Owners were super helpful in finding us programs to help pay for our Isuzu's smog. They said it would take about a week due to the holiday and they had it 3 weeks. They stated that it needed new head gaskets and new carburetor (we had just put a new one in). While our vehicle was there it was broken in to and tools and other items were stolen- they stated they weren't responsible for the loss and that we would have to go through our insurance to get compensation. When asked for camera footage they had to admit their security system was outdated and they couldn't see anything. For the amount of time they had the truck they could have done all the work and smog test too. read more

It failed because it was a gross polluter but thanks to all valley smog julie told me about a voucher program that would pay $850.00 with no income limit all I had to was call a number she gave me & give my name & vehicle info & I was approved for the $850.00 which was sent to my phone & all valley smog so next day it was ready with a new catalytic converter & egr valve & passed smog with flying colors. they installed engine for me and installed new air intake manifold that they recommended so I said ok for extra thousand and my engine warranty would be good well about 1500 dollars every engine light u could get I took it to dodge dealership they said wrong gasket was installed and the vacuum leaks oil in the intake and engine lights was because of the gasket that was put on car so this is three years of my car runs but it would die almost every time I drove it for last year amongst other things so when I found out it wasn't right gasket because I was going to do it they didn't have it because my car is completely different and when I went to them he basically said it had been to long for any warranty and that he didn't charge for gasket and suggested I brought it wtf he ordered intake which would need gasket long story short just imagine spending 10,000 on engine and the people didn't say man I'm really sorry I will install the right gasket that they voided my engine warranty and the part they installed on wrong engine that caused damage to my engine it leaked little oil they ar terrible and if I could slap the shit out of him without going to jail it would have been done don't take car for anything beside smog they don't no anything about mechanic work read more

Took work truck in on Thursday and it was ready yesterday(Monday) morning. 2001 GMC with 297k miles on it that showed it's high mileage. It had the break light on and check engine light. They called me Thursday to let me know break light was fixed that Friday they'd diagnose the check engine. Got a call on Friday, sure enough with dozens of problems/ codes. Agreed to have it repaired. I understood only half of the problems but I knew I was in good hands lol. Well I am astonished. The truck drives like a different truck now. Obviously no lights on but it drives smoother. In the mornings it used to shake like crazy, it no longer did this morning and when stopped somewhere it felt like it would accelerate on it own, gone. It brakes good now it used to not brake properly. I am very happy worth every penny($1,4). They gave me a warranty on the catalytic converter that they replaced. I came here because I've been here before and one of their employees years ago came to my job to buy something and he mentioned he worked there and that he was very happy working there for their honest work. read more
