This is our third vehicle purchased from price Ford. Formerly Patchetts Ford when we first started purchasing vehicles from this location. After searching online and comparing prices on this recent vehicle we purchased, they were priced fairly and were willing to pay for a new windshield for us which ended up being $900. The two salesman we interacted with, Francisco and Nate were great! They were helpful and professional, and we were pleased with the deal we made. read more

Review for the Parts & Service Department: Garnet once again made my experience at the Price Ford Service Department smooth and easy! I went in for routine service and needed work done on my rims. She was able to accommodate a last-minute schedule change for the rim work, which I really appreciated. Also, the valet service is a wonderful touch and makes a big difference as a customer. Thank you again for the great service--I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Price Ford for all your vehicle needs! read more

Review for the Parts & Service Department: I had an excellent experience here! I ordered a set of wheel locks online through the Ford website and selected the option to include dealership installation. Once they arrived, I received an email prompt to schedule an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by how streamlined the process was. I was greeted immediately, and the staff took care of everything seamlessly--they just had me grab the parts from the counter, pulled my vehicle right around, and got to work. The best part? I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. I had a drive back to Manteca ahead of me, so I deeply appreciated the efficiency. Huge thanks to the team for the warm welcome and speedy service! read more

Christina from Price Ford Service reached out to us to replace our Ford Fusion Hybrid battery for free. I was intrigued since my local ford dealership just wanted to disengage the battery due to the recall on the car, telling us there was no fix at this time and our car would just be a gas vehicle then. We were appalled at this option so we ignored their multiple requests to bring it in after that. So when Christina reached out and said they have the new hybrid battery and would do all these services for free, we were so excited and relieved. Price Ford picked up our car, provided a loaner for 2 days while completing the work then returned the car home washed and with a full tank of gas! Christina was very sweet and helpful all the way through too! Promptly answering any and all questions we had at any time! I highly recommend this place. They do what no other place could do and are friendly and kind while doing it! 5 stars in my book! read more

Just Purchased my second new vehicle in 4 years at Price Ford of Turlock Ca. Dan Perez got me the deal I was after without the usual car buying gymnastics, which I greatly appreciate. Joel Calderon got me financing and signed out in minutes and I couldn't be happier. This is what car buying should be: Quick, Informative, and Painless. Based on my two recent purchases, several service visits, and their good inventory, I'd highly recommend Price Ford to anyone. Thx Guys! read more

Thank you, Jonathan Iniguez, Service Advisor, for your outstanding commitment to customer service. From the moment you answered my phone call you were patient , respectful and knowledgeable. I also appreciated your calls informing me of the status of my car's service. Many service people ignore the elderly because we take more time to process. You , however, politely and respectfully went out of your way to make sure I understood the required services, and you even walked me out to my car when done. Thank you. read more

Horrible service department. All their staff vary from complete indifference to treating me like I killed their dog. Brought my car in for Three recalls. All they did was wipe the bottom of my door and claim one was completed. They claimed a multi point inspection but didn't see my shredded wiper blade. My car then sat outside for 3 more hours without a call or update. When I called they told me they needed to order parts and it'd take two more days. I had taken a day off work and drove to Turlock for nothing. Never going back. Ever. Loved them under the prior ownership. I am very sad. read more

We purchased a 2026 Ford Maverick from Joseph. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a trade in, they were great, good prices (we have been to other Ford dealerships), selection and allowed us to look around , no pressure. They are opening a Honda facility next door in July which also belongs to Price. We will be back. read more

I purchased a used Tesla from this dealership. After the purchase, my husband and I found some issues that we were very concerned about. I spoke with Matt Watson about my concerns and he promised me that Price Ford would make it right. Tesla makes it just about impossible for another dealership to get parts. So it took more than two months for the repair to be done. But Matt kept in contact with me during this time to reassure me that Price Ford would keep its word. read more

Awesome people and Dan the car man is the best!!! No high pressure sales, very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Very helpful, very patient with me as I am very careful with this decision. Ultimately purchased a gorgeous Maverick and am very happy with my choice. read more

When this business was Patchett's Ford, it ran great and I only serviced my vehicles there. When it became Price Ford, service went down some. Now, it is just plain awful. They will schedule appointments for early in the morning for even simple things and you might not get your car back that same day. Trying to get ahold of anyone in service is a nightmare. Don't go here if efficient, customer oriented service Is what want or need! read more

Bryan, Cayden, and Keira did a great job arranging our small repair. Backup camera repaired and is working just like new again. They even picked up the SUV and returned it from our house. I live in Gustine , call them up , they came and picked up my car. They fixed it and found out it was covered under the warranty. Thanks to all the service team they went far beyond, 5 stars. read more

I've had a major change in attitude about Price after receiving a call from Rick the Operations Manager. So....wasn't having a great experience at first. About 30 mins before I was at the dealership to pick up my truck, I get a phone call from Rick. Rick called to inform me that there's been a small accident with my truck & a shop cart.... My truck had some minor damage, nobody was hurt which is the most important. By being honest & upfront about it and just flat out owing it, shows a massive amount of integrity!! Rick thanks for making it all good and thank you for your integrity #moeisagooddude Semper Fi read more

Garrod (Service Manager) took care of an issue that Ford Parts made (Not Price Ford parts department) sending mix matched set of tow mirrors. Brought in my ford Branco a couple weeks ago for a oil change, it was done in a timely matter, and while I was waiting I ran into a mechanic named Roger, I had multiple questions about my car and some basic questions of how a combustion engine works compared to an electric car, Roger was so helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles! Thanks to Masen, Joel and Mario! Such a great and professional team! We were able to purchase our F150 Tremor after LOTS of shopping. Possibly my best experience at a ford dealership for service . They attended to me immediately Checked in with me twice to make sure I wasn't thirsty or anything . Three strikes and your out. My first deal here they screwed up the taxes so the deal cost more the the offer sheet said. It's taxes I didn't make fuse. No offer to eat the correction or apology. Strike one. Calling me to say you had the car I wanted ready to sell me then being told it was pre-sold to someone else. Strike two. Taking a pre-sale deposit on a car coming in a few weeks then calling to say that was pre-sold too. Strike three. The experience says everything you need to know about the service you can expect. There are plenty of Ford dealers in the Central Valley. I am not coming back here. I would suggest you start elsewhere. read more

Not so much as a service review this time, simply because I have an aversion to getting screwed. 4 years ago, my step son leased a truck from Price Ford, and used me as a reference, which was cool, no problem, anyway I can help. Fast forward 3 years, the lease is up and the games began, to make a long story short, it was an absolute nightmare to turn the vehicle in, then all all of the fees added after the inspection, which in and of itself was shady at best... Fine, whatever, got payment and everything set up, then starting 2 weeks later we started getting Toll Road bills, dated starting after we turned in the truck. There was at least 8 tickets in total, so we had to show proof that we were not only no longer in possession of the truck, it was still at Price Ford, totally crooked. Today i get an email and a phone message trying to "complete " my purchase. It was simply a cold call from a 4 year old reference... Can you say desperate? read more

Our experience in purchasing a 2024 Bronco with Price Ford of Turlock was great. We went in having already done our research and I knew exactly what trim/model of the Bronco we were looking for on the lot. The website was easy to navigate and really well done, so that I knew what to expect when going in. Juan was our salesman and he was extremely pleasant and very helpful. He was very attentive and was able to answer all our questions. I knew from the website and from my previous research that I would be purchasing the truck that day, but there was never any pushy sales tactics and we felt appreciated throughout the time we were there. Our work with Dylan the sales manager on the financing side and purchase of our trade in was equally a pleasant experience. He was very upfront and honest about what we could get for our trade in from Price as well as what we could get if we sold it privately. There were a bunch of rebates on the Broncos and I knew that the price they were offering was fair and average for the model Bronco we were purchasing. We were there on a Sunday morning and in all the process took about 4 hours from test drive to purchase and having the truck fully detailed. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to the PARTS DEPT! Amazing Gentlemen, always friendly & very knowledgeable! Keep up the Good work Guys! read more

Update... jerry called me and apologized for the work not completed and say he would refund that portion. I am grateful for the communication. I have been a ford owner before. I purchased a great used truck and took it in to have some maintenance done that I didn't want to do myself though I am capable. SPECIFICALLY I wanted the intake clean bc it's a known issue with the 3.5 and carbon build up. I specifically asked and confirmed that this would be a manual clean, not just a spray clean (which I could just do myself through air intake). I was ASSURED that they "take their brushes and clean it". So I did it. I also had the transmission filter and fluid drain and fill. I came home and was cleaning the MAF sensors and continuing with my maintenance and guess what.... They DID NOT clean it manually. They charged me for the service and a 9.99 can of intake cleaner. How do I know they didn't manually clean it? Because it is still noticeably dirty where they would have taken the throttle body and intake cover off. No finger prints anywhere, no screw or bold had been touched, no sign of anyone actually working under the hood. This is why many people feel like dealers rip us off. This is my first experience with price and I can say I am disappointed. I specifically asked if they do a manual clean and I was told yes. Either a tech didn't finish the job ticket or I was misled. I am very disappointed. It makes me second guess my transmission work. It definitely looks worked on at the pan... but did they do a drain and fill like i asked? Ugh. read more

I went there yesterday I talked to Salesman Simon gave information on my car for trade in. Simon came back with his manager Josh who offered 38 or 39 thousand.i had already ran the numbers online trade in was 44500 to 47500. So I checked again last night through another dealership and was offered 44400 for my car. Definitely would not recommend Price Ford to anyone. Watch out for Price Ford. read more

Took my sons mustang to have work completed. Price kept my car for several and actually kept it longer than originally told. However, the issues that were bought we not fixed. My fiancé made an appointment at Price Ford for an AC repair on his mustang. We walked in and Nickeddy Flores treated us like we were an inconvenience to him. He told us that they were too busy to accommodate us today. My fiancé explained that he had made an appointment online and Nickeddy Flores stated that was our mistake that we didn't call and speak with someone because online appointments do not consider their staffing shortage. He told us we could leave the car but it would take at least 3 days to get back to us. My fiancé asked about loaner vehicles and he said that none were available and he had no idea when they would be returned. My fiancé tried to make an appointment for the following week and Nickeddy only gave us a few week day options. My fiancé asked about Saturday appointments Because we both work full time hours during Fords business hours. Nickeddy looked irritated again and explained they could not help us on Saturday because they don't have the staffing. So why have business hours? He finally agreed to schedule us the Saturday appointment, but honestly we will be taking our business elsewhere. Price Ford really needs to work on their customer service skills. Our Ford Mustang was purchased here 5 years ago and the customer service has gone downhill since. read more

My review is for their customer service. Hubby and I visited this location an hour before they closed. We needed to see what the inside of their truck looked like at night. I've brought my car here for the same issue 3 years in a row and each time they try to say my car isn't covered under warranty because it was never fixed there and I have to pay out of pocket. That is until I ask for service history records then luckily my car is now covered. They've kept my car for 3 weeks almost and haven't offered a loaner car or to reimburse for a rental so another out of pocket expense at the hands if their shoddy workmanship and customer service. Jeff Lewis was my service advisor and he is unresponsive and unreliable. The service manager Mark will say whatever he needs to get you out of his office but won't ensure that his advisors are adequately doing their job. This dealership is by far the worst to let work on your car. I highly recommend taking your car elsewhere; I know I will be. read more

The gentleman that told me they couldn't change my oil was courteous... I'll give you that (one star is for him). I went there on Christmas Eve... they offered that date as an option two weeks prior for an oil change AND a check engine light diagnostic. At that time they also KNEW I had a Mazda. I had a bad taste in my mouth from dealing with Razzari in Merced, thought this place might be better. Got there ahead of my 730a appt but waited until that time to walk into the office. Gentleman takes my info. I communicate I was also there for a diagnostic but that the engine light had since disappeared. A passer by (also employee) asked how long it had been, I said a couple days. He said they wouldn't be able to help because it overwrites... fine. Then they advise me they cannot service vehicles that are NOT Ford because the provider/shop they use was closed today... I clarified that was true for my oil change and they said yes. Listen, I know I am a woman, but an oil change has never required more than oil and perhaps machinery that can rotate tires. If they didn't want to have me there on Christmas Eve I would have welcomed a call the day before to cancel it! Spent about 1 hour of drive time (to there and back home) in dense fog. I have been looking at vehicle upgrade options and dealers nearby.. this has been ruled out. Unfortunate. read more

Can't give them zero stars but that is what they should have! Just left their lot based on their internet price. Started to work numbers based on price listed on internet, and was told that it was an error. So asked to speak to manager. Now mind you, we drove from Stockton to look at this gorgeous expedition! Well....manager comes and says price is wrong. We say, that's what brought us in. If he won't honor it, then we are leaving. He said "Good bye". Wow, great customer service you have going on at Price Ford. Never again will we deal with you. We are a Ford Family and will let everyone know about your encounter with us and not wanting to earn a new customer. Do not recommend you wasting your time with them! This happened on Thursday 1/23/2020.... they had removed the vehicle from their website for 1 day. It is now back up on Saturday 1/25/20 with a much higher price tag. My experience with the Price Ford of Turlock management team has been excruciatingly painful. Between the false promises of the service work being completed when they said it would to the half hearted workmanship they try to pass off as Ford Factory Specifications. The staff is unprofessional and does not show a keen interest in the service situation your in. They lack a customer service oriented approach. If your thinking of taking your vehicle to get serviced at Price Ford of Turlock I would think twice because it might take them 2,3,4 times to actually get it Half Right. If other Ford dealerships are to inconvenient to get to just be prepared to be disappointed especially with Jeff and Mark in the service department. The problem wasn't the deley in parts from The Ford Factory though I was given that excuse. It was when the parts arrived and were installed that is when I seen the workmanship. Fingerprints everywhere, electronics not functioning, New damaged parts! I uploaded some pictures of the workmanship and the 4th try detail job that Price Ford Stands behind as the Manager Mark in the Service department said that this is acceptable to him. I believe it because he inspected the Super duty himself. Then again it wasn't his $60,000 he spent... I wish I could give a negative star rating for the carelessness. read more

I would like to commend and thank Jeff Luis in the service department at Price Ford. I have been taking my vehicles to them for over 7 years. Jeff is the best! Humble, professional, and focused on quality customer service. I recently purchased a new Explorer. I was looking at the Traverse, Pilot, 4Runner, etc. One of the reasons I stayed with Ford was because of Jeff. That simple. Having a good experience buying a car is important. But honestly that interaction and experience is over in a couple of hours. However, having a great relationship with your Service Department is paramount and holds so much more weight than a salesperson. Anytime I had issues or maintenance work done throughout the years at Price Ford, I knew I could trust Jeff's knowledge and honest feedback. Ford owes my sale to Jeff, because without his relationship, I'd have no real tie or connection to the brand. LS read more
