Took my pick up in for shocks, they replaced all 4, except the ones in the front were the wrong ones, when I brought it to his attention he said they were only one inch off and besides he couldn't return them and wasn't going to "eat" the cost. Very disrespectful kept calling me by my last name, without the mr., not that I had to be called mr. ........., but first name would have been better. To top everything off they left every lug nut on every wheel loose, the wheels made a noise on the way home so I checked and yep all loose, good thing I didn't go on the freeway. So to all you people who have tire work done check ur lug nuts before you leave. read more

Take your car somewhere else, these guys are full of shit, Made appointment for 1pm drop my keys off and went for lunch, 1 1/2 hour later car was still in the parking lot, I was told that the appointment only guarantees a spot, not the time they take in the car, what kind of bulshit is that, they say it take 3 to 4 hours for a wheel alignment another bulshit, I left with my car, made a appointment at les schwab tires, down the road they told me it should take an hour, and it did. I broke down in the Starbucks across the street from jays tire. Battery was done. I called and asked if they sold batteries and yes they had mine in stock. So I walked across the street to buy one and put in hoping I had the 10mm wrench to install it(ever elusive tool) they met me at the door with a jump box and said don't carry the heavy battery back just start you car and we will do the rest!! Made 10:30 appt for an alignment. And was told it would be done in an hour. Called at 3:00 and my truck hadn't even been touched. I told them not to touch it as I was just going to go pick it up. When I got there I had to wait like 5 minutes to have someone on help me. The lobby / counter was empty. Then when I told John that I was there to pick up the truck he handed me the keys and said "my apologies" but as his back was turned walking away!!! I was in and out in about an hour, and they put my previous stock tires on another truck we had. Pricing was great, too. About $850 cheaper than the quote I received from a tire shop down the road.
