I had no idea my car was burning oil faster than normal, especially since I still had over 3,000 miles left before my next scheduled oil change. Out the door I paid less than 50% of what I would have been charged by Roger diagnosising the issue at no cost. Old School. Love that! Vehicle is running great once again and since it's my only mode of transportatoin that I own; I'm so grateful for Roger & his Wife who runs the desk. When i found finish line auto i was more than willing to give it a try. I was not expecting a free estimate when I took my 2004 Honda to Finish Line Auto Shop for an evaluation of the air conditioning system. The evaluation was promptly completed, and Joe told me that repair of the system would require a new compressor. He estimated the cost with parts and labor would run $1,400 to $1,600. Since the car is ten years old, I opted against having this work done. This evaluation would have cost $164 at Tracy Honda. I found Joe to be very honest and personable. My car is always having problems with its passenger window side I have been here and there and people always charge me ALOT to fix it so I decided to go to finish line auto and the mechanic Joe was the most honest guy. He told me what I had been paying $200+ to fix every time was not more than $100! He ended up changing my oil and doing another check on the car and said I was good to go! Future more, i just purchased Corolla few days ago for my kid therefore i was doing the tuneup on my own prior smog while i was extracting Spark Plugs one of the plugs broke partial of got stuck in cylinder; a Nightmare! so i called Jarvin at "One Start Auto" Jarvin advised me not to panic call my insurance company and have it towed to shop first thing in the morning. Moreover, usually in this situation Mechanic has to take the Head Cylinder off in order to repair this issue, luckily John the Master Mechanic also the shop owner had a lot a experience time in service and stayed over late to repair the issue without taking the Head Cylinder off. Finally, at late evening around 7pm John successfully removed broken Spark Plug from Cylinder #4.
