I spent some time at the lot next to the VW/Hyundai dealer and no one came to see me. That's odd. I've been to car lots where I would only be halfway out of my car and someone would be there to greet me. In any case, prices are clearly marked. Some of the cars are previous rentals, so they should have had all scheduled maintenance. They list which cars were rentals on the web site but not on the price listing. The other lot, next to the Nissan and Dodge dealers is somewhat mixed with the new vehicles and it's a bit confusing what is used (excuse me, pre-owned) and what is new. On a previous visit, a salesperson was quite helpful. This time, a salesperson stared a me, as if to figure out whether I had money or not, and then, went about his business without a word to me. I really don't want to buy a car now, but the mess is forcing this. If the sales people don't want to bother, what incentive do I have to shop there?

The owner was very helpful and low pressure; this was such a refreshing contrast from what we would normally find on a used car lot. Our car has a salvaged title but the owner was very transparent about the vehicle history and offered that info unsolicited. If I'm not mistaken, most (if not all) of the cars are salvaged due to theft recovery - not due to body damage. We felt comfortable and in control of the entire buying process. We received our plates and tags within 1 week of purchasing our vehicle. Easy peasy! We will absolutely return to Blessed Auto Sales and will continue to refer our friends as well.

We took it back they it never leaked a drop of oil when it was hear maybe take it in get the oil change and let us know what they say when took it in to get the oil change the man said your problem isn't the 1. It's got missing bolts from the valve coverand there's wrong bolts on the head. Plus it's leaking oil from both the head and valve cover. So we took the car to a mechanic to see if he could find a oil leak. He did and he said not only that he said that the engine had recently been worked on. We took to our local mechanic and he said he exact same thing. Oh I almost forgot after going back to the carlot and Chris not wanting to work with halfway home the brakes go out due to all the engine problems caused the brake line to melt. On top of that, I NEVER had to step into a dealership, talk to a salesperson directly, spend hours playing the "let me ask my manager" game, or have to talk to a Finance manager and repeatedly say NO to unnecessary options. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Even my request to remove all dealer installed options was negotiated by Kim and granted by the dealer with no hassle on my end. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. Upon first contact, I asked if weekend pickup or delivery was available, since their normal hours are on weekdays. Kim made note of it and remembered my preference even after the sale was completed. Chris was able to make himself available for Saturday pickup! We took a walk around the car took a look inside. We spent no more than 10 minutes reviewing and signing paperwork, received my keys, and I was off with my brand new car! A 1997 SC2 with 111K on it and 1998 SL1 with 137K on it. Let's start with the basics. Doran the owner lives and breathes Saturn's (Saturn's are what he sells) He does more than just inspect them for resale. He goes through them completely and then sends them out to a reputable shop to have the mechanics looked over and makes all necessary repairs. He's a family guy. We bought these two cars for our two teenagers and he swore to us that he wouldn't sell something he wouldn't let his own kids drive or ride in. That's the type of guarantee we were looking for as parents. The cars both run and look terrific!!! I made an appointment to see the cars and he made sure they were freshly washed and presentable before I got there. I had to beg the dealership I bought a minivan from to wash the dam thing before I drove it home. If you have a problem with it down the line, call him first and he'll attempt to repair it first. Since he is a true Saturn aficionado, I find that to be the best warranty ever for a used vehicle purchase. I ran Carfax's on both vehicles and everything he said checked out and he did not misrepresent a single thing. Both vehicles had clean title no accidents. I can't recommend Ott's Auto Sales enough. The money we had to spend went a long way and I feel confident that we spent our money wisely.
