He eventually told me they had an emergency and wouldn't be back until 5:30 PM -- keep in mind, we spoke around 2:45 PM. No one contacted me to cancel or reschedule. We contacted Skylar the owner of Golden State Auto and left ten plus messages that were ignored and NEVER returned. Very Unprofessional. I believe they owe us some type of compensation. We called AUL and were told that these repairs were not covered by the warranty. Just so you know, It is okay to cancel the warranty at any time but it will be prorated after 60 days. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE, and always ask for a Carfax report!
