Took my car in for insurance claim 8 months ago for accident repair At the time I was very satisfied. Paint recently started to peel from that paint job and I brought it back to get redone. Disappointed that I wasn't offered compensation for the 6 days they had it inconvenience of having to get redone nor was I offered a rental or ride service. They did a great job. however just unhappy with the customer service. Would I use again? Yes but they wouldn't be my first choice. read more

I explain it's going to be tough to pay the $500 deductible and he let me do $250 then after a month the rest. he didn't think about it he simply said no problem. I took my car in for a fender bender and met some very nice employees here. The transaction was a lot easier than I thought it would be and they helped me to get a loaner from Hertz while my car was in the shop. I was amazed at the job they did, fixing my car in a good amount of time, even cleaning my interior by vacuuming and polishing seats and dash! I could not have asked for a better experience. I hit a guard rail with my car and my auto insurance wanted to total my car, without looking at the suspension. I was offered to buy it back but before I did, I want to make sure nothing underneath was severely damaged. Jester Auto Works was recommended to me by my sister's mechanic and they were amazing. They didn't even charge me to look at my suspension and alignment. There were several cars in & out of there while I was back forth and a lot of happy customers. They let me keep it there for a few days so they could check it out. They found some pretty bad damage and recommended to just give it to the insurance. Jesters was recommended to my husband by a friend who used to do bodywork. We were in a minor fender bender in 2015, and he went to Jesters for an estimate. I went to a body shop in Modesto and theirs was three times the amount. When my husband was in a minor accident this year, we decided to go back and get both things fixed. Nenif was the best. I was in from out of town with my car rental. My car was keyed and the detailing company I brought it too said the scratch was too deep and bring it to Jester Auto works. Now, just think it is 1pm Friday on Memorial Day Weekend. Nenif was so professional and sympathetic. He took a look at it and took the time to immediately address the problem. In 30-40 minutes he got it to the point you could not see the scratch any more. On top of all that he did not want to take any money for all the trouble and hard work he did. Who does this? This morning, I showed up around 8 with a bumper that had somehow engaged itself with my garage door frame as I backed out, thus separating it from the rest of the body.
