Guy at the front desk acts like its the only tire shop in Modesto. I have 3 vehicles and will never EVER go there nor recommend anyone to go there. Garbage customer service. Worst experience I have ever had for brand new tires. People do your research and go somewhere else. So many better options. If I could I would have given Zero Stars. I heard Finish line on McHenry Avenue or Les Schwab is better than this lame Tire Shop. McCoy Tires.... do better. Especially the guy in the front desk.

They give you the option of texting photos of the damage. I did and got a long-written response from Charlie, but he wanted to follow up with a phone call. Based on my damage Charlie could not fix it, and he explained in detail why he couldn't. He then told me about two shops that could help but explained the fixing process of one of the shops which was local and what to expect. The shop that could do the complete job is in Sacramento. I will contact them. I learned stuff that I hadn't even thought about! I really appreciated the time Charlie took to explain my dilemma. You don't find many shop owners that go out of there way like Charlie, especially knowing that he could not fix it. He could have just told me, "I can't fix that, sorry" and left it at that. Great to see pride of ownership like that.

DON'T THROW YOUR $ AWAY BY GOING TO THIS PLACE. THE (NEW) OWNER IS A LIAR, A CHEAT AND A THIEF! Under new ownership and this guy SUCKS! I'd been bringing them my vehicles for 12 years. I brought in my (recently purchased from a dealership) Jeep for balancing and alignment. The new owner came in to tell me I needed new shocks, new disks, calipers and brake pads. Said he'd "give me a deal" & do it all for "only" $600 more. Actually, the entire brake system was new. As were the shocks. I'd give negative stars if it were possible. BTW, what he tried to pull on me is legally considered elderly abuse and is a felony under the CWIC. Be warned....! read more

Absolutely the worst alignment experience I've ever had. I was told my camber was "even" and that…read morethe alignment was fine. It very clearly was not. When I questioned it, the owner brushed it off and blamed my car, saying he trusted the machine more,even though the camber was visibly off. That alone should've been the red flag. Instead he doubled down and dismissed it like I didn't know what I was looking at. I took my car to another alignment shop the same day, and surprise the camber was completely out of spec. Not slightly. Not borderline. Completely wrong. I had to pay for another full alignment immediately. The paperwork from both shops proves how bad this one messed up. Hiding behind "the machine says it's fine" while ignoring obvious, measurable issues is either incompetence or laziness,possibly both. An alignment shop that won't stand by their work or admit when they don't know what a camber kit is crazy to me when I installed a camber kit all around myself. This kind of work leads to uneven tire wear, bad handling, and safety problems. I have all documentation showing the difference. Don't let this shop gaslight you into thinking your car is the problem when they clearly are. Take your advice from a car enthusiasts and take your business literally anywhere else.
