    It's that time of the year again..... DMV annual registration renewal, and its been two years since the last smog was done on my awesome vintage vehicle so that needed to be done and passed too. First time here yet my mother had been in to work with Pardip (par-deep) this past month for a smog as well and she passed on the first try so she referred me. I also have an aftermarket air filter I am afraid to take off and clean myself as I have no idea how to put it back into place so today, Pardip heard my dilemma and suggested I go to O'Riley's auto parts down the street and pick up an air filter cleaning kit with oil in it. I did so and one of his employees did a thorough job cleaning and reinstalling the air filter for me. What great customer service. My 2005 Chevy Tahoe passed smog on the first try and Pardip did it so fast I no sooner sat down in the lobby when he returned to tell me the good news. Pricing was super fair: $15 labor to clean the reusable air filter $50 Smog Certificate & Smog Pass I thought his pricing and work were both of the highest of quality & he's respectful and polite and easy to speak with. I had a great experience here this week and will be returning. He makes you feel like you've just stepped into a time machine and have been transported back in time, when shop owners were welcoming, honest, polite, agreeable and realistically fairly priced.

    Terrible customer service and not very happy with the way my car turned out. I will never go come back or recommend anybody.

As you can see by the owners response they just don't get it. At all. And there are other customers giving the same feedback. Also the reviews about how if you complain the owner attacks you are spot on. I'm not sure what the owner is playing at by posting my full name and where I live. This is very troubling behavior. Is she using information I provide when I get my car serviced and making it public? I'll be taking this to the appropriate authorities. First the dual price is NOT told to you when you select the service you want, give them your keys, and go sit in the lobby. It's only told to you when you go to pay after the service is completed. There are signs in the lobby. I didn't notice them until it was too late. I'm sorry but credit card fees are just the price of doing business. I'm paying $100+ for the service. You can eat the $3. Or don't advertise a price on huge banners outside. It's a bait and switch. Outside the service is $99. Inside they charge you $104. Again it's not about the $4. It's about the dishonesty. What else are they being dishonest about? As for my other reviews. I give majority 4-5 star reviews. Just not to those who engage in bad business. I won't be back.

I pulled into SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service, and the gentleman there immediately asked how he could help. I explained the situation, and he quickly checked all my tires, letting me know the right front was low--but took care of it right away and made sure everything was good. This wasn't my first visit either. Just two weeks earlier, I had my oil changed and got my smog certificate done there. Each time I've come in, I've been greeted in a friendly, professional manner, and the service has always been efficient and reliable. It's reassuring to know there's a place like this you can stop at, even unexpectedly, and get honest, helpful service. Definitely a shop I feel comfortable returning to.

I walked in with my good…read morefriend and his wife so they could look at down sizing their trailer and also look at getting one myself. We walked in on Memorial Day holiday without an appointment and was greeted by the sales rep Sal. He was great and knowledgeable and got us to the exact type of units we were looking for. Within 30-45 minutes we all fell in love with the same trailer, a 2026 keystone bullet. It had everything and the price seemed fair, almost too good to be true. After picking the trailer out we went back to run numbers and do financing with Manny, he was laid back and understanding and made things as easy as he could. Then came the first issue, my friend wanted to break even and not roll over negative equity into his new trailer and they were way off from accomplishing that. One of the owners came in and tried to negotiate and was rude and argumentative and unwilling to work with us despite having to deals on the table. Unfortunately I still wanted the trailer and decided to proceed with the purchase. After I finalized all the paperwork then the owner came back and wanted to make the deal. Let me mention that my sales person said that if I had the trailer hitch that they would install it as part of the purchase. This is where my biggest issue is. As someone in sales myself you don't make a promise to a customer that you can't or won't live up to. So after coming back a little over a week later to pick up my trailer and do the walk through I met Sako, another super laid back worker that was thorough and understanding. Once I explained what the sales rep said he immediately let me know that I was probably going to be charged and that they never do that for free as part of a sale. He did try everything to see if he could get it installed like I was promised to no success. Now I'm furious cause now I'm getting an extra charge I was not expecting. He went as far to ask the other owner who is not the original one we dealt with and he to was argumentative and unwilling to make a customer happy after they got their sale. I understand his point about liability and being sued which I respect but the unwillingness to bend and work with making your customer was happy over a 20 minute install and instead charging a full hour for labor is absurd. If they are treating paying customers like this imagine how the poor people that work here are getting treated when there's no other punching bags around. Needless to say I will not refer anyone here after today's experience and I do not recommend this business solely on how we've been treated through this process. Cliff notes - beware of poor customer service Manny and Sako were amazing The owners are terrible and don't care about happy customers as long as they make their money
