I can't say enough great things about this shop!!! Starting with Carl. He's got fantastic customer service and is genuinely so helpful and kind. I called him up because my brakes needed to be fixed. Not only did he get me squeezed in that day because I told him I only get one day off a week, he also arranged for me to get a ride back home after I dropped my car off. And guess who gave me the ride home?? The OWNER!!! How often do you see an owner step up to give you a ride himself? I wish I remembered his name but I'm not good with that. What I do remember is the friendly conversation we had. Very nice gentleman. They even came back and picked me up when my car was ready. When I came back to pay to pay for brand new front brake pads and rotors, they informed me they threw in a free oil change and filter. Little did/do they know what a blessing that was for me and how grateful I am. They definitely earned a repeat customer. We recently had our Cadillac repaired for a thermostat and temp sensor issue. Carl the service advisor was awesome and the price was fair. They completed the service fast and had us back on the road. The price was 1/2 of the charge of the local Cadillac dealer. We also had the transmission serviced while it was there. Customer service! I called to have my jeep looked at for a noise that the dealer was not able to find and wanted to charge me $8k for something they were "guessing" it was. After paying my $200 at the dealer for their guess I called Car Pros1! They got me in quickly. I dropped off the jeep in the morning and I had it back by 1 pm! All for a simple fix of a rattling shield. They fixed it for me at no charge. When I say customer service.... I mean it was that type of customer service that is unheard of these days. I was experiencing electrical problems with my van and called Car Pros because of the high ratings on Yelp. Carl got my van into the shop quickly, even though the shop appeared full. Sure enough, my alternator had gone bad, as I had suspected. Because I couldn't get my van in until the afternoon, it did have to be kept overnight in order to get a replacement alternator, but I had it back by the next afternoon. Carl is friendly and explains what needs to be done, and lets you know what to expect price wise. Parts and labor are guaranteed for a year. I called a day prior to ask about an oil change. I went in before work the next day and I was immediately recognized and it had been almost 2 years since I've seen them. I explained that I had to go to work a few hours and that I couldn't leave my car. They started on my car within 5 minutes of me being there, I was ready to go maybe 35-40 minutes later. The owner/manager was really nice and personable. Price was bad at all and I still had enough time to nap before getting ready. Brought my car in for fuel pump, left with ecu electrical issues that was causing my tranny to go into limp home mode. Brought it back and they claimed it was issues with transmission and not technicians fault. Ending up paying for the new ecu from them while still being adamant it was on them. Received a slight discount, but should of met me half way on the labor being free, it was obvious they had caused an electrical issue as within 50 miles from receiving from them it had an issue. Not to mention it took 3 weeks of them saying they had looked at it and it wasn't an electrical issue. I diagnosed for them and told them what to check. They believe their error codes aren't indicators of what the problem is, but are showing you the bad part in question. Tranny codes can be thrown out for many reasons not related to a tranny on an automatic. It's a fail safe feature. TLDR: First repair caused more issues then I brought the car in with. Didn't help me out on costs to repair new issues, and wasn't even timely in helping me to get my car back, when I did get it back it was filthy from being parked in the dirt lot. The fuel pump they did was great, about 300$ overpriced in the labor though, doesn't take 5 hours for the pump and another 3 for the filter. And technician probably left battery connected which caused power surge to dry connections to ecu, probably was a wiring issue and could of been fixed for cheap, but opted for new ecu entirely to receive car back, as 2 weeks in the shop is more than long enough. Wouldn't come back, there skills are basic and belong working on simpler cars, although who I suspect to be the manager/owner, Knows his stuff, and I would do business with him personally, but not the shop. If it wasn't for him they'd still be stuck on you need a new transmission for 450. I got my get back tho, those windows gonna cost about the damage you put into my m5 you pos read more

I have been taking my vehicles to Car Pros for several years. Anytime I've had a concern, problem or a question, the owner Mishu and his staff are always there to help. I have shown up at the shop before they are even open, I've called early in the morning, I've called late at night and every time, Carl is always willing to do his best to fit me in their schedule. Not one time have I been told sorry we cannot help you. Lately I've been having problems with a power steering pump. Previously, a different automotive repair shop installed two new steering pumps. Unfortunately, both power steering pumps were bad and early one morning while driving to work, i broke down, Power steering fluid was all over my engine! I called Carl and Carpros fit me right in! Several months later, unfortunately the power steering pump once again stopped working. Carl was able to add me into the already busy schedule and within just a couple hours, my car was running with a brand new power steering pump. I was referred to this mechanic by the oil change shop I go to. The water pump bearing on my car was going out. My repair happened about a month ago so I'm a little late with this review, lol. This mechanic shop was great to work with. They got me in quick; the cost to do the repair needed was almost exactly the cost that I found it would be when I researched it on the internet. They drove me back to my house since I was really close to their shop instead of making me get an Uber, which I really appreciated. The repair seemed to take a little longer than I thought, but they looked really busy when I brought my car in, and they got me in on pretty short notice, so it was understandable. I feel they were honest about what needed to be repaired, and the price they charged for everything was fair. I have been in the market for a new mechanic after the mechanic I had been going to since I was 16 changed ownership. My car was making a noise but being a woman I'm always worried that mechanics will take advantage of my ignorance, but not Car Pros. They didn't charge me to look at it and then said they would fix a couple of things and see if that resolved the issue. If not there was one other part that might need to be replaced. I got the initial parts replaced and it fixed the issue and at an affordable price. Any other place would have just replaced all 3 parts whether it needed it or not.
