Amazing service! Great communication from begging to end. Started with a Google search for Mobile Tint near me and Extreme Mobile Tint popped up - answered A few questions and received a quote in second! I was able to choose what was best for me and schedule an appointment. I was able to get tint done while at work, Vess was super responsive and was able to get my tints done throughly and quickly. Happy with the results and the service! I will definitely recommend Vess to friends, family, coworker, or whomever may need quality tint done efficiently at a great rate! It's been almost 4 years since I got my Model 3 ceramic coat tint - all passenger windows and rear windshield - and I'm just as pleased as the first day it was applied! I have no complaints! I'm super happy with the service they provided and it was a huge convenience that they're mobile & come to you. I looked up tinting places online, found Extreme Tint Mobile, saw good reviews & decided to get a quote. They gave me the estimates for their different tint options to do my back windows (back windshield & rear passenger windows) on my 2019 Subaru Impreza base wagon. I went with the premium rayno s9 carbon tint at 5% & it came with a lifetime warranty in case of any future issues which I LOVE. I thought for the price ($450) & what they claim about their services was good so I called to set my appointment & the staff was super polite/knowledgeable & fit me in quickly. Vess was the one to come out and do my tint & arrived early day of service - even started earlier! I personally was very grateful for that. Overall super professional business with great efficiency & great communication! I love love love my tint! It looks so good - feels better getting in & out of my car already & I'm more than happy with my choice in Extreme Tint Mobile. As I said before, ZERO complaints & I appreciate the amazing service! I was given a rough time for when my car would be ready when I asked, but there wasn't clear communication about how I'd be notified until I asked. The worker didn't even have my phone number on file until I brought it up, so if I hadn't asked, I'm not sure how they were expecting to contact me. I ended up calling to check on my car since I hadn't seen any activity, and that's when the owner, Lux who picked up mentioned there were delays since this morning with other vehicles. I completely understand that tinting can be a time-consuming, detail-oriented process and delays can happen, but it would have been appreciated to have clear and respectful communication from the beginning when I arrived especially for an expensive service. After my call, the owner, Lux was very attentive and made sure to follow up when my vehicle was ready, and the tint worker also reached out. Upon pickup, the worker also made a somewhat weird comment regarding timing, which added to the overall uncomfortable experience.Overall, maybe I just had a bad experience with the service worker, and I'm hoping the tint itself turns out fine, but nothing was really explained in terms of information included with my tint install, which felt pretty disappointing for the price and type of service.
