Would leave negative reviews if able. I'm not even quite sure how this shop is running or still in business. Was in an accident over a year ago and still dealing with issues from this shops horrendous repairs. Initially following the accident the shop did not even bother to do proper inspections and missed several damaged areas that should have been immediately noticed had they done their job correctly. Such as our radiator was clearly damaged and had been leaking coolant everywhere following the accident which we told them when the tow truck brought in and was also very clearly obvious just from looking at. However after several weeks of them having the car and "fixing" it, they didn't even catch or check the radiator and attempted to tell us that car was repaired and ready for pick up. We had to be the ones that asked about the radiator and they had no idea it was even severely damaged. Then after having it for additional time to finally replace the radiator, we get the car and have been dealing with non stop issues ever since. We ended up taking it into our actual Toyota dealership because we refused to bring it back to certified after the horrible experience. Toyota has come now come across a significant amount of issues where parts where put In backwards/upside down, missing all together, or left loose and unsecured. We are pursuing things further with our insurance but absolutely avoid this repair shop at all costs. read more

I had a great experience with them 2 years ago when my car was damaged in a hit and run. I went outside my insurance preferred providers to use them again when my car was damaged again in another accident in February. My review would be pretty lengthy if I went into complete details. But they have very poor communication and inconvenienced me tremendously by keeping my car for 5 weeks on an estimated 9 day repair. I still wasn't going to write a review. That was, until today when I got pulled over on my way to work for having no tags on my rear license plate. Because they put my license plate with my tags in the front instead of the back, where it was when I sent my car to them. Yet another inconvenience due to their obliviousness. read more

Shop is unorganized, unprofessional and rushed. Manager lacks integrity and craftsmanship. It was already uncomfortable expressing the concerns regarding my first repair but even worse having to address the defects on the recent work they completed in order to honor their warranty. Upon immediately notifying the Manager, Matt, of the defects and supplying photographs, he gaslit the situation by saying "there's no way because I helped put the bumper on myself." I've added photographs below of what he says isn't possible, as well of my lifting bumper guard and photographs of the initial work from 2019. You'll see the paint has impressions under the tail lights in both repairs compromising the integrity of the entire paint job. I do not recommend this shop. My air conditioning repaired here at the Manteca shop I was very impressed by the communication of one employee name Marvin Castro, I've been here at this shop repairing my vehicle before and never had service like before. My vehicle was here for about 3 weeks and he kept me informed about things that were getting done and needed to get done and even help me with getting a hold of my adjuster through my insurance because My adjuster was very hard to get a hold of but he took care of everything for me. Wow - wonderful folks to work with and professional! They are so helpful, patient with all my questions and concerns and they go above and beyond. I had an issue with my paint that everyone assumed was going to be covered by warranty. When it was declined, they came right over and handled it!! They were efficient and everything came back looking awesome! Above all, they just didn't have tunnel vision and do only what was needed but made sure my van came back better than when it went in!!! I ordered the mirror and was told that it would take a half day to replace, so she was going to pick up a one day rental. She took it there about 4:15 and they had installed before they closed THAT DAY...no rental, it was ready to go!! I had my car towed into Morgan's Automotive/ Certified collision center on February 19. Morgan's serviced my car and did repairs and had it completed within that week. I let both Morgan's Auto and Collision Center know my car was already on the property because it was towed in. I even made an appointment for the estimate to be done at collision center and reminded them the car was there. I called weekly to check progress. Almost 6 weeks later, they finally did the estimate and got the repairs done on my car. They do good work! But they are disorganized or something. My car could have been looked at and repaired in less than the 6 weeks it took. At least the estimate should have been done weeks ago. After 7 weeks of not having my car, I finally got it back today. In fairness it was ready for pick up 3 days ago. read more

I had a hit and run on my car the beginning of June. Called to a repair and take my car in. Spoke to Priscilla so many times when i can take my car in and sent over my estimate. Its Mid July and i still havent heard from her. Every time i give them a call they ask me to resend my estimate. Ended up going to manteca collision pros and was able to leave my car and start the repair the same day. They just wasted my time. read more

It's been overdue since i should've made my review but i hate being the bad guy...it's not in me to be a rude person but i needed other people to know and to be careful so they can go somewhere else. I was in an accident at the end of January this place was gonna fix my car and estimated finish date was at the end of February. The 28th of February came and it was not finished i mean we had to call to find out since they didn't not at all to inform us they weren't finished. They said it would be done the Next day on Friday March 1st and when Friday came we heard nothing from them and my insurance stopped paying my rental so i had to take it back i mean i was getting my car back that day so it didn't matter but we heard nothing so we called only to be told it was not finished. At that point i was furious but i calmed down since it was not that much passed the date they said they would finish. They said Monday it would be done and i said fine i could go a weekend without a car whatever.....Monday March 4th came and we were getting nothing so we called and again it wasn't done so i said fuck this i need a rental so this place got me a rental through enterprise which i was already using when my insurance was paying. They said the next day Tuesday March 5th and again they didn't call and we called....still wasn't finished. They said oh tomorrow...Wednesday March 6th i was so furious by that point. Wednesday came....nothing we called and GUESS WHAT...it wasn't finished. At the at point they just said they would have it done Friday March 8th. Throughout this wild goose chase, this place asked for a good review...HA. Friday i returned my rental to only be told this place only covered the one day and that was for Monday but that got taken care of thank god and i got my car thank god right...WRONG. My insurance paid out $16k for amateur work. So much crap was wrong. The worst one of all was they got paint on my back seats....that one had me in tears of anger. It was finding one thing after the other...chip after chip. Another thing was i had a box full of files in my trunk and when i got my car back it was no longer in there which angered me more. I kept my car that weekend and Monday March 11th i spoke with my insurance letting them know how unsatisfied i was because of the terrible job they did. They took that info in and told me to give this place a second chance that if after that i still wasn't satisfied i would be able to go somewhere else. I took my car into this place the next day on Tuesday March 12th and i finally met the only person i liked from this place and it was my Estimator Lindsey, she heard me out. She made sure she marked down all my concerns i mean my car was making a loud knock when i turned the wheel left which never existed before.... She is Super friendly as well. She said it shouldn't take more than 2 days to fix the issues i said okay and they offered a rental but no thanks am i right. Called on Thursday March 14th and it was not done i don't know why i expected it to be done i mean they sucked at finishing on time. They said Friday March 15th the very next day. i had to take half a day at work to come get my car. It was a very stressful journey and I'm glad to be away from this place i will never come back and i will never recommend anyone. There's still some things I'm unsatisfied with but i don't want to deal with it. One thing that did anger me was when i took it back i asked for a gap to be fixed by my trunk.....when i finally got it back they chipped my trunk....oh and i got my box of files back almost looked as if they threw it way....this place is a joke. Fast, professional and reliable-we had our Car rear ended in Flagstaff Az in late November, nothing major but annoying- American Chevy (Manteca) recommended Certified, called to make an appointment & told January 14 was earliest they could get it in..(we totally understand Covid & parts delay) -got it in and Anthony told us one week. I had always used this place because the location is closer and I was comfortable with their service , however this last claim I had did not go well. I waited for a while for the part to arrived then when it arrived I got a call I called back to schedule an appointment and never heard again I finally called to schedule for the repair and I was informed that the firs person I was working with was not working with the carrier Insurance I had . The other representative said that my part was sent back. I was upset why didn't they called me before sending it back, he gave me an option to look for someone else because he needed to search for my part and it was not going to be easy due to some bullshit he was giving me , he didn't even apologized. Awesome and honest business!!! I stopped in to get estimate to fix door on my 1996 F150. The door wouldn't shut unless you slammed it and water leaked in when going thru car wash or when raining. They said no problem with leak issue but door not closing properly would require 1 of two hinges and new door striker. Approved work and dropped off truck When I picked up my truck, the door shut as it should and no longer leaked. However, the bill was much lower than estimate as they said I didn't need hinge, only striker. Saved about 40% of what I expected. Great Job guys and gals. Thank you!!! read more

Probably the least helpful service we have ever had. I can't comment on the body work because after our first scheduled appointment they claimed they couldn't find the reservation for the first 30 min. They found it and rescheduled us for two days later same time then claimed they couldn't find the information for the rent a car. They were honestly more worried about Christmas decorations than being helpful. Unless you have a lot of free time to wait around I would not recommend them at all unless they make drastic changes to their front staff. read more

There were two managers that took care great care of us, Jerrod and Fernando. They were very helpful and professional. Jerrod made sure we were satisfied with the repair when we picked up the car. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I brought my brand new 2020 chevy pick up to this shop because my insurance company recommended it. I had damage to the passenger side and needed it fixed. I initially worked with Rafael. He was very professional and extremely courteous during the repair. Once my truck was finished, upon picking it up, the original damage to the passenger side had been fixed, but upon further inspection there was new damage to my truck. They had scratched off the paint on the bumper in 2 places, there was a rattling in the passenger door, the striker bolt where my tailgate latched onto fell completely off, and my tailgate wasn't fastened tightly onto my truck bed. Needless to say I was very upset. I trusted this company to fix my truck and in turn they damaged it more. Rafael had to step back and let the manager Matt deal with this new situation. Matt was unapologetic and made it seem as if it were my fault that these new damages were a result as to something I did. I was told that if I brought my truck in on Tuesday morning, early, I would have my truck back by the next day, Wednesday. This did not happen. On Thursday, Matt told me I wouldn't have my truck back until Friday. This was because his guys didn't do a good enough job on painting the bumper and they had to redo it again. Its obvious now that his guys can't be trusted to do satisfactory work each time. Upon picking up my truck Friday, the damaged had been fixed except for the rattling in the door, which wasn't a big deal. When speaking with the manager Matt about how long it took, he responded with, "WELL ITS BECAUSE YOU ARE SO PICKY, SO I HAD TO BE PICKY." I couldn't believe the manager said this to me. Matt never once gave an apology and was completely unprofessional. He was demeaning and unapologetic the entire process. Needless to say, I have NEVER dealt with such horrible customer service and unprofessionalism. If you end up taking your vehicle here, good luck!! The only person I can recommend is Rafael. He was the only one who offered an apology multiple times and was genuinely concerned that my vehicle be fixed properly. I was very happy about the service I had this year in Jan2018. then after 2 months, I realized my front car license plate was never installed back after that service! Isn't that horrible? I could be caught by cop for this missing license plate! I called back this morning, their first response is: oh , your license plate was damaged a lot and we could not install it back. Come on! I have a picture to show that my license plate was perfectly ok! no damage at all. my car damage was at the right corner of the headlamp. never touched the license plate! see, how bad they are! they are trying to escape from their responsibilities!!! Then the guy who was the main person for my repair said he will go check with their technician to see whether they could find it. hey! no matter they could find it or not, they are responsible for my missing license plate! I have to have it back from them no matter what!!! crazy! so far, I have not heard back from them yet. I am going to claim to my insurance company for this bad service. read more

If you want amateur body work, overspray left on your car and new scraches throughout this is the shop for you! I made the mistake of choosing this shop because of the name. Aside from taking almost 3 weeks to repair a scratch caused by another driver i finally got my car back. I work long hours so i had a family member pick my car up. When i finally got home i looked at the repair and immediately noticed extra body filler and body sanding marks, mismatched paint and a black plastic window cover was actually sanded and scratched. I took the car back when i was able to ask for time off work. A guy there (mike) looked at my car and said he needed a couple hours to fix it..a few hours? It clearly needs to be re-done! So i also tried calling (Lisa) and could never get an actual conversation with her. I did get 2 calls back but i cant answer my phone most of the time at work and when i called back received the voicemail again..i haven't heard back since. I think i got less priority it being an older vehicle. It had 1 scratch going in..came out of the shop with 3 new scratches..and the crappiest work I've ever seen from a company that calls itself "certified". Buyer Beware! Zero on the star ! read more

They referred to me by name they have car rentals on on location coffee and water available for customers. They even buffed out a scuff on my car for free. It was insurance crap holding the process up. Working with Morgan & Cierra made the process so much easier; what 2 awesome employees! I was told my car would not be ready until the following week on a Monday... I asked if they could possibly work to get it done by Friday since I had to travel the next week for work. Morgan told me she would do her best; & she sure delivered! Received a phone call Friday that the car would be ready by end of day... I called maybe 2-3 times after that to check on it because it was Friday and Cierra & Morgan were both very helpful & patient with me. They even asked a manager to have some folks stay late (past 5pm) on a Friday to get my car done! Amazed by that. Awesome service! Awesome people! Quality work!
