The owner is very pleasant and he gives me his best answer right away when I ask a question and I am one to ask many of them. He has always been patient with me, even one time let me split my payment. My cars have never had the same issue after being serviced by him. The only issue I have is the parking because there are like 3 businesses sharing 1 small parking space. My car suddenly started having trouble accelerating on my drive from LA to the Bay Area and I was so lucky to have this happen where I could pull off the highway and in here. Even though it was Saturday at 5pm and they were very busy, they took me in. They stayed hours late for me and were so diligent at searching and testing to find the well-hidden problem in my old car and then they found the part having problems and fixed it same day! Even though I was very much in a bind and they could have charged anything, they gave me a more than fair price and I was able to finish my drive that night. AC compressor replacement. What a stand up guy, Del!! A bit of miscommunication on the repair costs and he was ready to hand over the service for FREE!!! WAY more than fair on the final service price (that I almost had to force him to take). He was more concerned about having an upset customer. If you need your auto fixed, in my case a Mercedes, by an honest and fair establishment, go to the Service Station in Tracy. Still in awe about how Del was more concerned about making his customer happy than making money. Service was done for a great price and in a timely manner. Good service, reasonable price and they told me my brakes are going to need some attention soon (which I appreciate!), what prevents me from giving more stars is that they did not reset whatever needs to be reset so I stop getting nastygrams from my car telling me that I need to change the oil and rotate the tires. I broke down at the 580 junction and got towed here. Being an out-of-towner I let the tow guy pick this place for me, but it turned out to be the best repair place I've ever been to. I left the car overnight, they got on it first thing in the morning. Once they had the parts from the dealership (next day), they got the job done in just a matter of hours. This dude Kelly (sp?) was super cool and totally on top of everything, exactly what you want when you're in a bind like this. Next time I need some service I may consider driving the 1+ hrs from SF to Tracy just to have it done here! read more

Quite friendly and helpful. Always able to fix my car in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. So far, they have been able to fix my 2001 BMW 525i, 2004 Honda Civic, and 2010 Nissa Altima 2.5s. Regular oil changes don't take a lot of time. read more

These guys are thieves and a fraud. I brought my car in last year to get it fixed and was told the gas tank had a hole and needed to be replaced. I paid $800 for just the gas tank, manual labor was extra. Fast forward a year, I take my car in for smog check and I am told it has a small hole. How is it that after only a year, and supposedly new gas tank, it has a hole? Do not come to this place to get your car fixed, because they are shady. read more

I needed to get my brakes fixed, or at least I thought I did because I kept hearing a loud squeak whenever I would use my brakes. So I went here because it was walking distance from the place I had a hair appointment at. I waited about 15 minutes in the waiting room until I was asked if I needed anything. I let them know the issue with my car and they told me it won't take more than an hour at most to fix the problem. About half an hour later, I got a call letting me know that my brakes are fine they just needed lubricant. The lubed it up and also check my fluids and gave me a detailed report on what's going on with my car and what I should get done in the future. It cost me a total of 35 bucks. I really appreciated them being honest with me and also for treating me with respect by not referring to me as "sweetie" or "honey" but by my name. I wish more mechanics were like that towards women. Aside from having to wait in the waiting room for as long as I did, I like this place and recommend it. read more

This place now kinda sucks. Every time i ask to talk to Harry, they tell me he's not in. I don't think he is running the shop anymore and the place has seriously gone down the shitter. My car has been there for damn near a week now. I had it towed in because it wouldn't start. I asked them specifically to replace the fuel filter and check the fuel pump. They didn't follow my instructions, gave me a diagnosis for a MAF sensor failure and then have taken a week to install it....does it really take a week to install a MAF sensor? It didn't even have a check engine light on when i towed it in.....And they tell me they would have to get that done before they could diagnose it further. Ugh. Unless you are stopping in for a basic oil change, keep driving. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

Amazing and fast service, my boyfriend and I had a very hectic day. A man named Delgado, helped us when we were very desperate and needed to fix our car to get back on the road back home. I'm very thankful that he took us in with VERY short notice, and he has such a kind heart, usually other shops would charge hundreds of dollars, but he gave us such a good price because he said "alot of people are in need of help"... this is what you call great service and a gold heart. read more

Went there to have a 5000-mile service for my car. The owner, Harry, was nice and attentive. The service was fast and easy, I have no complaints about timing or results. The car checking was no so exhaustive that in other places, but it was OK. They honor the coupon they have posted in Google Maps, so the final price was fair. read more
