My wife and I had the best car buying experience ever here. Ray and Ninos are both great guys who really care about dealing honestly and delivering good quality vehicles. Before they sell something they make sure that everything is fixed and in top shape. We bought a 2000's Ford F-150 from them in impeccable shape. On our test drive we noticed that a turn signal was out, but we assumed that we could take care of it ourselves since we wanted this truck, however, to our pleasant surprise, Ray had the new replacement parts ready to go in advance and worked on installing everything himself while we finished up paper work with Ninos. There were other people calling to express interest in the same truck we were looking at, but Ray made it a point to give us the right of first refusal since we were test driving it before anyone else. He could have said "well more people are interested" and tried to Jack up the price on us, but he didn't do that. He said that he would never do that to us because he wants to operate on the level and treat people right. So the truck stayed at our original price plus tax, etc. They stress that if there is any problem at all within 30 days, we could bring it back and (if it's powertrain related) that would make it right. They also have a good combination of newer vehicles and older ones with character but in good condition. Bottom line, if you want to know you are looking at quality vehicles, at reasonable prices and know that the people you are talking to are on the level, go to Modesto Auto Exchange. I bought a car from them about a month ago. Mercedes 2004 e500 4matic. Great prices. A friend recommended them as he had just bought a car from them as well. I hate buying cars, but the guy there was super nice and wasn't pushy at all. He didn't have that salesman attitude and he didn't see me as another $. Obviously he's there to make money, but he didn't act like it at all. He has few cars and I looked at all of them comfortably without being sold. I finally saw this Benz and started asking question about it and he answered all of them. Very knowledgeable about the cars in his possession. I'm sure he knows about a lot of cars, but specifically the one I was asking about. He also mentioned that if I didn't see a car I like here that he would look for it. He prints out a full carfax report and shows me every service record found on that car. I was looking for a Mercedes, I just didn't know I wanted this one until I got all the info about it. He is honest and stands behind the vehicles he sells with integrity. Even a month later after the sale I had a couple small issues and met with him about it. Perfect car shopping experience. I spent 2 weeks looking for a car online before finding a listing here that suited my needs. It was a long drive over but ultimately way worth it. The lot was orderly and the cars in good condition. The car I came to see was in great shape, only a few small cosmetic issues that really will come with any used car. A third party mechanic was allowed to inspect it and confirmed that it was in excellent working condition as well.
