If you want trust, honesty and experience THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. Because I wouldn't remove my original post Peter (one of the owners) backed out on giving us the money (that he already said he would give us) towards the repair of a crack that he said was just a ding. I'll tell you the story and you can be the judge. On April 29, 2018 my husband went to 2Win Auto Sales to take a look at a 2015 Subaru outback. Price was a little less then Bay Area so driving the 1.5 hours was ok. It's a used car so we expected the usual dings, dents and scratches. Saw that the grille was cracked and leather was torn and windshield was cracked. Peter was able to come down $245.00. My husband pointed out the crack near the fender and Peter said it was nothing, maybe it's just a ding from a cart or something. He also said Carfax states no accident. Totally misleading. Take note. JUST BECAUSE A CARFAX DOES NOT SHOW A ACCIDENT DOES NOT MEAN THE CAR WAS NOT IN A ACCIDENT. Before picking up my kids I decided to have a local body shop take a look at the crack. The guy said that the crack is a unusual place to have just a ding. He proceeded to tell me that this was a result of rust building underneath causing the bubble and crack. Two panels needed to be painted in order for it to blend etc. etc. Went to another body shop because I was such disbelief. The body shop said that it looks like the car was in a accident and whoever repaired it didn't do it correctly. Pointed where bolts were missing and paint was mismatched and pretty much the same thing the first auto body shop said. Keep in mind, I still need a car rental for at least 3-5 Days. This whole thing is going to cost thousands. Yes, THOUSANDS! My husband called Peter, told Peter the situation. Peter said to bring the car over and he will have it fixed. I was ecstatic! I asked Peter if he can give me the names and numbers of the body shop he uses. He gave me 3. Only one body shop was legit. Called the one and only legit body shop and the owner said he does not do business with 2Win Auto Sales and hasn't in the past 3 years. He also told me some other stuff but I won't disclose. I asked Peter if I can just use one of the body shop where I got quoted. He refused and said that the Bay Area prices are too much. I WAS WILLING TO BRING THE CAR OVER as long as he provided a name and number. HE REFUSED. Offered me not even half of what I got quoted and told me to remove my review. Retracted his offer when I said I wouldn't remove my review. I've come to the conclusion that Peter at 2win has SHADY business practices. We trusted Peter. He kept down playing the crack in his words "not a big deal". He gave us a misrepresentation of the vehicle. He even suggested something outrageous like a DIY spray. Take a look at the pictures I posted to see what can happen if this sort of thing isn't properly addressed. Regardless, I'm going to get the crack fixed. Tip: Do your research. What can I say, except, we should have started here first! My husband and I had been in the market for a lower mileage, used but newer vehicle, specifically a Ford Fusion and weekend after weekend, Sunday after Saturday, we had been going up and down the bay area trying to find the right vehicle for us. It wasn't until the Sunday before last that I found a listing on craigslist for a Ford Fusion Hybrid at 2win that we called them up. Peter answered the phone and was so polite and very helpful. We live about an hour and half away and I had explained to him that we had been driving around so much already and asked him if we can do most work over the phone and he was more than happy to help us out. Peter was able to get back to us in under an hour, unlike other places that would take a few hours sometimes and some not even call you back. Not Peter, nope...that's just not his style. Him and the other gentleman working there work for their customers happiness. They aim to help and please. They are the best in customer service and car salesmen that we've had the pleasure of working with. He was so great through the whole process, but when we got to the end, we didn't realize they didn't take check for our down payment, by this time the banks were already closed, but Peter was willing to work out a split payment. Half that day, half the next. Then they went above and beyond. We didn't have to come all the way back to Oakdale the next day to pick up the car, they actually brought the car to us!! We don't know anywhere else that would do that for their customers except for 2win Auto Sales. We are very happy with our purchase and even more excited that it was a Hybrid with awesome mileage at an awesome price! Everyone loved our car and can't believe the deal we got from 2win. They told me cigarette lighter wasn't working and fuse blew out. I just had it checked and the whole cigarette lighter has to be replaced. Cost is $105. One sensor on the tire had to be replaced already. Cost $188. I've had the car for 1 month only!!! The car's paint came completely off and started to bubble up and is peeling off. Not sure if the dealership paid someone cheap to repaint and this is the result of a cheap job. read more

Just purchased a used 2006 Scion TC from here today. I live in the Bay Area, but found out about 2Win through a posting on Craigslist for the car. Compared to the used cars that we were finding around the Bay, 2Win had a TC with a low price, and low mileage. If we could give more stars we would. We have bought a couple of cars from 2Win and every time we have OUTSTANDING service and they bend over backwards to make things right. They definitely set the standard on what a car lot should be. We have been looking for a car for our daughter to drive in Reno while she was in school. We test drove about a dozen cars trying to make our decision and Karim came to us with a great choice of a car. We were trying to find something dependable, low miles, not too old and within our budget. My husband must have gone by 8 or 9 times to talk to Peter and Karim about what their selection was and how financing was going to affect the purchase. They never rushed us and in fact told us, since we weren't in a hurry, that we might want to look at some new inventory that they had just purchased. So glad we waited. After test driving a few Ford Escapes, a super clean Subaru Outback and a Chevy Equinox, Karim suggested we drive a 2014 VW Passat. We drove it the day it arrived and really liked it. They went completely through the car and made sure everything was in proper condition. They even replaced the brakes and put new tires on it. I bought a Ford Transit Connect from here a couple months ago. The experience was wonderful, the guys were extremely kind. We all had lunch together on their break, etc. But. The van ran GREAT for the first month, then out of nowhere it stopped running completely. I tried going somewhere one morning and the van wouldn't start, not a single sound came from it, this was all completely unexpected. It sat for a month because I couldn't afford to fix it or diagnose the issues, finally got the money to tow it to a Ford service location and pay for a diagnosis to see what was wrong with it. 1) Starter is fried because whoever installed it last, did it wrong. 2) Battery is also fried. 3) Wiring issues EVERYWHERE, whoever worked on it last did a TERRIBLE job wiring anything. I was livid. We called 2Win Auto to see if they would be willing to pay for the repairs because I bought this van AT THE FULL RETAIL PRICE THAT IT'S WORTH, and they didn't even include registration in that price (i'm paying $240 tonight to renew the registration). They mailed us another starter and that was it. We bought a new battery ourselves. We called them again to ask if they would just pay for just the wiring repairs and they said "we've done all we could do". A.k.a. all they could do was mail us a starter that is worth less than $200. Anyways. I bought a 2012/13 van from these guys. The van stopped running out of the blue within a month. They weren't willing to fix their problem. Don't buy a car from them. read more

I had the car for less than a week and while commuting to work from Modesto to Pleasanton the car broke down and would not start. Turns out the computer was fried. I purchased the car as-is, no warranty whatsoever, but the guys at 2Win were very unhappy that this happened and wanted to make the situation right. They went above & beyond anything I ever would've expected from a car dealership - especially a used dealership. They drove to Livermore to pick me up, had my car towed to their mechanic, replaced the cars computer, gave me a loaner car for 2 days, and paid for everything out of their own pockets. I purchased a 2008 Ford Ranger pickup from 2Win in August. The truck only had 29,000 miles and is like new! This first time I had to use the heater/defroster, it did not work. Because I live in Fremont, I took the truck to a local shop for repair. The repair turned out to be a $300 fix. 2Win made good on the repair, no problem. George and everyone at 2Win are great!
