Joe and the rest of the staff are top notch at Showcase. We bought a Transit van, and they made it a seamless experience. From ordering it over the phone (showed us the vehicle thoroughly via FaceTime),they coordinated delivering it 50 miles to us the same day we purchased it, all with no pressure throughout the purchase. They brought the paperwork in person and had the sections highlighted and ready to go to sign in 5 minutes. In addition to this, sent two guys out to upfit the van after we bought it. They traveled again for this and knocked it out. I cannot overstate how helpful Joe of SAS was in helping us get just the right vehicle. The entire business, from its simple facade and location to its very simple scope of sales (mostly vans) was refreshing and easy to navigate. My wife and I had been looking for a very specific vehicle for quite some time (a Ford Transit 350 AWD). One popped up at SAS and we went immediately. Joe was not in any way what I would refer to as a car salesman; he was simply an extremely nice young man who presented us with all of the options possible, all of the information needed to decide on a purchase and did it in such a way that never felt as though he had anything in it for him personally - a most refreshing take on "salesman" for me. As such, Joe made it very easy for us to not only trade in my 2020 4Runner but even easier to drive home that day with the car we need now for a family of 8. Joe and his staff even replaced two panels in the back that my wife noticed as needing attention and did so on the spot. As we will be in the market for another vehicle at the end of summer, Joe simply told me to give him a little time and he'd find one for me. Later after buying the car It had signs that it had been sitting for awhile I ignored that, to find all 3 broken motor mounts a MAJOR oil leak and not to mention my right side back window stopped rolling down.. I bought VW GOLF GTI 2001 from this place close to February/March 2013 and they sold me a car that I am, today, on 5/16/2013 about to find out if my Battery/Alternator is bad, I paid over 6,000$ on this car and over 2,500$ on repairs already. The aftermarket catalytic converter is bad and I haven't fixed that yet(another 1,000$ maybe?), there was no protector plate on the bottom of engine to stop water from blasting up there- resulting in a spark plug wire coil going out, one of the plugs got knocked loose, the plastic interior of the car is made to look like nothing is cracked or broken but plenty of little hidden pieces inside are cracked/broken (like under the dash). My back left light has gone out, the brakes needed replacing, there has been so much wrong with this car since I bought it and I am mad because they claimed it was all proper, inspected, and passed with a good report.... but that's BULL. These people ACT NICE, TALK NICE, LOOK NICE, but sell you SHIT. They don't give you a single hint of a downside to their cars, they have no integrity in how they treat you. They did all they could to make my purchase look okay. My suggestion: Ask for an inspection, get your own mechanic, get the papers first, DON'T BUY UNTIL THEY DO WHAT YOU WANT and YOU SEE WHAT YOU NEED TO SEE. If you know nothing, don't trust them, or even listen to them. They can't be trusted with new buyers, AT ALL. I'd feel better if I could throw this car through the dealership. This is the worst first buy I could have received. And what's even more negative is they knew my mother was helping me with the purchase, putting down half for the car to help me get on my feet - and they still sold us this piece of shit. Even tried to sell us the better warranty (which doesn't cover any of the shit wrong with it.) F^*# you, Showcase. I hope the people who "helped me" read this. read more

Be very careful purchasing a car from this dealership. They are nice and helpful until you BUY the car and they don't give you FULL details. I got the car fax report WEEKS after i purchased and the car and i had to call them 4 times to get it because the swore they showed me the carfax but they didnt because If i would have known the problems i WOULD NOT have purchase a newer car that i have to put more money in to fix than actual car itself. They say they "inspect" the cars, but they dont because the car i purchased has a major electrical short on the blinker and the headlight goes out which is dangerous and even more dangerous the car has broken swaybar links on 2 of the tires which i was also not aware of, when i got them changed on my own both parts were completely busted. The cars are not safe or "street legal" I got a ticket for the window tint on the front windshield the 3rd day i got the car. They should be looking into those kind of laws and not sell a car if the tint is not legal and they dont want to help you fix ANYTHING after its off the lot. So if you buy from them make sure the lights work 100% ! make sure tires are SAFE to drive away in I had to stop on lunch and get the tire part fixed before it busted and i lost my tire. And if i could give NO stars i would because this is a bad dealership and they dont deserve A single star but thats the only way i can leave a review. dont be fooled they dont sell good running vehicles they just clean them up a little and make them look nice but you dont find out about the problems until everything is done. In this day and age where it seems that every business is only out to make money and customer service seems to fall short. well this is not the case at Showcase. I just bought a Mercedes Benz and this was probably the easiest buying experience that I have had. Roni the salesman is awesome ( btw for you Giants fans You don't need to fear the beard hear lol) I have challenged credit, Joe the negotiator and Nick the Owner got me financed at the payment I wanted and a shorter term loan it was great. The customer service is unbelievable, Nick totally understand how to treat his clients, the car had a few minor issues that any other dealer would have said sorry you bought it as is but not Nick and Joe they listened to my concerns and took care of them at there expense I recommend anyone looking for a good quality used car to see Roni, Joe and Nick these guys are great.
