I recently got a Mazda 6 at JRA Imports. I am very happy with my purchase and would 100% return when I need a car and I would recommend them to anyone in Tracy looking for used cars. Rizwan was honest and let us take a long time to look at and drive the car we were interested in. He recommended us a good quality warranty that we were happy with and at no point did we feel rushed or in the dark about anything. Please if you're looking for a used car check out his lot! read more

At 1st I was skeptical, because the bad rap, that most used car lots get, but not @ JRA Imports... If you're in the market for purchasing a used vehicle, go see Rizwan @ JRA Imports!! I'm sure you'll leave a happy and satisfied customer, I know that I did! Thanks again guys, I appreciate your time, help, & business!!! read more

Honest and easy to deal with. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Rizwan went through the plus and minuses of our options patiently. The process was smooth and quick once we made the decision. It made me feel good to support a local small business instead of paying for fancy overheads of a typical large dealer. read more

I was searching 2 months for a used reliable affordable vehicle, and I just couldn't find a place anywhere due to the current rise in vehicle prices (May 2021). Surprisingly and thankfully, I stumbled across this place in town. As soon as my wife and I met Rizwan, we got a good feeling about him. He was down to earth, very easy to work with, without the stereo typical fears of a used auto salesman. I was able to find a 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring for under $10K and it was blue booked at $14K. Yes, it had a few misgivings, ex. need to replace a worn headlight, but these were very minor things. Rizwan allowed me to take it to a mechanic of my choice prior to sale, and they found no issues with the transmission or engine, etc. Two weeks later and the car is still running great! If you're leery of dealing with a car dealer sales person like I was, give Rizwan a chance to earn your business like he did with ours! Satisfied Tracy resident. read more

JRA Imports - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Tracy, California

Bought my son a car here. They let me test drive and bring the car to my son at work for him to check it out. No haggle easy buy for the value. read more

I needed to buy a car on a limited budget recently, and I had to do it quickly. I went to a few other places around Tracy but at JRA, I was more comfortable with completing my purchase. I talked to the owner and told him what I needed, and he was able to show me two cars, both Honda's with low mileage. I was able to test drive, but both cars were so close to what I needed, that it took a second test drive for me to decide which one I preferred. How often do you find two great deals that make it so you can't decide? I ended up getting a 2008 Honda Civic and I was happy, but a couple days after my purchase, my back hubcap fell off when I was driving. I text messaged rizwan and let him know, and sent pictures of the hubcaps that were still on. At first it seemed like nothing would happen from letting him know, but a week later he sent me my permanent registration, along with a check a note saying he would cover the cost of the missing hubcap. So nice! A real genuine move. JRA imports is a great place to go if you need something fast and have little time to shop around. Thank you so much for your help! read more

I have bought 3 cars (2011 Nissan Leaf, 2013 Nissan Leaf, 2016 Mazda 3) from JRA Imports has, each time been friendly, businesslike and above all honest! Whatever they say about used car salesman, that is not what Rizwan is. In fact after the first in person purchase I was confident enough in Rizwan to purchase the next two cars based on pictures, videos he took for me and his opinion of the cars. During the shipping of the Mazda (by an independent car hauler) the drivers side mirror was damaged. Rizwan went to bat for us and kept in touch with the hauler about reimbursement for the parts my son had to purchase. It's been about 4 months and I had forgotten about the issue when I got an email form Rizwan this morning. He had received a reimbursement check payable to him from the hauler and was notifying us to send us the money! I feel that someone less honest would have just pocketed the check and, at best, waited until I inquired about it again. He's a real stand up guy! Buy your next car from him and be confident that you are dealing with someone honest. read more

JRA Imports - The LEAF I purchased from JRA Imports - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Tracy, California

When desperately in need of a car, JRA had a great and affordable selection to choose from. The owner was happy to help me with my financial situation and even stayed open late to accommodate my purchase. He even covered the following years registration without charge. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and if I'm ever looking for another car I'll be glad to look here! read more

Rizwan made the purchase of my son's first car smooth and pleasant. From the car availability inquiry until the moment we received the license plates. I can not thank Rizwan enough for working with us, for being so responsive, easy to work with. THANK YOU Rizwan, JRA Imports. read more

Amazing dealership with responsive and helpful salesmen. They gave a very reasonable price with a complete rundown of the vehicle along with recommendations in accordance to your budget and requirements. Even though I was a first time buyer it was a complete simple and quick process. I would definitely recommend this dealership. read more

I always dread buying cars but Rizwan was a pleasure to work and made it a smooth experience. Good prices and a very straight forward and honest guy who cares about his customers. I just purchased a car from JRA for the second time. They have a great selection of quality used cars with low mileage at very reasonable cost. The owner is friendly and helpful, and I will definitely return if I have a need for another used vehicle. read more

Just bought my first car here, and the experience was very good. I didn't feel pressured or anxiety to have to make a decision or that I was getting jipped. I felt like Rizwan was very nice and honest, and that he was a good man. With that in mind, I had the best experience purchasing here. The car I chose was a car I had been looking for, and saving for, for months. And he had it at a great price. It is a 2012 Prius c, with 69,000 miles on it. The price was non-negotiable but was a deal nonetheless, and just what I wanted. If you are a first-time buyer I definitely recommend coming here, it's definitely worth the drive. Still waiting to see exactly how the car does, but so far everything is great! read more

Decent service getting my car with affordable prices and offered decent money for a trade in. However, the dealer failed to disclose everything that was wrong with the vehicle and instead answered with "We only care that the car runs." They did not cover the following year's registration even though they had already received the invoice for it. They informed me that they do not handle registration, yet other posts on this forum says that they do. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but being left with a couple electrical issues and additional registration fees left me feeling less than satisfied. read more

My experience with Rizwan and JRA was great. Upon seeing a listing for a 2017 Chevy Volt a few months ago, I emailed him and he responded within the hour. He was very straightforward, was knowledgeable, and flexible on times I could come in to test drive. I asked a lot of questions, and he was very patient and offered all the service history for the vehicle. He also seemed to offer cars on his lot that have a solid maintenance history, which is not an accident. I would highly recommend JRA Imports if you are in the market for a quality used car. read more

Car shopping can be scary. All the "Getting over" stories in the world. So please do all your investigations googling carfaxing, and most of sll praying for the right car for you. I learned more about cars, standing mileage, service history, and googling reviews on the cars I was considering. Almost jumping on a really nice looking Honda for 2,500. My brother said, "You get what you pay for" Ugh. The worst was A HONDA that uses "NATURAL GAS". I actually went to investigate one access here in Stockton. What a headache. Even at 2014, 71,000 miles, I got a headache. So we decided to look at one IN TRACY at JRA Imports. CALLING first, the car I considered was a stick. NOOOO The young man said "we have lots of cars." So we went forward googling address. Very nice young man. Explaining many things about cars we looked at. Great price.Test drive. Sold. Warranty options explained. Questions answered. 7 days I've had my Honda Insight. I am very pleased. JRA mentioned general support with the car. Thank you. I have been to Honda World building a relationship for the Honda I now have. Many blessings JRA IMPORTS and Family. Jamie read more

Been here once. I like how the salesperson is there to help but doesn't pressure you to buy a car. Some cars are junky and hella dirty but I like that they don't bother you or stalk you. read more

Friendly and relaxed sales people Great deals on the cars, I didn't feel the need to haggle over the price. I bought an electric car for my mother and the 2 day cancelation option. Very sketchy. Car not cleaned inside or out, not even a full gas tank! Have had maaany issues with the Toyota Matrix over the past year and have already replaced several parts. Now it looks like I will have to replace the engine. Feeling like a fool for trusting this guy! read more

I bought a 2016 Prius C here this weekend and Rizwan was amazing with his response time on facebook and meeting with me at the dealership the next day. The negotiation process for dealers is usually a difficult one, but Rizwan was very reasonable, courteous, and fair. Great prices too, for the value that I was getting. Although there was an unexpected $80 document fee charge that could not be waived, I still feel like I got a steal in the deal. Rizwan even arranged for my car to get delivered half an hour away for free. Would highly recommend my friends here and will be returning in the future for my next car. read more

I'm giving it two instead of one because I didn't even give the people a chance to come talk to me so they get the benefit of the doubt there. We drove a couple hours out here to look at three cars specifically and they were filthy inside, tires nearly balding and one of the cars for sale even had a spare tire on it rather than a real one. Some of their newer cars look really nice but I don't trust a place that doesn't clean the car and put new tires on it. If the inside/outside of the car isn't clean, then under the hood sure isn't clean. Everything sold as is. No warranties. read more

If I could give more stars, I would. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, Rizwan is the best. I'd been looking for a car for 3-months and had walked out of another dealership because the sales people were so aggressive and pushy. Not at JRA Imports! I found my perfect car online - Toyota Corolla with low-mileage, in perfect condition, with all the bells and whistles and at a very fair price. I raced down to the dealership and the guys there were all super nice. They said they have a "no pressure" sales process and there really was no pressure. I took the car for a spin and knew I wanted it. They offered me THE BEST deal of any dealership I'd been to. Every step of the way, he was friendly, helpful and totally transparent with information. I would definitely recommend JRA Imports to any of my friends or family looking for a car! While I won't be buying another car again anytime soon (at least I hope not), I'd definitely go back again... They're the best! Thanks Rizwan! read more

Rizwan is definitely the man you want to go to when you are going to be looking for cars! He is not only knowledgeable but he is also very personable and great to get along with. I have always had negative connections about used car salesmen, however Rizwan not only removed any negative thoughts I could've had about Car Salesmen, he made a positive impact for my first time buying a car! If you're looking for a car, look for Rizwan at JRA auto in Tracy California! The only downside to the auto lot however, is his co-worker. His co-worker is a bit pushy and not as personable, so if you're going, make sure you're going to talk to Rizwan. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family if they ever need to buy a car. Great prices and even greater service! read more

I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Volt on Nov. 15 from JRA Imports at Tracy. I got a fair deal from Rizwan as we communicate through Facebook messenger. I drove over 100 miles from Santa Rosa to Tracy to buy this vehicle. I had a great experience at JRA Imports. I think we get what we give. If we give time and respect we get that back in kind. Rizwan was great. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He didn't push a hard sell, the car pretty much sold itself. Rizwan was there to help, very patient, very thoughtful, and kind. This dealership is all about the fair deal and customer needs but it is a business, so like I said, mutual respect. I had a car for about a week and it works as expected. I'm putting in a review so that anybody looking for a good deal will look for Rizwan at JRA Imports- I don't write reviews often, but I was impressed by my experience at JRA Imports. read more

I bought a used 2012 Nissan Leaf in March with less than 44,000 miles on it. The car's interior and exterior were in excellent condition. The salesperson, Rizwan, was personable, accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience all around! On a side note: Although the car's battery capacity was only at approximately 70% (it dropped to eight bars a couple of days ago), Nissan will replace it with a new 2015 specifications battery pack later this month since it is still under warranty. read more

Got a great car for a great price, what more can one ask for? No high powered sales pitch; just answered our questions and offered a great little car for a fair price.
