Lupita was pleasant enough. We test drove the 2011 F150 and was going to purchase it but it was listed above market value and truck was not worth the asking price but she wouldnt budge. We wound up getting a 2016 F150 with 30K less miles on it and more features for only $2K more At Pleasanton Auto Sales. Great Father and Son small dealers. Paid cash and walked out with the truck in an hour! And I see the 2011 F150 is still sitting at Lupitas Auto Sales. I wish her luck! read more

RUN!!! Do not buy a car from this company. They will screw you and deal dirty with you every chance they get. I bought an SUV, wrote two checks $10K and then the second check for the rest of the purchase price. I wrote two so I had the chance to move money into the account. They wrote up the contract noting two checks with two weeks to cash the second. They cashed both the next day, throwing my finances into a tailspin. They completely denied it. Now three months later, I still don't have the title or plates. And it's not just the business office that are crooks - they put something on the car that came off after the first wash, and revealed that the car had been keyed. I took it to a mechanic and it cost another $2500 to fix the $hit they pulled. The fluids were so burnt that they were black. A second key was part of the deal, which they never produced - now they say they're not going to send it to me. Here's what you need to know if they screw you too... call a "consumer's attorney" and report them, file a complaint with the state licensing board, file a complaint with the DMV. At a minimum, they will be fined. My hope is that after my attorney is done with them, they'll be washing windshields at intersections. Bought our car from this dealer a while back ago but didn't have time to leave a review on it. Seen other dealers but we decide to go with Lupitas Auto because the car was right, the loan was good terms, nice staff to talk with, no pressure on buying or sign papers. I came here to check out a used car. I bought one here and would recommend to stay away. I bought the car for a little more than I wanted. A small detail is they have me the car on an empty tank, which I feel like that is extremely rude as a sales man to a after spending money on buying a car you make me drive and pay more money to out gas so I can drive this new used car. One thing I didn't like was I had to drive to Livingston to get my license plates which took 2 months to get. And sounded like they were just sitting in a drawer. Also when my steering wheel starting vibrating they fixed it right up no problem but that's after I had to drive my car again to Livingston and drive another 6 miles from the Livingston dealer to fix it. Overall this place offer decent used cars at not so average prices. If you head to this place be aware the customer service isn't the strong suit. read more

If I could give 0 starts I would, I bought q50 about 3 months ago, the car needed an sd card for navigation, Lupitas kept making excuses to not provide for one, supposedly them they called infiniti agency to get one but that they were told that the car did not come equipped with navigation, yet when i called they said the car did indeed come with navigation and i had to pay for it in order to get it and at first lupitas didn't want to reimburse me the money i had to pay in order to get the navigation card. they even gave me a due bill at the time of the purchase saying they were going to be the ones to provide it but yet all that time they kept trying to find ways to not get it for me i'm guessing because it was pricey but yet they're a car dealer ship so weird, don't trust them at all. they're people who don't keep their word, not even when it's promised on a piece of paper. They even gave false advertisement that the car came with navigation as well when they didn't even have the sd card when we went to go look at the car. Also I purchased this car 2 months before the due date for the tags would expire and instead of paying for the new tags, they paid for a registration that only lasted me two months and when i asked about it they said they would give me a call back and yet i never got one. My husband bought a truck here the motor give out after he finish paying for it when he went back the person that sold it to him wasn't even an employee there anymore. The experience working with Lupita's Auto Sales was a complete nightmare. We live out of state but the drive isn't too far and my father-in-law really liked a vehicle they had at their Modesto location, so we drove to attempt to purchase it. After taking a look at a few different vehicles a decision was made on one he really liked, there were a few things that needed some work and they offered to fix it or give us a credit for it. We chose to have it fixed, drove back the following weekend to pick-up the vehicle. After filling out all the paper work needed, we were ready to hit the road! 14 miles into the drive the check-engine light comes on. We called the office and the "manager" says "no more excuses" whatever that means. We got back to the dealership & were told we could leave the vehicle or getting it repaired in our home state & they would reimburse us. We decided to take the chance, it drove fine. Arrived at our destination, safe & sound. Then came the nightmare of having the vehicle registered. They insisted on registering it, in the state of California, even though our home state was Nevada. I legally CANNOT have a vehicle registered in California if I reside in Nevada. We were told this was being taken care of & we would have a response in no time. Eventually called a different person who, tells me she knew nothing of our situation & states he would take care of it. Finally 4 weeks later, after getting passed on to multiple people we received the document we needed to register the vehicle. Perhaps its that we purchased out of state, but this isn't a place I'd ever recommend. read more

Wasn't harassed and they allowed me to look around and answered questions that I had about mileage and price etc.. friendly salesmen Lowered the price significantly for me and the care valued at what they were asking. I purchased a CarFax and read reviews on edmunds.com I did have to insist on some minor detail repairs do be done before taking the car (a ding on the side). I would have walked away if it hadn't been taken care of. Left with about 1/2 tank of gas and it was clean (not detailed but a vacuum and wash) If you buy a car here, inspect it thoroughly and get your repairs done before you take the car home. They will be done quickly and be clear with what you want and expect. They earn commission, don't forget you run the show within reason. read more

The saga continues. The first truck my husband brought had a lot of issues. We took it to AAA for a full check up and that's how we knew. He returned it and brought another truck that he liked. The nightmare was that the SD card was missing for the GPS. After going back and forth we finally got it. I thought the night mare was over. Wrong! My husband to this date has not received the license plates to his truck. So I sent a message to the woman who sold us the truck only to find out that we owe money for the registration. Why did no one call us. I was told we have to pay and that they would mail them to us. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding this matter. This place sucks I financed a car with good credit and had to put down a 2600 down payment I had noticed problems with the car so I wanted to return it. The woman said that they would fix it so therefore that waited it my 30 day notice mind you that i had been calling crazily trying to get them to take there car back she refused and I have this car and it hasn't been tagged since February of 2010 and I have no license plates still. I did a review less than a month ago saying there great there awesome, but that's not the case anymore they said with 3075$ down they'll Finance the loan with your credit being as low as it is, i only had 1500$ t o put down but they said no worries you can pay us 1575$ ok.. they gave me less then a month to pay it or else you know repo my guess, signed the contract then few weeks later im informed that the truck isnt financed so I either had to find someone to co-sign or return the vehicle to me it almost seems like the yo yo scam they target low credit score people get you attached to the vehicle then tell you you're not financed hopingly they would raise the interest and probably get you to put more of a down payment she gave us a number for someone that might finances which was a personal cell number as a last resort and she said we couldn't get financed .so why knowingly did you give us the keys to take the truck , I'm sure you get a lot of customers with the same credit as we do so why couldn't you just tell us hey it's probably not going to happen but imma try my best right?
