We purchased our tires online and they were shipped to this location for an install. Given the website says they open at 10am, they were already opened when we arrived this morning. The gentleman were quick and knew what they were doing. Definitely recommend this place for service! I've noticed they are also quick with the drive ins as well for quick repairs. Don't sleep on them! read more

The owner Farhan is very kind, he has removed 2 nails from my tires on two different times and charged less than Les Schwab down the road. Thank you or helping you get back on the road two different times Golden State Tires. All the guys there are nice and courteous. Thank you again. read more

Came to get a tire change & an alignment. My car had gone through an accident so they informed me I needed to replace my axle. Didn't over charge me, Honest service & very efficient. This will be my go to spot for sure Thank you guys! read more

These guys set my new tires up to fail, I purchased the tires online and paid for mounting and balancing, not one tire was balanced, and tire pressure was supposed to be set at 33, they were all over 40, the highest was 49, car felt like it was riding on bicycle tires in front. I have not checked the lug nuts torque yet because they did not torque the wheels they only used impact. This is how to keep people coming back for new tires. Good people here but I will never trust them to do any work for me. Update just as I suspected, my tires were not balanced all 5 of them, this might not be the owners fault as he most likely was not the one doing the work, but whoever it was will cost him more money the he is worth. I am a mechanic and could have done the work myself if I had the equipment, but I feel bad for the people that don't have the knowledge and get scammed by Golden State Tires. Got my tires balanced at Lucas Tires in Hilmar and couldn't be happier with the quality of service. read more

This is my kind of tire shop, particularly for repairs or single tire replacement. I had a slow leak in my Honda Civic tire and I failed at patching/plugging the tire myself it continued to have a slow leak. Recently, I made the horrendous mistake of using a can of spray sealant (popular brand name omitted here) to fix the slow leak. This stuff essentially pools up in the tire and creates an impossible-to-balance wheel/tire which vibrates heavily at over 60mph. I removed the wheel/tire at home and brought in. Within 10 minutes I was out the door with a mounted and balanced used tire (had just as much tread as the original) for a very reasonable price. Since I did the removal of the wheel myself it probably saved some expense and time for everybody. I've come to appreciate that replacing with used for passenger car tires, might be more cost effective that repairing your current tire. They seem like no-nonsense guys and appear to just work hard and get stuff done. Too often the corporate tire places charge way too much and are incentivized to up-sell you on everything. I have heard that their alignments are reasonable too, so I'll be back next time I need one. read more

This was my first time coming to Golden State tires and I must say that I am impressed. My tires were low on air and needed to be pumped up. One of the employees dropped what he was doing, and had no problem putting air in my tires. The customer service was fantastic. Definitely coming back here. read more

I LOVE this tire shop! these guys are on their game! The owner is quick to do any repair and gives great deals on used tires! I've been coming to him since he opened due to the fact that he's NOT pushy to sell you tires and they are VERY respectful to women! I send anyone looking for tires or alignment's to him! THANK YOU GUYS!!! read more

My sister's car had all four tires stolen and we contacted Golden State Tires for both the rims and the wheels for her vehicle. They were very kind and compassion towards our situation, we went ahead and gave them our vehicle information for the rims and tires we needed. Once we arrived, they had everything ready to go for us. Since our car could not be towed to the destination, they personally came to our residence and placed the tires on my sister's car. I truly recommend this place for anyone who needs tire services because they will go above and beyond to help you. read more

These guys are super friendly and have great customer service!A few months ago I needed a new set of tires, after pricing around they were the best deal and had the inventory in stock that day! Also, they were super fast. I got a flat tire last night and stopped by this morning shortly after they opened. They had me in and out within 20 minutes! I highly recommend this business. read more

I just got my car looked at today because my car was shaking at 65-80mph. I asked if they thought it was an alignment issue and they recommended I just get my tires balanced instead. It ended up being cheaper than an alignment and fixed my car shaking issues! Glad to know there is a tire place that's reputable for me now. read more

Today is my second time coming here and both times I've been seen right away, super friendly guys working here. Their used tires are the best prices I've seen anywhere (I travel for work so I've seen a good amount of tire shops lol). I would highly recommend coming here for new and used tires, great prices and friendly customer service. read more

They're always super fast, and way cheaper than any other shops around. I have a car with really small tires that almost no other places ever have in stock or on hand. 120$ for two brand new tires is a super good deal in my book considering I get quoted upwards of 210$ anywhere else. Highly recommend coming to golden state tires! read more

This place never disappoints, friendly, efficient, and very reasonable. I called around a few other places and received such attitude which is an instant NO for me. I first found this place on a Sunday Morning when I was out with the kiddos on a rainy day and blew a tire on freeway, tow truck put on spare and we came her for repair quick, friendly and highly recommended read more

Excellent service, Easiest car maintenance interaction ever!

I found out I had a back tire that had wires showing at about 5 oclock tonight. The famous store in town that sells everything and has a tire and lube shop said they are open til 7 pm. Got there at 5:45, and they weren't accepting any more orders today. I started looking for a tire place, they were all closed! I have an 80 mile drive in the morning. So I was desperate! I drove down Golden State Blvd, and saw the garage door open at Golden State Tire. He was closed, but when he saw the problem I was having he said "I will help you out" He sold me 2 new tires at an excellent price, and installed them in about 15 minutes! Best service ever! He even had a lady come in after me and helped her too! Thank you very much! read more

I was looking for some used tires and was recommended this place by another tire shop. I was very satisfied with the tires they had and the price they gave. They are very polite and gave me quick service and usable tires that normally would have cost me at least $20 dollars higher at another used tire shop. If you need some used tires and need quick service than look no further than Golden State Tires. read more
