What an AMAZING car buying experience! We purchased a '2011 Flex Titanium' from 5 Star Auto Sales, entirely online. I've owned over 75 cars thus far in my life, but buying a car sight unseen over the internet was completely foreign to me. This transaction never would have come to fruition without Chris and Sal. These guys are two of the best people I've ever dealt with in the car business. They responded to several requests for photos, documents, and additional information within minutes. After many phone calls and text massages, we agreed on a price. I told Chris we would be traveling from Washington state and he said he'd hold the car until we arrived, solely on my word...a "verbal handshake" if you will. Who does that these days?

We were driving through Oregon, about half way home and the phone rang. It was Chris calling just checking to see how we were doing and making sure our trip was going well. What a pleasant surprise!!
As it turned out, the licensing process in Washington required additional documents. Chris and Renee in the business office worked directly with "Licensing" and sent the documents they needed right away.
