He wanted to sell me more parts, to which I declined and he started yelling at me telling me my car was worthless and my rims are worth nothing which is why my brakes suck. More than a wheel shop! I cannot say enough good things about the shop. Once getting a solid plan that met my wants and needs, Rob and Muhammed and their team executed an amazing job on a bunch of modifications that I made to my jeep. This included a lift, upgraded drive line, adding new tires, wheels, front and rear bumpers, they even installed my roof rack, winch, wired my lighting, side steps and had it aligned. I took it off road right away and before I left, Rob made sure to tell me to bring it by when I got back so they can take a look and see how she did and make sure that they fine tuned anything that needed to be tuned. I had some electronic message come up on the dash that seems like an easy fix.... I had a lot done to my jeep so a very minor thing considering all of the work done. Yet, Rob just told me to take it into jeep and if it's something that was caused by the lift or anything, they will pay for it. I mean, the list goes on about their service. It's something you just don't see anymore. Especially in this industry. They also did a lot of work for my husbands dodge Laramie with the same quality of service and continues. We couldn't trust anyone more than we trust this shop and we will always bring and refer everyone we know to the shop in Modesto. Blessed to know these guys and their team! I bought tires on Sunday for my truck, the owner Mohammed promised full refund if unsatisfied with the new tires. They took less than an hour and he had the best customer service. When I received my truck it felt very uncomfortable with super rough ride. Decided to come in the next day Monday & they test drove it and said it was perfect that there was nothing wrong I then asked for my refund and they were very rude and told me to wait for owner for an hour. When mohammed arrived he test drove it and said it was fine and then his attitude completely changed when I asked for a refund because I felt it very uncomfortable. I didn't want to deal with them any more as they were very rude so I said to just take the 25% off to put my tires back and charge me for balancing on tires after. They charged me for the 25% and 100 $ extra for balancing. But not only did they not balance it they messed with something in the tires making it an even worse ride. Moral of the story i will never return here and suggest you never go as well. read more

This place is garbage and I highly recommend going somewhere else. They didn't have rims for my truck that they could show me in person so I only got to see pictures online and ordered them through there vendor. The day they arrived I brought my truck down after work around 2 and they said it would just take a couple hours and to pick it up before they close. I went down to the shop 15 mins before closing and my truck was still on a lift with all its original rims and tires. I went inside and the skinny guy at the front desk saw me and told me to pick it up the next day and continued to talk to someone else.. he didn't even give me an explanation for why my truck wasn't finished so I waited. Finally he tells me that they weren't able to get to changing the rims but didn't even bother calling me before I showed up to tell me that! This caused me a huge inconvenience to figure out how I was getting to work the next day. When my truck was finally ready I wasn't happy with the look of the rims on my truck. I paid over 3k for them and they said they would call the vendor to see if they can do an exchange.. I waited a week to hear back from them but still nothing. I went to follow up to see if I can change the rims for another pair and he tells me no they can't exchange them. I also believe they traded out my springs with some bad ones because before I took my truck here my springs absorbed everything but now it could be a crack in the road the size of a dime and it's so crucial! read more

A friend mentioned he received a good deal on coilover shocks with install for his car since I told him I'll be in the market for some in the very near future. He sent me their Instagram page so I sent them a DM asking for info on coilovers for my Lexus at 6pm they don't close till 6:30. They read the message but no reply. I tried to click the website link to find a way to contact them for a quote but the link was no good. So I commented on a post they did before closing time asking for an email to request a quote. They replied with a phone #. I then DM'd them back thanking then for the # then explaining I have a brain injury that causes memory issues and anxiety so I prefer to handle things via email, text or DM. They then blocked me on Instagram. That's very unprofessional and way to treat someone with a disability like they don't matter.
