When I drove to discount/America's tire to use my warranty I immediately realize they either relocated or they're using their store front images as themselves. The owner kindly explain how to get to americas tire. I showed the owner the photos of "his" store front and the actual building in comparison (see screenshot for reference) and his response to the photos was that his company has been around longer than americas tire quoting both his business and discount/America's business establishment by year. End of the day, false advertisement and completely inappropriate way to get clients naturally. I would've never recommend a business that chuckles and defends this. Check the screen shot for the address and cross check before you go because although this is portrayed as Discount Tire it's NOT.

After stopping at a stop sign, my car wouldn't accelerate past 20 mph, and I ended up having it towed to his shop. Sammy quickly figured out the issue, my car had completely run out of oil, which ended up damaging the VVT solenoid and knock sensor. I had no idea my car was burning oil faster than normal, especially since I still had over 3,000 miles left before my next scheduled oil change. He took the time to educate me, recommending I come in every 1,500 miles to keep an eye on it going forward.
