This is for Tim Cope, Mark, and Luke. I sent an inquiry about a vehicle in the morning and had a negotiation completed via telephone within an hour or so. I scheduled my pickup for the following day. The process was seamless, the service was great, and their building is nice looking too. Lexus makes perfect vehicles, but their service is what keeps you coming back for future cars and maintenance. I drove about 2 hours to get this vehicle from this dealership and it was worth every minute. I will note that I sent emails of interest to two other Lexus dealerships I will note name, and their turn around time was much slower. Do not buy a used car from here I lost about 8k in 3 months and had the car in my possession for maybe 7-10 days. Took it to carmax down the road and canned it because they just kept clearing the check engine light. My local BMW said the car needed about 10-20k in repairs due to failed def system. read more

Personally, I do not like coming to a car dealership unless I am looking to purchase a vehicle. Takes too long and can be inconvenient. Fortunately, my most recent experience was fantastic and on-time. My vehicle was greatly overdue for a maintenance. I made a phonecall to schedule an appointment and got in touch with Tim N. Tim was an amazing consultant! He explained everything with ease and answered all my questions thoughtfully. He didn't try to upsell me and recommended what he thought was best for my vehicle at the current situation it is in. I made an appointment for the following day and was all set! I was assisted by Tim at check in. He provided me with additional information and got me all checked in. In addition, he provided me with a loaner to go about with my errands. My maintenance was going to take several hours so I'm glad they have this option here. During this time, they provided me an inspection video which was a nice touch. My experience with Valley Lexus was far better than my expectations! My wife and I were shopping around for our first family size vehicle. We had gone to most other car dealerships to test drive and select a vehicle. Every single dealership we went to, we met a version of the "stereotypical care sales man". I caught each in multiple lies not only about the vehicles they offer, but also lies about other dealerships and cars. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Trevor Ravelli. He was very courteous, knowledgably about all aspects of cars, and just a good down to earth gentleman. He was able to answer all my questions, and we even left to go check out other vehicles after the test drive. He never put down any other brand, dealership, or type of vehicle. He just informed us on the pros and cons and allowed us to make up our own mind. He is the reason my wife and I returned and bought a vehicle. In this day and age, finding a sales person who looks out for the customer, cares about the product, and makes the experience a hassle free is exceeding rare. I have called there several times trying to get a price and make an appointment for a windshield install with calibration. They just kept either transferring me around or sending me to someone's voicemail. I usually take my car to the Lexus in Pleasanton where I bought it but was hoping to save myself some time and a drive. The customer service just doesn't compare. I would also like to add that the phone number on their website for the service department doesn't work and just gets an error message. When I called the main number I did let the receptionist know but she was rather dismissive about it. read more

Our 2022 RX350 F sport (pictured below) was totaled. Luckily, my wife, 3yo daughter and I walked out without any life threatening injuries. Given how safe this vehicle was, we were out to find an identical replacement. After speaking on the phone with Chris Rietzel, our Finance Manager from Lexus, he managed to locate and deliver one from nearby for us. Our Sales Rep, Sam Assad, made sure to keep the paperwork process painless and have our new RX prepped/polished to perfection. First, let me preface this review by saying that I have usually had good experiences with the service department at Valley Lexus. Ruben in particular has been extremely helpful in the past, and I've enjoyed my interactions with him over the years. Prior to today, I probably would've given the service division 4 stars out of 5. Today, however, I was scheduled for routine service on my GX and I was astonished to find that no arrangements had been made for customers to wait outside - no arrangements whatsoever. As everyone knows, vehicle servicing can take a while, and given what is generally known about the spread of covid-19 in indoor, air-conditioned environments, I fully expected there to be *some* consideration of folks who would not want to wait for their vehicle in a closed, stuffy, indoor area. Sadly, I was quite mistaken. Not only was there not a single place to sit outside - nothing! not a chair, not a bench - the only place to sit on the ground was littered and dirty and adjacent to dead plants (pics are attached). My options were literally, 1). Wait inside during a pandemic, or, 2). Sit in the dirt. On a whim, I called Lexus of Fresno to see if they had outdoor seating for service appointments and their receptionist immediately answered with, "Yep, yep. We have an outdoor patio and everything is 6 feet apart." I immediately scheduled my service with Fresno and cancelled my appointment at Valley Lexus. When I explained why I was cancelling, Gary Koeppen (Service Manager at Valley Lexus) was rather condescending and a bit rude, which for me, sealed the deal. Bye bye. And let's go ahead and cancel that order for roof crossbars while we're at it. Thanks anyway Valley Lexus, but I don't want my "Lexus Driving Experience" with a side of covid.u read more
