Just don't recommend this place for buying a car or repairs won't be doing business with this company again

Negative rating! Do not buy from this dealership. They're crooks. Alex (GM) and Shak are rude, dismissive, unfair and deceitful. They sold us a Gladiator with the incorrect tow package. Won't work with us unless we buy another Gladiator and take a huge loss. Bought it 7 days ago. The tow package was our #1 request when we first got there. They know. They don't care about you. They never return calls. They'll say anything for a sale. Read your paperwork closely, and get everything in writing. Be careful dealing with them. Worst business I've ever dealt with. read more

Purchased a Jeep from this dealership in April. Purchase process and service was great. Had the check engine light come on for the same issue 3 times since then. Despite the vehicle still being under factory warranty, I have to pay nearly $280 diagnostic fee each time with them not being able to resolve the issue permanently. Feedback on progress of service or repair is also poor with service reps not returning calls frequently. I cannot recommend this service department. read more

If you don't listen to reviews PLEASE listen to this one DO NOT give this company ANY of your hard earned money find a place that has honor and good business you will be disappointed and disrespected. We stayed in communication, signed paperwork and drove HOURS just to get there and have them look at us in the face and say oh sorry we just sold the car we literally had been working on for DAYS!!! Stay far away all they car about is making a sale not the person. Nothing good will come from this place and alex is extremely unprofessional read more

This is long overdue. Laura the Service Advisor is such a bright light. She helped me out when she worked at Honda Pitts. She always goes out of her way to be sure the customers are taken care of. She introduced me to Tony who was going to work on my truck. Fixing a diesel is not easy. Between Laura and Tony they a great team. Thank you Laura and Tony for helping me with my truck . You both are amazing humans. read more

If I could give less than one stars I would. Drove over two hours to view a used vehicle. Customer sales agent we spoke with on phone ahead of time was not present , and came in over 30 mins late for work. Car itself was not even at lot as the team has extreme miscommunication. Someone within team let someone take car for the day, car would not have even been returned for scheduled appointment time. No communication and poor service. Do not come here. read more

I can't really rate this because it would be negative all the way around I wrote a negative response a while back and got a reply from some Sarah S business owner. I called it. It's been one week today to ask for the GM to call me back. They're ghosting me again. They never return calls. Long story short I wanted the Rubicon X was told it was the Rubicon X come to find out it's the Rubicon very disappointed in this and Do Not buy from this company. read more

When trying to make a sale in person these people are very different including the sales manager. You leave the dealership and try to get ahold of the manager and no luck at all. You literally need to go in person in order to talk with them read more

I was ready to buy at the advertised price, plus normal taxes and fees. After I submitted my credit app and received the numbers, the dealer added a mandatory $2,700 "Platinum Package" for paint/interior protection, door edge guards, and LoJack. I told them I did not want it, but they refused to remove it and said it is added to all vehicles. I walked away because the final deal did not match the advertised price. Total bait and switch. Will be filing complaints with the appropriate agencies including screenshots of everything. read more

Traded in a truck back in February 2026, they didn't pay off the truck to capital one when they were supposed to and I've been receiving calls from capital one. I took my Jeep to have and oil change, oil pan and drain plug stripped. Told Jennifer not to touch it, They removed transmission pan bolts, and jeep started to leak oil everywhere. I went to see service manager, he was condescending, rude, liar. I went on to tell him that he was lying about the story he was telling me. I had to tow my vehicle to Manteca Jeep Cabral, where they are going beyond to help fix, the mistakes that Tracy Jeep, in Tracy California have done. read more

Worst dealer ever, do not waste your time on their site, or your time getting to the dealership to attempt to do business with these kind of people. No appointment is necessary because they don't really sell cars anyway. read more

Do NOT go here. They scam people by telling you lojack, etch, etc. is "included" in the vehicle price and they package extra $4k+ into your loan. This dealership's finance department sat on our documents and did not send them to the Bank in a timely manner, and by doing this our loan approval was rescinded. After having the vehicle for a week. Then wanted us to bring them the car back, or sign another deal with a higher payment and interest rate. So I am turning them into the BAR. read more

Car was purchased on 1/25/26 and wasn't ready for pick up until 2/6/26. DMV fees were taken from us even though the tags are current and paid until Nov 2026. 2nd programmed key was promised, but not delivered yet. Still waiting to hear from them. The service from everyone except Bennie was terrible. No return calls. I attempted to reach the GM Alex Moqardam several times and he never returned my call. He constantly had Bennie relay the information. I left many messages about still wanting to speak to him about my terrible experience but I have yet to hear from him. read more

I called to get service on my car, after going down the rabbit hole with a "digital assistant" I finally was put on hold for 7 mins before I gave up. Lance and the crew at Tracy Chrysler Dodge helped me get into my dream car! The staff was professional, friendly and attentive to my needs as soon as I walked in the front door. I was texting with Lance from early morning to the time I arrived at the dealership. They worked with me to create a deal that was just right for me! Which I appreciate. They did not hound or pressure me in any facet of the deal. They were knowledgeable and respectful of my time. Luck enough to say I was able to drive off the lot in a 2021 Corvette C8 with all the bells and whistles at a price I felt was just. They also gave me a fair trade in value on a 17 TRD Pro Taco. Although I will miss the Taco I'm happy in my new ride. Thank you again to Lance and the crew. They even gave me free water and pizza, just a side note, but that meant a lot to me. read more

I have purchased many vehicles in the past (Nissan,Lexus, Honda, Acura, several BMWs, Mercedes)... Tracy Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM on Naglee Road was the absolute best dealership I have ever been to! Lance, Mark, and Bob worked with me with my tight budget to fulfill the needs of our business! Originally, we came in to purchase a promaster city van from Lance, but after seeing the commercial trucks on the lot, we changed our minds and threw the sales team for a loop. I communicated with Lance on the phone and via text at about 9am on Wed. July 5th. By 2pm my credit app was submitted and i was driving an hour away to Tracy to get the van. Lance had it detailed for us and waiting. He was leaving at 5pm that day due to other obligations and we understood. He passed us off to the sales manager...but Lance made sure to say hello to us before he left! We were conflicted between the van and this RAM 1500 truck. The Ford van we own needed a new engine and Ford told us it would be $11k for a refurbished engine. We rented a truck at the airport to get us by, and of course they hooked us up with a Hemi Limited. My fiance (toyota lover) fell in love with the 2023 hemi limited. I'll get him one of those hemi limited soon. In the meantime, he will enjoy the basics while he works in the HVAC business. Avoid the bay area pricing and hit up Tracy CDJR...you will fine genuine people who care about you! Dealer markups in the bay area are at least $9000 and they won't budge! read more

This is a 5 star rating for Archie! He is THE reason why I bought my truck here. It's no mistake more than 90% of the reviews are for him. He goes above and beyond for his customers, understands this is a relationship business and that earning the trust of his customers will lead to repeat and referral business. I have been looking for a new car, a Jeep to be exact, for quite some time. I decided to drive to Tracy and look around and I was greeted right away. I mentioned what car I was looking for and we started to look around the lot. Davod was able to help me narrow down my search by asking me questions on what was important to me in a car. He offered me and my family water while we were discussing about different options as well. He explain to me how Jeeps now have hybrid option and explain to me the benefits. At the end, I was able to walk out with a new white Jeep Wrangler and I'm in love. Davod was very knowledgeable, very patient with all the questions I had, very nice and made the process very quick and easy. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Davod and the team. I am happy I was able to walk out with a car that I love. Thank you Tracy Jeep for a phenomenal service. read more

I purchased my Jeep Compass from here and I will never set foot again at this dealership! I took my Jeep in 3 different occasions for issues with the check engine light. They never found the problem supposedly. Got sick and tired of how unprofessional they all are from Mike, service advisor to Carlos, service manager. I took it to a different Jeep dealer were they treated me with courtesy and respect. They found the issue right away and took care of it for me in a timely manner. Not to mention TRACY JEEP also screwed up the 4x4 transfer exchange case when I went to get the 60k service. I would not recommend them in a million years!!! STAY AWAY! read more

Took my jeep in because engine light was on and it was shaking at 60mph. The car had not been driven in over a year, so I assumed it also needed an oil change. The response was that it was not worth pouring any more money into, repair estimate was $15,000.00. So why would you still change the oil??? A quick call to the customer to say" it really would not be worth it", do you still want us to do it? Are companies now just money hungry, and meeting sales goals is all that's important? $700.00 down the drain to find out my car is not worth repairing, and how about you tell a customer that you charge $289.00 per issue to just look at your vehicle. read more

I understand when you go to a dealership you are going to pay more for service than elsewhere. However, when you are price gouged like I was today by Tracy CDJR it' just reminds me to stay away from dealerships like this and go to Elk Grove where they value their customers. For an oil change in a diesel pick up they charged me $416.23. The $29.00 dollar filter was $109.00 and the oil itself was $122.60 and $184.58 in labor. No wonder they have a lot full of vehicles and the service dept was empty. Should have known I would be ripped off here. Beware and stay away from this place!!! read more

Review for sales only and it's was as good as it could be thanks to Lance in sales and the entire team. Showed up at 9:AM sharp to buy a vehical on sale (incredible price) and the entire experience could not have been better. Told them what I wanted, don't upsell me and I'm pressed for time and they exceeded all expectations. Due to a locked credit report and the fact I was driving to Nevada my wife came back the next day to wrap things up and take her new Compass home. She had nothing but praise for everyone and I need to go back and personally thank Lance and everyone for how accomidating and painless they made the experience. While not the same staff, I had the exact same experience there exactly 12 years ago purchasing my ad sale Ram 1500 4x4 so I'm 2 for 2 with great experiences here. read more

I do not know where to start. I took my vehicle (Jeep) in for an oil leak as a precaution during August. The vehicle did not have any other problems. The service department found many problems during their inspection. These problems were not able to be fixed until now (November). I waited almost 3 months! Now I understand things take time and that is not what upset me. I was dissatisfied with their service because of the lack of communication, empty promises, and lies. During my experience, I spoke with two service advisors and a supervisor who would not call me back when I requested them to. I would be on hold for thirty minutes and no one would pick up. I was told my vehicle would be ready and when that time came it wouldn't be. Now halfway through my experience the car was inspected and released to me. I couldn't even drive it off the lot without further warning signals. They took it again to fix their mistakes. Now to make amends with my poor experience they promised me a clean vehicle when it would be released to me and I got it back dirtier than how I took it in. I'm never coming back to their service department ever again. I have never been this stressed with any other customer service ever. Good luck to all those who bring their vehicle here for service and I hope you don't go through the experience I did. read more

We wanted a Jeep Gladiator and Tracy CDJR made it happen. Our salesperson, Sly, was honest and patient. The process from test drive to paperwork was easy. However, we had to stay past store closing hours but Sly, Barry, and Najeem were committed to closing the deal. They answered our questions and were pleasant to do business with. Overall, not too much back and forth and pretty much stress free. My expectations were met and I'm a satisfied customer. Highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle.
