Honest and amazing. I took my car into this shop back in February, because it needed a new water pump. They replaced it quickly, and the price was very reasonable. Fast forward to yesterday: I took my car back in, because it had a coolant leak. It turns out that the water pump that was put in back in February was faulty. The part was still under warranty, so they returned it and put in a new one free of charge. I know that was the right thing to do, but they could have charged me for something. I wouldn't have known any better. I appreciate and trust the shop and all who work here. Hopefully I don't need any repairs in the near future, but if I do, this is where I will go!! read more

We've been living here for more than a decade and now pounding myself in the head for not going here for smog check. Just did a walk-in and Marcel took my keys and said he'll get to my vehicle after one that just pulled in before me. I had my dogs with me--they were welcome to wait in the waiting room with me but since it was nice day, I took them out for a walk. Twenty minutes later, as estimated, my vehicle had already been checked. Paid with a credit card and got my smog certificate which they send electronically to DMV. Excellent service! I needed to get my truck smogged for DMV. Even though I was second in line, I was out in less than 30 minutes. The older gentleman doing the smog was great. Even though he looks like he might be ready to chew your head off, he was very polite, informative and quick. OH YEA, and cheap! The smog and certificate for a total of $40! I will definitely use this place again! By the way, if you've never been here, I almost got it confused with Balswick's Quick Smog which is in the Walmart shopping center.
