's honest and he's a good mechanic. my experience with ken and his work was horrible. mainly because of his lack of communication and the language barrier is tough due to his heavy accent his hard to understand what he is saying. to be honest i think that he is very unprofessional simpley because he cracked the bottom of my car on the fiber glass, scratched my entire car when he tried to clean it using a grease rag, he doesn't tell me if there is going to be an "extra cost" for "another part" he just installs it with out my consent and he likes to surprise me with a bigger bill, and i ended up paying close to $900 and my car was never running in the condition it originally was and every time he says he "fixed it", it wasnt fixed and it was in a more worse condition everytime.
