He was pretty good, and the manage approve purchase at the low Internet price, which I was a little worried about. We actually purchased a used Mazda instead of a Honda, and it was in decent shape for its age and mileage. We were given plenty of time for a test drive and left alone when we asked for some time to talk. It took a long time to buy the car, as is typical of every car buying experience at a dealer, but once we were in the finance office it was fast. My only complaints are that the arm rest in the back seat was pretty sticky on and behind it, and I noticed the morning after purchase that we did not have a copy of the manual in the glove box. Minus those two details, this was a 5/5 experience.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY HERE…read more I bought a new car (2024 honda prologue) last year. when I bought the car, it had some paint missing on the bumper, where the headlights are. I told the technician at Tracy Honda and they gave me a paint pen to touch it up. At ~7k miles, the paint got worse and started to chip away more. I contacted American Honda to get it fixed because the paint on the bumper was coming off and I could see the rubber seal of the headlights sticking out, they connected me with Walnut Creek Honda. When I got the car back from WC Honda, it came with the headlight still put on wrong. I mentioned it to the technician, that the headlight rubber was still visible and they told me that it was normal. I also mentioned to the technician that the back lights look like they are on wrong due to the empty space on one of the headlights, he said it was normal. A weeks later as I was washing my car I noticed that the light on the back of the driver side started to shake, but when I went in the daytime, it didn't shake. I went back to WC Honda and told them about the front & back headlight to the technician & he basically told me that it was not his problem. I called American Honda again, and they told me that I have to find a dealership that will accept the warranty and fix the car. I also saw that the dealership charged me 6k dollars more on the lease papers than stated by word. Very Shady Dealership

Very disappointing customer service experience at Toyota service in Tracy on September 24, 2026…read more I had a scheduled appointment at 1:15 PM for a recall on my Camry. I arrived about eight minutes early and got in line. An employee came up to me, confirmed that I had an appointment, placed a cone on my vehicle, and walked away. I was then told to wait. While I was waiting, several other vehicles arrived after me, including people who had appointments later than mine, and they were taken in for service ahead of me. I continued waiting, assuming the staff knew I was there for my scheduled 1:15 appointment. At approximately 1:37 PM, an employee named Mauricio came over and told me that I did not have a 1:30 appointment. I explained that I never said I had a 1:30 appointment,my appointment was at 1:15 PM. What was especially frustrating was that nobody had actually asked me what time my appointment was or verified my appointment information before assuming there was an issue. Mauricio then told me that they had to take other vehicles in but that they still had time to take my vehicle. At that point, it felt as though I was being treated like they were doing me a favor, when I had arrived early for my scheduled appointment and had already been waiting while customers with later appointments were being taken ahead of me. I ultimately decided to leave and take my vehicle to another Toyota dealership. The recall itself was not the issue, the customer service and lack of communication were. If there had simply been a delay, I would have understood. What I found unacceptable was being told to wait while other customers with later appointments were taken ahead of me, and then having an employee approach me more than 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment and make an assumption about my appointment time without first asking or verifying it. A simple conversation and better communication could have prevented the entire situation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for the recall.

Once we were back, we discussed our concerns and settled on a cash deal in about 5 minutes. Then about 20 minutes of paperwork later, we paid and we were done. Super easy and straightforward. We were off the lot with the car within about an hour after our arrival, including a 20 minute test drive. I'll definitely be checking with Abe on my next purchase. He makes it worth driving a bit further.

Manic Motors surprised us a couple times in very unexpected ways and made us return customers for…read morelife. First surprise, extended selection. We saw two vehicles online but ended up test driving and considering four. They have new vehicles coming in just as fast as they're selling them. BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Dodge, GMC - they will likely have what you're looking for. For us, we're a Tesla family through & through. Can't beat the reliability and cost of ownership on top of the increasingly pampering features being auto-updated every year. They had at least a dozen Teslas on their lot, and more off-site. Their selection is like digging into Mary Poppins bag, they just keep pulling out so much more than you expect. Second surprise: Paul Paul was courteous and knowledgeable, as expected, from the start. He showed us the two vehicles we saw online, about 6 more that looked great, and even a couple models that we weren't even planning on considering - again, great selection. Manic Motors was our very first stop in our car shopping adventure and, despite the great prices, I could not allow myself to be 'sold' at my first stop - just a personal conviction in life. We left Manic Motors in hopes of finding more great offers elsewhere. This is where Paul surprised us. He cautioned us about being aware of some shady practices but wished us well in our search. Come to find out, Paul was absolutely right TWICE with two separate dealerships - one had promised a particular feature online & over the phone, but couldn't fake the Carfax report, the other dealership had almost no knowledge of Teslas (how to open the doors, calculate range at full charge, types of configurations, etc.) and were extremely pushy - even to the point of lying to our face. *** BAD REVIEWS on Livermore Toyota and Tracy Hyundai coming soon! *** But, back to Paul. Just before we discovered the 3rd dealership was ultra-pushy, we had messaged Paul that we found a vehicle that was a slightly better year and trim than what he had on his lot. He was gracious and congratulated us. We waited two days for this car and THEN we saw the ugly side of the 3rd dealership. Although our daughter liked this car a slight bit more than all the others we saw that week, I refuse to purchase anything from someone who disrespects my wife and daughter. Needless to say, we went back to Paul since they did have my daughter's very-close-second-place vehicle. Paul was amazing. He welcomed us back, gave us a great price, and made the buying experience pain-free. It's a different world today than it was when I was growing up. More and more difficult to trust people at their word these days. This was a hard lesson that Paul warned us about and it hit us immediately after leaving Manic Motors. Paul was genuine and up-front about the whole process, what he's able to do and what he couldn't. In a world where promises are often counterfeited, even from seemingly large & established businesses, it imperative to find someone you can trust. Paul and Manic Motors earned our trust and our future business. We'll be checking with them soon for Teslas for our soon-to-be-driving younger children. SAVE YOURSELF the MISERY of uncovering lies from other dealerships and shady salespeople! See Paul and let him show you what an honest car-buying experience should feel like.

Upon arrival, i had noticed that the odometer had many more miles on it that advertised, trash in the back seat, dried up spills all over the front passenger seat, a rag left in the trunk. When asked about it the sales person said it they do the detailing after he sells it. I asked if this was being used a a commuter car for one of the folks there and he said no. That was the first lie of our visit as the GM later said he had been using it. We knew this as his and many others names were still connected to the vehicles Bluetooth. I know this vehicle had been on the lot for a number of weeks and am not stupid but the excuse after excuse and a lame attempt in cover up is unacceptable. When we asked to take it for a test drive, it took them quite a while and a number of attempts to resolve the security on it. That was the second indicator of unprofessional attention to detail. 3 - the travel rout seemed odd. We were suspicious as the sales person directed us in a lap around farm roads so we had it insist on taking it on the freeway. I can see why now as we discovered that it had a noticeable pull to the right That was just add to the BS and it soured us. At the end, we made a reasonable offer for a vehicle that was a non-certified used repo vehicle, was obviously driven hard, 11000k and needed an alignment already and needed brake rotor work, etc. They quoted a price $5000 more they advertised on line and pulled comparisons in the area that were for similar vehicles but in much better condition etc. Red flag again! We got sick of the BS and out right lies and felt a bit insulted at the end on their tactics and walked. This will go on out reviews of Tracy Nissan for sure. I'm still mad about this experience.
