    "Thank you guys very much. The tint job on my Nissan Rogue looks great. Very professional and friendly staff. The shop is very clean and comfortable and in a great location. definitely I will referring anyone I come across that needs their windows tinted to this location. I noticed a big bubble in one on my window and i texted then to ask then if it was normal and they answer me Immediately telling me to take my car back so I took my car the next day so to get fix it. I did really appreciate that. Again thank you for the very professional job tinting my windows."

    Really easy process from start to finish. What a well run business. First place that I've been to that outsourced their check in process. Everyone was professional, thorough, and the tinting process took less than an hour. Awesome job, fellas *chef's kiss *

    Peeling tint . Just had done about an hour ago and now peeling..

    Horrible! Horrible! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Originally came in for windshield replacement turned out they do tent only. That's one issue that I will not get into so they put tent over a huge crack on my windshield when legally I was told no tent place should have done that with a crack so big .. anyhow, I see my car after the tent job was done and it is literally peeling / hanging off all on the top . this place needs to be closed down!

    Making an appointment was easy through their website and I got several emails and text reminders in the 2 days until my appointment. I booked a 10AM slot and arrived right at 10AM. Upon entry I hear a "hello" and see only an empty chair behind the desk, after looking around to see if God is speaking to me I find a tablet facing my direction and a guy on the screen... He goes over everything and as I make my selection of 30% XR Plus (most expensive) on the back and sides and 55% XR on the windshield I'm informed that it would turn out very light and he recommended something darker, a young man even popped in and echoed the suggestion but I remained on my decision. Looking at the examples on the wall the percentage varies wildly on the quality of the film so I recommend taking your time, I was even considering going lighter. My total was a little over $1k... the XR plus was $700 for the back window and 6 side windows for a small C class and windshield added another $300. A young lady came in and dropped off her Audi just as I finished and paid and I watched her make her choices... the guy offered us an Uber voucher which in hindsight I should have taken, the young lady did though. The waiting room/office got really hot, there was just a little fan blowing air from inside the warehouse in to the office and another little fan on the floor.. Next time, TAKE THE UBER VOUCHER. The young ladies Audi finished before mine, I heard her say it looks darker than she expected but seemed happy with it... One of the young guys told me my car was being difficult, Mercedes uses a lot of felt seals around the glass and it kept touching the part of the film that adheres to the glass leaving contamination. In total it took about 3.5 hours, and I did hear the film being ripped off the car a couple times so I don't doubt they wasted a lot of film in pursuit of perfection... and it shows. When I got in to the car to leave I saw a lot of water bubbles in the windshield, but after it sat outside in 97° heat for an hour at home it all vanished like magic. They did leave the car a bit messy, there's a lot of leftover soapy water that they use during installation on and in the car, particularly on the back window which means after sitting for a day I have to clean. But overall the work looks really well done and it came out much darker than I expected it to, I have 35% 3M IR on a Jetta GLI in the same color combination (white, black panorama roof and black interior) and this 30% looks about 20% in comparison, windshield came out as dark/light as I wanted. Looks good but hopefully it lightens up a little over time.

    Had my Tesla Model 3 Tinted. All 4 doors, Roof and Rear Glass. Initially when receiving the car it was a mess. The windows were smeared with the liquid they used. I also had a spot on my headliner that had clearly liquid leftover. I talked to the owner and he made it right. Fixed it and even replaced one of the rear windows on the door. The reason for the 2 star is because of the poor service the 1st time, But now roughly a few months later, the bubbles on my rear glass have not gone away. Picture attached.

    I had high hopes of this place installing tints on our Model Y in the beginning, but after I got the car back, I would NOT recommend this place. I paid $275 including tips for the front two windows. The quality of work is poor. There were some issues like minor scratches, bubbles and visible defect on the tint which I had them redo second time around. In my opinion, if they would've taken a little bit more time and care with their work, there wouldn't be any issues. I guess quality is not one their priority but rather quantity. They don't even wipe down the spots on the outside of the car from the solution that they used. Definitely would not be coming back for tints in the future!! Very disappointed!!

    UPDATE - 7/18/19: I was contacted by one of the owners after posting my review and was very impressed by his concern and understanding. He assured me that all my concerns have been corrected or are in the process of being corrected. He also promised to make up for the damaged rear window defrost lines. He fulfilled this promise by paying for the replacement of the rear window. I am very pleased with my interactions with the owner and have added a star to my review. I truly wish my entire experience was as pleasant as this. Unfortunately, I'm still just at square one and had to deal with these issues over the past month. I hope that they do indeed learn from this experience and improve overall as a business. ------------------------------------------------- I'm very disappointed in the work done by this shop as well as the overall lack of professionalism. To begin, I was referred to superior window tint by a local dealer for tinting my brand new '19 GTI. At first it seemed smooth; I made an appointment online, dropped of my car, and came back 3 hours later to a tinted car. When I looked over the car, the work seemed pretty good except for 2 small windows in front of the driver door. They had tint but were totally bubbled because they said they couldn't get their hands in the tight space. I googled the issue and right off the bat found videos showing how to do these properly. They told me the bubbles would clear up after the moisture evaporated and to give it a couple days. A week later, the small windows were still completely bubbled, the edges of the rear window were all peeling up, and all other windows had bubbles around the top edges. I scheduled another appointment and returned to the shop and explained the issues. They reluctantly took the car in and I returned in 3 hours to a completely re-tinted car. Unfortunately the small front windows still looked terrible, but instead of bubbles there were squeegee streaks all over them. I was again assured the streaks would clear up when the moisture evaporated so I went on my way. Another week goes by and all windows have tiny dust particle bubbles all over them. And of course the tiny windows still look terrible. I was pretty frustrated at this point because I had paid over $400 for the tint work and I've never had any of these issues before. I made an appointment and went back in. I was meet with a serious attitude from what I assume to be the owner. I showed him the problem areas and told him I wanted them to remove the tint and issue a refund since I couldn't trust them to do it properly. They took the car in and I waited for them to remove the tint. As I was waiting, the owner didn't say a single word to me and I only know I received a refund because I got an email receipt while he was sitting at the desk. Not one word from him. When they were done removing the tint the guy pulled it out, handed me the keys, and the owner was nowhere to be seen so I left. After getting home I realized they also did a terrible job removing the tint (probably because they were frustrated and I wasn't paying to have it removed so they had no incentive to do a good job). There was still adhesive all around the edges of all the windows, they left gobs of adhesive all over the inside trim off my car, they left a razor blade in my trunk, they scratched up my window trim, and they damaged my defogger lines on my back window in about 20 places with the razor blade. Overall the manager was very unprofessional, the workers seemed to not be trained properly, and I'm much worse of than when I started thanks to wasted Saturdays, wasted gas, and the damage they did to my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Go literally anywhere else.

    We originally gave this company a good review, they are responsive when trying to earn your business and were eager to fix peeling tint. However, during the repair we brought a clean car in only to have chemical streaks down the side of the car. I get that the solution runs when you apply it, but a company should wipe that off when the job is complete. Disappointed at the sloppy customer care of this company. You worked so hard to get out business, and to not follow through.... I am not sure how to reply to your response so im adding to my review - you did not give us an order number but I've added a picture of our appointment. This was a follow up fix of peeling tint that was installed 3 months ago. Appointment was 2/28/22

I got the PPF with Ceramic tint and window tinting. For $4300 and a "Certified Installer" I figured I couldn't go wrong ! WRONG ! It took this man 3 times to get it right , the first time taking over 2 weeks. There were bubbles so I had to go back a second time to have the bubbles corrected.... Another week. Then a THIRD time because there were bubbles again. He offered to come to my house to do it but only because I was going to take him to court for a refund. The third time has been successful, but here is the kicker ... he contacted me a year later and wanted to do a check up on his work, so I agreed and came all the way back he did his check around the car , maybe washed it , I don't recall now, but then tried to charge me for the visit , like $200 I think. I refused to pay and left .... I would NEVER go back to him or his shop for anything ! My son had his Tesla Model Y completely wrapped in a beautiful green, teal, gold, transition ... it took 1.5 days , was $2700 , and done right the first time at another place of course ....

    I had a mixed experience at this tint shop. When I first arrived for my appointment, the worker…read moredidn't seem very welcoming and immediately asked what I wanted without much acknowledgment. I was shown the tint options, but there wasn't really an explanation of the differences, and no one looked at my vehicle or walked me through what would work best. It felt rushed and like I was inconveniencing them. It felt like I had to do most of the work just to communicate basic information, and that concerns were somewhat dismissed, which felt uneasy when getting a service done. I was given a rough time for when my car would be ready when I asked, but there wasn't clear communication about how I'd be notified until I asked. The worker didn't even have my phone number on file until I brought it up, so if I hadn't asked, I'm not sure how they were expecting to contact me. I ended up calling to check on my car since I hadn't seen any activity, and that's when the owner, Lux who picked up mentioned there were delays since this morning with other vehicles. I completely understand that tinting can be a time-consuming, detail-oriented process and delays can happen, but it would have been appreciated to have clear and respectful communication from the beginning when I arrived especially for an expensive service. After my call, the owner, Lux was very attentive and made sure to follow up when my vehicle was ready, and the tint worker also reached out. Upon pickup, the worker also made a somewhat weird comment regarding timing, which added to the overall uncomfortable experience.Overall, maybe I just had a bad experience with the service worker, and I'm hoping the tint itself turns out fine, but nothing was really explained in terms of information included with my tint install, which felt pretty disappointing for the price and type of service. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and left me feeling uneasy. A more apologetic and attentive professional approach would have made a big difference. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend them to others.
