I always try and shop local. Jays Tires in Turlock leveled and aligned my 2021 Bronco today, and they did a great Job. I'll be back for more stuff I don't need but want for my vehicles read more

Took my pick up in for shocks, they replaced all 4, except the ones in the front were the wrong ones, when I brought it to his attention he said they were only one inch off and besides he couldn't return them and wasn't going to "eat" the cost. Very disrespectful kept calling me by my last name, without the mr., not that I had to be called mr. ........., but first name would have been better. To top everything off they left every lug nut on every wheel loose, the wheels made a noise on the way home so I checked and yep all loose, good thing I didn't go on the freeway. So to all you people who have tire work done check ur lug nuts before you leave. read more

Take your car somewhere else, these guys are full of shit, Made appointment for 1pm drop my keys off and went for lunch, 1 1/2 hour later car was still in the parking lot, I was told that the appointment only guarantees a spot, not the time they take in the car, what kind of bulshit is that, they say it take 3 to 4 hours for a wheel alignment another bulshit, I left with my car, made a appointment at les schwab tires, down the road they told me it should take an hour, and it did. Great job les schwab, great service. read more

Great prices. They're friendly, professional and keep the place clean. When you make an appointment they get right on it. I ordered tires for a boat and they had me in and out in an hour. They don't bs you like America's or LesSchwab and try to hard sell you. I've had three vehicles worked on by Jays and would highly recommend. read more

These guys are awesome. Put a leveling kit on my tacoma a few months ago and it looks great.

Great service. Very polite and kind. Needed new tires in a bad way. Jay's Tires gave me a super price and quick service.

Really nice people people to deal with, after shopping around I found that Jay's Tires has very fair prices and I shopped around. Go see Jay , you won't be disappointed. read more

Jay's Tires is a my go-to shop - professional attitude, good pricing, and ability to get anything that's needed quickly. I've been doing business with Jay's for over 10 years and the owner Jason always remembers and takes great care of me. They've lifted my Jeep Wrangler, set me up with a great tire / rim combo for the Jeep, and most recently worked us in urgently and replaced a tire damaged by road hazard on my wife's M2. They've been great about helping with time to time needs that have arisen with the lift kit and tires, and always get the work done right and done quickly. Can't say enough good things about Jays! read more

I broke down in the Starbucks across the street from jays tire. Battery was done. I called and asked if they sold batteries and yes they had mine in stock. So I walked across the street to buy one and put in hoping I had the 10mm wrench to install it(ever elusive tool) they met me at the door with a jump box and said don't carry the heavy battery back just start you car and we will do the rest!! Mid-day they dropped what they were doing to get me in and out in less than 15 minutes. My hats off to the whole crew for getting me back to work. Thank you all. read more

Great customer service matches their prices. The three times I have been here have been great experiences. I won't take my cars anywhere else. They are an honest establishment. read more

I purchased a leveling kit for my wife's 04 Tahoe, they had the best price by far over several other places I checked with. The employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very clean shop with great staff, and they did a excellent job in a minimal amount of time as promised. Will be doing business again here even though it's a bit of a drive from Modesto. read more

Extremely good service, extremely good people working here. They helped me right away with a flat tire and were so hospitable throughout. I'd recommended them to anyone. read more

Made 10:30 appt for an alignment. And was told it would be done in an hour. Called at 3:00 and my truck hadn't even been touched. I told them not to touch it as I was just going to go pick it up. When I got there I had to wait like 5 minutes to have someone on help me. The lobby / counter was empty. Then when I told John that I was there to pick up the truck he handed me the keys and said "my apologies" but as his back was turned walking away!!! Bad customer service! ** I put one star but only because you have to mark something!!! read more

It might not be a giant corporate concern, but Jay's Tires ain't no fly-by night shade tree outfit. Serving the Turlock Region community for over two decades, Jay's Tire was here as Big O, moved to Golden State Highway, went independent, and moved back to the original location Just north of Raley's on Geer. I know, because I have been Jason's customer for that aforementioned two decades. Any rim or tire, front end, oil change, and if it's mechanical, someone there can fix it professionally or let you know who can. Never met a straighter shooter, or a more can-do staff. They appreciate your patronage, and with these guys I know I'm getting a fair deal, quality product, and good and conscientious service. Thumbs way up! read more

This is the only place to go for auto service in Turlock. I have been going to them for years with all my vehicles. They take great care of customers. read more

Jay's Tires helped me get my truck leveled out when another business installed a drop kit that left the back of the truck way too low. Jay examined the truck and offered to level it. When the work was done, the back of the truck was level with the front and he finished it early and under the estimate. Can't beat that kind of service! Gary read more

I was really impressed with the knowledgeable courteous staff. Very easy to deal with. Service was quick and reasonably priced. Thanks again for your helpfulness getting my truck aligned and back on the road in a couple hours. read more

Been taking care of our vehicles for many years. They do more than just tires and lifts. Always A+ customer service.

I searched around for the best rated All Terrain type tire and came to the decision of getting a set of Toyo R/Ts. Jay and his crew were so helpful and super quick! I was in and out in about an hour, and they put my previous stock tires on another truck we had. Pricing was great, too. About $850 cheaper than the quote I received from a tire shop down the road. GO TO JAY'S! Awesome selection of tires and rims and great customer service. Not to mention his shop is super clean and very industrial chic. Will go here for all my vehicles from now on! read more
