Mark and the staff took the time to explain everything to me and said was so kind to provide me with referrals so I can work on getting the other car issue fixed. Have come here for many years, but last time the day after service my low tire warning came on. The mechanics where I work said one tire was very low pressure and two others were very over inflated. Tried to call for 2 days to let them know to double check tire checks. Never an answer. Today I waited 45 min to get service, had to pick up grandchild so ran out of time. As I'm trying to leave one of the guys just stands in front of my car. Had told 2 employees I was late.. Not frustrated that they were busy, frustrated by attitude. Needed an oil change and googled oil change near by. Got Pro-10. Drive up and in oil change. So you stay in car. During the summer this would be very uncomfortable bc of the heat. I was there early and on a cooler day so no problem. Super friendly men working in the shop. One guy showed me a sample of my oil to demonstrate that it was dirty. Obviously, I knew that since I was taking my car in to get the oil changed. But I guess it was a nice touch. I had synthetic oil put into my car total cost was $108 and some change. The thing that kind of made me feel uncomfortable, was a sign that said, "tips are gladly appreciated." I did not leave a Tip. The workers were pleasant and efficient. But tipping on an oil change seems a bit over the top. And, the oil change itself was already pretty pricey.. If the workers need tips, maybe the management needs to pay their workers better. read more

I arrived at 8am today which their sign states is when they open. They finally opened at 8:15. I pulled my car into the bay and waited another 10 minutes before the attendant came over to talk to me. He told me that my car required full synthetic oil and that the oil change would be $89.99. I was shocked! I told him I had never paid that much for an oil change and that my car actually takes 5W20. He replied " Really? What year is your car? I'll go recheck my computer and could you pop the hood?" which I did. He walked over to me again after rechecking his computer and said "My bad, you're right it does take 5W20" I replied " Well, now I don't feel like you guys know what you're doing so, I'm leaving." and I backed out and left. I'm very unhappy about this experience. How can the attendant know what kind of oil my car takes unless he knows what year it was made? He never asked me the year of my car until after he told me it only took full synthetic. My car is a 2009 model. I feel these guys were trying to rip me off because I'm a female and they didn't think I knew anything about my car. I will never go back to this establishment. Very disappointing! I ended up driving to their competitor and paid $35. I had wanted to try Pro10 because it's closer to my home and my son recommended them, but after I told him what happened he will no longer go there either. read more

This place is hands down one of the best places to take your car to get your fluids changed. My first experience with them was a little over a month ago. On a whim, I decided to get my oil changed in my 2007 Toyota rav4. I was in the market for a new oil change place after the one I recently tried didn't cap my oil pan correctly, causing an oil leak. I found this shop had great reviews on yelp, so I decided to try them out. As I pulled into their garage, I could hear a very loud and obviously not normal sound echoing in the shop. It sounded like someone was beating the inside of my engine with a wrench. The person waving me Into the garage heard it as well. They immediately asked me if I had heard that sound before, which I hadn't. Before I could even ask, they offered to look at my car to see if they could find what was causing the noise. After inspecting the vehicle, the guys believed it was the bearing of my water pump. They then told me that they would recommend getting the issue fixed before getting my fluids changed by them. So they sent me on my way with an initial diagnosis and a couple of recommendations for mechanics. I went to the mechanic they recommended, and the problem was exactly what the guys said it was the water pump bearing. By the way, the mechanic they recommended, Car Pros 1, was also fantastic, so I appreciated the recommendation! They could have easily got me to pay for a fluids change that may have leaked out due to the problem I had, but they helped me instead. Since my first experience was so great, after I had the repair completed, I came back about a month later for the fluid change, which was last Thursday, January 26th. They once again were absolutely incredible, and they completed everything before I even had a chance to reply to my work emails. Every person that I have interacted with at this shop has to be some of the friendliest and genuinely customer service-oriented people that I have ever had the pleasure of getting my oil changed by. Especially the guy with the beard! Everyone working there seems legitimately happy to be working at this shop and helping the customers that are there. I have found my new fluid change place and the new mechanic I will be going to for the foreseeable future! Lastly, to the people saying this place is expensive. I don't know where you get your oil changed for so cheap, but this place, at worst, is on par with the prices of other fluid change shops. I've had my oil changed at many places, and I do not feel that it was unusually expensive. I got a high mileage oil change in my V6 rav4 for under $100, which seems plenty fair. Honestly, my experience was so good that they could charge a little more, and I would still go to them! :) TL;DR This place is the best fluid change shop I have ever been to; if you need your fluids changed, you should definitely go here first! read more
