They're banks don't even role the dice with applicate that has good to great credit with a nice down! It makes Blue Diamond look bad. DO NOT BUY FROM BLUE DIAMOND AUTO SALES IN CERES! They are a shady and completely sheisty business! They have horrible business practices! We test drove a 2017 ford raptor there were no lights on, the sales person said there was nothing wrong with the truck, but he pulled the truck around to us. We decide to buy because it ran fine and he stated there were no issues, the very moment my husband gets in the truck to drive home after buying the wrench light immediately turns on, my husband calls them they say oh probably a tire pressure sensor light, not to mention we also discover the brakes are bad. They have it for a day and half fix the sensor and the back rotors and we get it back and the wrench light comes right back on and it starts leaking brake fluid. My husband calls them they say the brake reservoir probably just over flowed but we will see when we can look at it. They tell my husband it's nothing serious we can continue to drive it. We decide to take it somewhere to have it scanned, it comes back with transmission and electrical codes. My husband calls they say let me look into this, but we won't be able to get you in for Atleast a week or more. The very next day the check engine light comes on as well and it's the catalytic converters and the truck goes in limp mode, loses all power, and you can't drive above 35 mph. My husband calls them and says what the hell and they start acting like we should be grateful they're willing to look at it but they knew it had all these problems. We call the ford dealership, ford says a wrench light always means transmission and electrical issues. They knew about these problems because they sold the truck 3 months before we bought it and the guy only had it 1 month and returned it. We call lawyers keep investigating and find out they allowed that guy to return it and get a new car off their lot and then listed the truck for sale again knowing it had problems. They also never disclosed the open recalls and when we took it to the ford dealership they stated it's a recall on the front brakes and the front brakes could have went out on us at any point! After speaking with a lawyer they finally agreed to refund all our money and let us return the truck just because they didn't want to be sued in court and they want to continue to sell bad cars to honest customers! Blue diamond are thieves! They are manipulators! They could have killed us and our 7 month old son for not disclosing all this information! When my husband Informed them of this they basically said that's the risk you take buying a vehicle! No you do not sign up to potentially get in a life threatening accident when buying off a car lot! Do not and I mean do not buy from this car lot! All of this happened in less than a week of us having this truck! They have no care for other human beings, they do shady business and they need to be shut down! I can't imagine the number of families and people that they have done this too! Thankfully we pursued our rights and got a lawyer involved. They have no remorse. No care. No concern. I hope and pray no one ever buys a vehicle from this lot again! Protect yourselves and your families! I would hate for innocent people to be severely hurt, or even worse killed because of the negligence of this car dealership! read more

I have to change my review after actually writing a great one. I bought a car in January. A/C felt cold (I didn't have a thermometer). Then comes May and the weather heats up. Turn the A/C on and it doesn't work. Called BD and they basically said tough luck. We only have a 30-day warranty. Well, how about you do a complete diagnostic on your cars before selling them? Make sure the air really works! They sent us to Ceres Auto Care (what a JOKE) and they said it was the compressor. Blue Diamond said they would pay for a new compressor and that I had to pay for the labor. Guess what? After the compressor was replaced (600 out of my pocket), the A/C still didn't work. So, I have had the car for 4 years now, no A/C. No refund on a shit job at Ceres Auto Care. What a SHAM! To top that off, the first year we had to spend over $2000 fixing different issues with the car (the car was $6000). It's by pure luck if you get a great car from this sham of a place. They do the bare minimum to make sure they are selling cars that will last for at least 30 days. I will never buy a car from this place again. Lesson learned. And please, don't waste your money at Ceres Auto care. Poor quality of work, not guaranteed. And they could care less, once they get your money. Makes me wonder if BD and Ceres Auto Care are in cahoots, taking people's money! read more
