He immediately made me feel super confident about the service that was going to be performed on my Audi Q7. His entire team was very attentive and gave me a feeling that every employee here had a sense of pride to be working with Mike and his team. They even were able to reset my annoying inspection required light that I thought only the dealership could reset. They completed my service and had me back on the road in a very timely manner. The value of coming here for a routine oil change compared to going to a dealership showed me that I have been throwing money away in the past. On my recent visit with a brand-new Cadillac, they drained the oil and then told me I needed to replace the oil drain plug for $15. This struck me as odd, since I've owned 15 new cars and never once been told that before. I questioned the manager, but she insisted it was necessary or at least highly recommended for safe operation. Later, two Cadillac mechanics confirmed that my plug was in perfect condition and only ever needs replacement if damaged. The part itself costs around $1.25, so being pressured into a $15 charge felt dishonest. When I called back, the manager acknowledged my loyalty but said the general manager refused to issue a refund. To me, this looks like a predatory upsell and not genuine customer service. After years of trust, I can no longer recommend this shop.

I have been going to this station for years. Friday I went to get my truck washed, it took longer…read morethan expected. But I still got over to the (in and out in a jiffy), Jiffy Lube on Yosemite Blvd at 4:50 pm, after about 15 seconds they came out and turned me away! Said they just serviced the last vehicle. I said if you are really closed then you should roll down the bay doors. He said they can't do that yet. I went to Speed Dee on Hatch Road in Ceres, arriving at 5:15 pm. They changed my oil, replaced a cabin air filter and did all the checks and I was gone in a jiffy, so my new oil changing station from now on. I don't get the spending of thousand of dollars in advertising to get people to come in and then send them away? I suggest you stay open a little longer and pay a little OT if needed to keep your customers.
