In all my years of buying & selling cars, this dealership was quite possibly the worst. They're a…read moresmall mom & pop shop as far as I could tell. I test drove a vehicle I liked, but was on the fence when it came to purchase. Rebecca who runs their finance was actually good at finding me an approval I liked & was blowing up my phone with calls & texts asking whether I was coming for the vehicle. Eventually I did & when I called after to ask about a few of the small things Sam promised he'd take care, she seemingly had no recollection of who I was, until being reminded. They only offer a very short term warranty, so if you have any issues outside of that, that's it. Now I can respect that, but the problem is when they buy their cars from auction, they simply sell them as is, without having inspected, or repaired any issues that will make the cars they're selling road worthy, which is exactly what good dealerships do. I told both that I drive for a living & this car needs to be reliable. Both assured me it was & I decided to trust them. My mistake I know. I had what ended up being a massive coolant & oil leak that cost plenty to repair. With much pressure Sam did come in for half the repair costs, but only because he most likely knew he'd receive a negative review. The man doesn't even have the integrity to face you himself like a real businessman should. He wheels his wife Rebecca out & lets her deal with it. Bottom line, these two care only about the money they can make selling honest people, cars that may look good, but will probably require plenty of after purchase repairs. You meet these two, trying to sell you a car: run, don't walk & don't look back. They are everything that is wrong with the used auto industry. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
