Today when my car died outside of the library I called the shop and Ryan assured me that if I towed it over they would take care of it so I did. I was immediately greeted by the staff and Ryan went straight to work. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in less than 2 hours. He was direct, accurate and incredibly helpful. I am grateful for his hard work. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I ALWAYS recommend this shop for the fact that they've never been wrong and have always been honest. Why is the owner not supervising these young technicians? They have very little experience and should be supervised by experienced in licensed mechanics. When I picked up my vehicle, the alignment seemed way off. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the work they performed, but they certainly took the two front rims and tires off the vehicle. All I can tell you is my steering wheel was jiggly back & forth driving over 60mph. As a result, I have to take my suv to a tire shop for a wheel alignment. Another $100 bucks.

He recommended for us to go back to our mechanic since the part would be still under warranty and would save us the cost to redo the repair all over again. They diagnosed the issue and told me my engine harness needed to be replaced. I about lost it when they said it would be $3000. My car was not drivable, but I just couldn't hand over three thousand of my hard earned dollars. Luckily, I had access to a loaner vehicle in my family, so I had time to search for an alternative repair shop. I put the word out and a friend referred me to this shop. It is about an hour, some distance from my home, but I decided to give them a shot. I am sure glad I did! I was impressed from the moment I walked into the shop. I was warmly greeted by Sheila and I took notice of the cleanliness of not only the customer area but repair area too! Shelia discussed my concerns and promised to have a diagnosis by the end of the day. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned the repairs could be done for a fraction of what I was originally quoted. I was originally purchasing a 2022 Nissan Leaf SV Plus through Valley Can I. They promised to hold the car for me. I went in, spent almost 2 hours signing paperwork, everything was finalized, we shook hands -- and after all that, they casually told me the car was not on the lot because it had already been sold. No apology, no regret, like this was completely normal. I had work and didn't want to argue, so I felt pressured to just move on. I ended up purchasing another Nissan Leaf (clean title, ~15k miles) instead. At the time of purchase, there was no water inside the headlights and everything looked fine. However, after a few months and rain in the 209, water went inside one of the headlights, while the other one remains perfectly fine. That doesn't just happen unless the car was previously hit or repaired, and it looks like it was fixed just enough to sell -- yet it was still represented as a clean-title vehicle. Between selling a car after promising to hold it, wasting hours of my time, and then selling another vehicle with obvious signs of prior damage, this dealership feels sketchy and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to inspect everything very carefully and think twice before doing business here.
