Then to top it off they detailed the car for me, delivered it to me and gave me a 30 day 1000 mile warranty. All the staff I met there were kind and friendly. I had to leave during the middle of signing the papers due to a family event I had forgotten about and they totally understood and held all the paperwork for me until the next day where I then returned to finish signing. I mean who does that? They risk you not coming back. But these guys were great. Now why not the five stars? I told them I would be sending my nephew in to look at a Kia soul, not sure what happened because I wasn't with him but they didn't even let him test drive a car. Which was their loss because he wound up buying a BMW at Prestige auto sales on McHenry where he had a good experience just wish he could of got the should he wanted here. I bought an SUV, wrote two checks $10K and then the second check for the rest of the purchase price. I wrote two so I had the chance to move money into the account. They wrote up the contract noting two checks with two weeks to cash the second. They cashed both the next day, throwing my finances into a tailspin. They completely denied it. Now three months later, I still don't have the title or plates. And it's not just the business office that are crooks - they put something on the car that came off after the first wash, and revealed that the car had been keyed. I took it to a mechanic and it cost another $2500 to fix the $hit they pulled. The fluids were so burnt that they were black. A second key was part of the deal, which they never produced - now they say they're not going to send it to me. Here's what you need to know if they screw you too... call a "consumer's attorney" and report them, file a complaint with the state licensing board, file a complaint with the DMV. At a minimum, they will be fined. My hope is that after my attorney is done with them, they'll be washing windshields at intersections. These people are oxygen thieves and a waste of human flesh!
