Buckle up, this will be a good one. We have been entertaining the idea of a van to convert to a rec vehicle. Through CarGurus we found a van that was located at Devine Auto. I googled Devine Auto and checked out what reviews had to say. After doing our homework we decided we wanted to check out this 2014 Ram Promaster. Their website has an option to text a question, I sent a message inquiring on who they use for financing and what rates are. Anthony texted back within an hour and let me know they have a few different credit unions they use. He also followed up with a call (we weren't able to connect,) but appreciate the effort. Fast forward to the next day, we were in Modesto for an appointment. Started early and walked in as soon as they opened and were warmly greeted by Elvis. He was able to show us the van and we both were able to drive it. Upon return we started the purchase process, sat down with Mike. We gave Mike a price out the door we were comfortable with and he made it happen. Also used his financing after checking with my bank. We left for our appointment and then came back to complete the paperwork and drove home in our new to us preloved Promaster. We had a few issues we found and called Mike. He was quick to get the van back and correct the issues with no question. We also purchased a warranty with the van being 10 years old. We had an amazing experience at Devine Auto. I am not sure when we will need to buy again, but Devine will be our first stop. Mike, Elvis, Anthony, Roy... all of them were like old friends and the vibe was so comfortable. I gotta tell you and very clean inventory even compared to the bigger dealers in this town his son-in-law wife run establishment, but the owner Michael is always there and is very formidable. He will also work your deals, so don't feel afraid to ask for the owner Michael even if he's not there, he will drive to his business and work your deal in a matter of minutes, he has an amazing relationship with all the bankers in town and abroad also see Anthony his son-in-law this kid is no nonsense and it's not pushy in his role kudos establishment please keep in mind I live in Las Vegas Nevada and I would recommend all my neighbors and all my coworkers to this place. When I bought a car from them, everything was good in the beginning when I lost my job because I had a other problems with somebody that works there, so I quit, but I had other income but I could do my payments every month the bank decided to take the car away for me and drop it off After that, everything went downhill they give me another car that I did not want it. They did not give me a other option. They knew that I was desperate for a car so they took a vantage of that from that point on I had problems with this car. I went back and told them, they said they fixed it. I don't know if they did the check engine light came back on again so many issues with it. I had to spend close to $2000 for that car to fix on top of that $2000 payment down to get the car out I'm still doing payments for this car that is already too late for me to give back, they got me good but that's OK on top of that the owner of the please call me yell at me curse at me everything because I told the bank the car was not good. I told her bank the truth about the car I was very upset. I do not recommend people to go to this place. Trust me it's not worth it. read more

The initial cost of the car was 18999, but I got it for 16999. The only issue I have is the clear coat is starting to come off on top of the roof. Was looking for a place to get a family car and we thought we had finally found one. Although the price was higher than what Kelly Blue Book had to say we still bought ourselves our truck. Little did we know that the truck had internal transmission problems. We brought it back and they claimed they had fixed it and gave us a short warranty. After the warranty more transmission problems began.. the short story is that we took it somewhere else to get fixed the right way.... Well after being sooo excited that our already pre approved bank accepted the vehicle we picked from Devine auto, we went through Isaac the car sales men, who all of a sudden wanted to run my credit again and wanted me to go through their bank. Why, when I am already approved? We were approved for 14450.00 and the car out the door was 15500.00 approximately. They did not want to work with us, instead bad mouthed our bank. They were too concerned with the money not willing to work with us at all. All about the money. They could've made an easy sell. But instead were focused on the exact amount, and wanted to run my credit again to go through their loan company. Wasn't willing to work around that 1500.00 at all. I would NEVER recommend anyone that I care about getting financed here for a car! I was over priced on a 2002 Mercury Cougar, Kelly Blue Book pricing was $2900 and it was sold to me at $9500! I heard a rattling noise coming from the engine, then i was told they would repair it. One month later "check engine" light came on, and shortly after my engine gave out! For the sake of saving my credit, I paid for a car that wasn't even running during the WHOLE time of my financing! The car was also sold to me dirty, i asked if they could at least put gas in the tank and detail it for me since it was on empty and filthy! I left the car at the lot for a whole day only to return to a still empty tank and dirty car. I recommend anyone needing a car no matter how poor the credit is to try Toyota, Kia, or Nissan. It's worth the little extra financing fees and monthly bill to have peace of mind of not buying "as is". I was recently contacted by the Sales manager Mike in regards to my review. I will not only refuse to take my review down, but I would like to also add that I was basically called a liar.
