    I came into Tracy Ford this morning at 8:30 for my 9 o'clock appointment. I left at 1:30 but I had a recall so I already expected to stay a couple hours which was fine with Me. My customer service rep was very nice. She kept me updated. She offered me a Shuttle to go get lunch which I declined service was great. Customer service is great. They fixed my recall on my dashboard screen. I have to come back for the recall for my windshield wipers. Those parts are not in yet thanks Tracy Ford for excellent service.

    I went there with a million questions about the used Expedition I had just acquired. One of the service writers, Ricky, took time to answer all of my questions and show me how things work. It meant so much to me that I will drive back to have service done there in the future! Great staff!

    Essan Finance Director Went to Tracy Ford on a whim looking for the new Bronco. After hearing how hard it's been to get one I wasn't expecting too much. I had a certain price range and they worked with it and made it happen!! They had to jump through a few hoops to trade with other dealerships to make my dream happen but they did it! I got the car of my dreams with a price that can't be beat! Essan did everything he can to get me the best interest rates, making sure I was getting the best! I wouldn't expect anything less from their amazing customer service, and they truly want what's best for their customers. 15/10 Would definitely recommend!! Thank you Tracy Ford!

    My husband and I have been talking about getting me a new car for a little over a year and this weekend we decided to bite the bullet. We showed up early and were greeted by Julio about 10 minutes before the dealership even opened. We knew exactly which car we were looking for and he didn't hesitate to fuel it up for us to test drive. Test drove the car - loved it more than I thought I would. Came back and after running some numbers we decided to take a look around, as Ford was our first stop of the day and we didn't want to potentially miss any other good options. Julio offered to let us drive the car around the other lots... good sales tactic. It worked, and after looking at every other lot in the auto mall we happily drove back to Ford to finish the paper work. The entire experience was about 3-3 1/2 hours. Painless, even with a hungry 4 year old. Thank you so much Julio, Marcos, and Ahmad for your help today. We left with everything we came looking for and more. We are so excited about our families first new car.

    Everybody was friendly and easy to deal with. Nobody was overly pushy. It felt like my wants and needs were a priority for every person I encountered. Leonard was the best sales manager I dealt with throughout my whole process of looking for a car. Harpreet (Happy) was an easy going salesman who really listened to what I needed. Art was the easiest close out and was refreshing to deal with on the financial side of my buying process. All in all they were a great team and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend!

Upon arrival Moe assisted us from start to finish, and he was so great and made the purchase very easy and speedy. There was one miscommunication upon arrival regarding pricing but the team quickly addressed the issue, so that we could move forward with completing the process.     WARNING: DO NOT BUY HERE…read more I bought a new car (2024 honda prologue) last year. when I bought the car, it had some paint missing on the bumper, where the headlights are. I told the technician at Tracy Honda and they gave me a paint pen to touch it up. At ~7k miles, the paint got worse and started to chip away more. I contacted American Honda to get it fixed because the paint on the bumper was coming off and I could see the rubber seal of the headlights sticking out, they connected me with Walnut Creek Honda. When I got the car back from WC Honda, it came with the headlight still put on wrong. I mentioned it to the technician, that the headlight rubber was still visible and they told me that it was normal. I also mentioned to the technician that the back lights look like they are on wrong due to the empty space on one of the headlights, he said it was normal. A weeks later as I was washing my car I noticed that the light on the back of the driver side started to shake, but when I went in the daytime, it didn't shake. I went back to WC Honda and told them about the front & back headlight to the technician & he basically told me that it was not his problem. I called American Honda again, and they told me that I have to find a dealership that will accept the warranty and fix the car. I also saw that the dealership charged me 6k dollars more on the lease papers than stated by word. Very Shady Dealership

We agreed on a price, he didn't fudge the numbers, start to finish with him was a positive experience. Negative: Only thing I didn't appreciate, is probably a dealerships decision. We purchased a used car from them... after completing paperwork and getting ready to leave.. noticed 1) they didn't have any mats in the car. 2) they only supplied us with one key. This was for a 2yr old car. At the prices the cars are selling at, I can't believe those two things are not provided as regular preparation for a sale. We purchased a 2024 Kia Sportage (which we are pleased with..).. now we have to order mats and search around to order the key and have it programmed. While you state that all options were reviewed and voluntarily agreed to, our experience did not reflect that level of openness. Key information regarding financing and add-ons was not clearly explained upfront, and the overall process felt misleading rather than transparent. Going forward, I will not allow the dealership to communicate directly with my wife regarding any transactions or financing matters without my presence. Given how the deal was presented and finalized, this boundary is necessary due to the lack of clear and straightforward communication we experienced. This has significantly impacted our trust in your dealership. Additionally, we were told that the bank required the purchase of an extended warranty in order to receive a better interest rate. This representation felt misleading and reinforced our concerns about the sales tactics used during the transaction. Based on this experience, we are genuinely concerned about any future visits or interactions with your dealership. Our expectation is honest, direct, and transparent communication--something we did not receive.
