If you plan to wait, there is an area inside with ac, a few chairs and a couch. I got the two front windows and front windshield tinted with ceramic and it took about an hour. Harley Quinn looks much better now! They have good reviews for a reason, highly reccommend!

Sergio, the owner is a military veteran and was extremely informative and clearly knowledgeable about his craft. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. What I appreciated most was how straightforward and transparent the process was no pressure, no haggling, and no hidden costs. That alone sets Cal Customs apart, especially when so many shops try to upsell or overcharge. If you're looking for quality work from someone you can trust, I highly recommend Cal Customs.

The other local shops and even San Jose shops didn't want the project cause it wasn't a full wrap. Sergio is super picky and takes pride in his work which I really appreciate. My wife is super happy with how her sub came out and I was happy with the quality of service. If you're in the market for tint or wrapping you have to give them a call.

By far one of the best installers for those located in the East Bay. I had my window tint done here initially and was so impressed with the results I choose to have my PPF done here knowing the end result will be quality. As someone who is very meticulous with details, these are people that share that mindset and will take great care of your car. Would gladly come back for their services as a repeat customer.

I had a mixed experience at this tint shop. When I first arrived for my appointment, the worker…read moredidn't seem very welcoming and immediately asked what I wanted without much acknowledgment. I was shown the tint options, but there wasn't really an explanation of the differences, and no one looked at my vehicle or walked me through what would work best. It felt rushed and like I was inconveniencing them. It felt like I had to do most of the work just to communicate basic information, and that concerns were somewhat dismissed, which felt uneasy when getting a service done. I was given a rough time for when my car would be ready when I asked, but there wasn't clear communication about how I'd be notified until I asked. The worker didn't even have my phone number on file until I brought it up, so if I hadn't asked, I'm not sure how they were expecting to contact me. I ended up calling to check on my car since I hadn't seen any activity, and that's when the owner, Lux who picked up mentioned there were delays since this morning with other vehicles. I completely understand that tinting can be a time-consuming, detail-oriented process and delays can happen, but it would have been appreciated to have clear and respectful communication from the beginning when I arrived especially for an expensive service. After my call, the owner, Lux was very attentive and made sure to follow up when my vehicle was ready, and the tint worker also reached out. Upon pickup, the worker also made a somewhat weird comment regarding timing, which added to the overall uncomfortable experience.Overall, maybe I just had a bad experience with the service worker, and I'm hoping the tint itself turns out fine, but nothing was really explained in terms of information included with my tint install, which felt pretty disappointing for the price and type of service. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and left me feeling uneasy. A more apologetic and attentive professional approach would have made a big difference. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend them to others.
