I did come across some issues after getting a used car inspection and reviewing documents further, but Casey made sure to get them resolved and is doing so as I type this. Drove up from the central coast to check out a few cars as soon as they opened. I appreciated they have a covered/outdoor area for customers to wait because of how hot Modesto can get. The customer parking was a bit off to the side in a rocky area but I'm guessing it's because they just have a massive amount of cars in their inventory When we talked to some of the staff we quickly were able to test drive a 2019 Subaru Outback that we were looking for which was awesome. They pulled it up for us and gave us a map that showed you where all you go for your test drive. The test drive is really just a giant circle around the block which has varying speed limits so it's a bit short but also just enough to get a feel for the car. I also appreciate that they don't feel the need to sit in the car with you so you can just focus on the test drive. We told them we were interested in the car but there were a weird issue where the window control panel on the driver side only was able to roll up/down the driver window but none of the others. They said they would immediately take It over to get it fixed and did just that. The prices are non-negotiable which we'd read online but the cars they have in their inventory are actually in really great condition. They all had brand new tires, cleaned thoroughly inside and out, and they repair any issues that previous owners didn't want to. They defintiely put time, money, and labor into each of the cars and when you compare across other dealerships, Robert's Auto cars are in better condition. When we were talking through the price they were immediately able to show us what the costs were out-the-door with the exact breakdown of fees which there are no "surprise fees". They only charged for what was required (title/taxes/registration) and THAT IS IT. We told them we'd come back with a cashiers check and did exactly that in 30 mins. We spent maybe an extra 25 mins to sign paper work and by that time the driver side window control panel was fixed and they had prepped/washed/polished the car inside and out which was awesome. In total we spent maybe 2 hours from when we first pulled in, to where we drove off with the car and I really appreciated how transparent and chill the staff was. Cons: My only incredibly minor complaint/observation was that none of the cars that I saw have floor mats. Which is more odd than anything. If I see I car I want there in the future, I would definitely drive the 4 hours back just because I know exactly what I'm going to get. I'd highly recommend their team! We're all human and miss things but the difference is that they're willing to pay out of pocket to get it fixed before you drive off and even give you 5 days to bring it back (I think) and a 30 day dealer warranty. If the car you want has CarPlay then make sure you bring a USB cable Here's a list of things I like to check: Lights: turn signals, hazards, high and low beams, fog lights Interior: speakers (check to make sure none of them are blown out), all seat controls on driver and passenger side. Make sure they can move forward/back/up/down/etc. Check seat heaters, check the AC works, check window wipers/+rear, check that all of the window controls on all of the doors, check the back up camera. When test driving: check the blind spot detection indicators Overall, 10/10 car dealership! read more

We're very glad we found this place! They had a 2024 Kia Seltos in a great price for a vehicle in such a good condition and we called to make sure it was available before leaving Sacramento. We got there only an hour before closing but no one rushed us through the test drive or anything. I had already been approved for a loan with my credit union but unfortunately they didn't work with it (because they'd receive the check days later), however Eric (the finance guy!) was able to find me a rate even BETTER than my credit union's which was already pretty decent at 6.24%. I was looking for a used replacement car for my totaled 2017 Acadia. This place was highly recommended by my son, and they did not disappoint! Phillip responded, but totally ignored my question. When I reached out again, I got no reply at all. Robert's Auto Sakes had advertised a 2023 Tesla Y long range AWD with 14k miles for $38k. Tesla is currently running a 0.99% interest rate/60 months financing promotion. With $7,500 tax rebate, that effectively means you can buy a brand new Tesla Y AWD long range for $37k from Tesla.
