Came in for a smog check and had a smooth experience. Mando's Tires is not a STAR-certified center, which was fine for my car, and the smog was under $30. I came on a weekday before 3 pm and there was only one car ahead of me, so it was quick. I didn't really see parking, but since you're pulling in for service it didn't seem to matter. The waiting area was nice, with a TV and a pool table. I came alone, but it would've been fun to play while waiting. I have brought all of my cars to this tire shop and they always take care of me. I had a broken lug nut once and I brought it in and they were able to take care of it, if they don't have the size of tire that you need they will order it and it will be there quick! I really appreciate the level of professionalism that this shop always has. As a woman they never make me feel like I'm stupid, they never try to take advantage of people. They take their time and they explain what's going on if there are any issues and they provide great solutions to solve the problem. I really appreciate a shop that understands that not everyone is a car expert and makes us feel welcome. I also really love the waiting area that has a pool table. That's always good vibes haha! Was visiting from out of state and my shocks and struts were blown out . I needed my Escalade fixed ASAP . They got me in right away and fixed it quickly same day . The manager / owner was very nice and gave me a ride so I could shop instead of waiting there . They also quoted me less than the place I was going to bring my Escalade to originally . Called ahead to see if they would install some loose tire on some loose rims...sure! Come on in! 15 minutes later and heck of a good deal, they were mounted and balanced! (I didn't even ask to balance but they did!) highly recommend. The shop was hopping with transmission work, tires, oil changes...looked like a one stop shop so check them out for more than tires. Went in today to get some help with my tires as some places don't service my car. I'm assuming the owner, Armando, was super helpful and polite. He was also very accommodating. They were busy and he still made time to check my tires without an appointment. I was able to order new ones and make an appointment to come in. Took my car in because it was recommended to have a front end alignment. But I had just put new tires on the car and it seemed to help out with the problem it was having. But I took it in anyway to get the front end aligned and I was told that there was nothing wrong with it that the alignment was fine. I asked how much I owe them for the service and they told me no charge. They could've easily charged me for putting the car on the rack to just check out to see if it needed an adjustment. Not only was it greatly appreciated that they didn't charge me but it showed me the type of people that they are. Those are the kind of people that I want to do business with. read more

I went in for an alignment and was told I needed both front lower control arms replaced, because it wouldn't stay aligned as soon as they were lowered. Most businesses would just do the alignment knowing it wouldn't work, and my new tires would get destroyed quickly. They didn't even charge me since I was leaving town, and they said to just get it done asap. Just for that I will stick around and get the parts to take it back to Mandos and have them do it. They have the integrity to be honest and even send you away without charging you and that's what I look for in a mechanic. read more
