Sammy quickly figured out the issue, my car had completely run out of oil, which ended up damaging the VVT solenoid and knock sensor. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything to me. I had no idea my car was burning oil faster than normal, especially since I still had over 3,000 miles left before my next scheduled oil change. He took the time to educate me, recommending I come in every 1,500 miles to keep an eye on it going forward. My wife has had fuel tank issues for quite a while and her own mechanic kept saying it was nothing, finally told her that I'm taking it to E&M, they correctly diagnosed and succesfully replaced it with no issues in good time and fair price. They have done other major jobs on my current truck (oil leak/gasket replacement) with no complications. They are honest, fair, communicate great, and no bullshit. I'm grateful and happy to have a reliable mechanic like them. I bring my wife's vehicles here for oil changes and other services as well as my own.
